I went to Qusair and his partner regarding some very messy discrimination and retaliation issues I was facing with my employer a couple of years ago, and ended up hiring him to represent me. The entire experience from beginning to end was handled with extreme care and thoughtfulness. I was treated with respect and compassion, but most importantly realism and a proper sense of urgency. I felt confident that my overall best interests were always being protected and strongly advocated for. In my past experiences with attorneys, I walked away from the transactions feeling as though I could have accomplished all that they did for me, in less time, and with far less of a financial burden on my own. In this instance, I know unequivocally, I could not possibly have had such a positive outcome in my case without Qusair's help specifically. It's challenging to describe all of the reasons I would recommend Qusair in just a few words. The first lawyer we went through really dragged his feet on handling our case.
When you make a decision to sue you want to make sure that you have a lawyer that is willing to stand behind you and support you. More than anything, it is important to have a lawyer that believes in your case.
While working with Qusair and his colleagues we were informed and included in every decision. He was very diligent in making sure that there were open lines of communication and he made himself very available to us to answer any questions we had.
Throughout our case he was a supportive confidant and always gave us the option to choose what we thought was best for us!
He is a lawyer of high standards, integrity and moral! He is very fair (obviously main qualities that one would expect a lawyer to possess).

I can't thank Daniel Snyder and his team enough for helping me through the most traumatizing experience in my career. Living with a disability is already difficult itself, but then to have an employer that discriminates against you is devastating. I worked for a public agency that denied my ADA accommodations and engaged in unfair labor practices. I was chronically treated differently, unfairly and badly by my employer and after filing a BOLI complaint, they retaliated against me leading to my termination. I was enrolled and through 2 years of my graduate program for a Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree while in the final term, registered to graduate and with a 3.24 GPA. I was ready to walk across the stage to complete my life's dream and then become a therapist. I was kicked out abruptly without reason or incident, and it was shortly after a medical event. Did not crumble under pressure by MSPB Judge or the Office of Personnel Management attorney’s. He was cool, calm and knowledgeable as he presented my case flawlessly to MSPB board. Theresa went above and beyond for me. Even when the other side got underhanded and really dirty, she had confidence in me as a client and it made me feel safe and secure in situations where I might have doubted myself or been afraid, such as giving my deposition (which otherwise would have terrified me). I was ensnared in a corupt child protective services juvenile matter (DCFS) and my 2 children which started in Dec 2007. although it was dragged out in local juvenile court over the next 2 years in a manner which was done as a punitive means by the temp judge- He helped ensure my children weren't taken away thru that time. Robert represented my ex-wife and was definitely one of the best lawyers I have encountered. My attorney was VERY expensive and I was truly disappointed. She was not able to stand across from Robert in the court room. I had noticed his knowledge in the law and his real life experience combined made one of the best arguments.
Years later I remarried and my current was just finishing her divorce and custody case. Her lawyer at the time was very passive. We hired Robert and let me say what an honor to have him on my side! I found myself in desperate need of a lawyer after I was sexually assaulted by a coworker/long time friend of mine. Every avenue I had gone through to hold him accountable led nowhere. I went to our HR department and they did nothing. I went to law enforcement, the DA denied my case. I went to file a restraining order against him so at least he would be removed from the workplace and he lawyered up immediately. I walked into our first hearing by myself and his big shot defense attorney absolutely wiped the floor with me. My restraining order was denied. So I searched and searched for my own legal counsel when I discovered Russell. He was the first person with any kind of power who actually treated me like a human being. The first person who didnt know me from Adam to show any empathy. In all reality, my case wasnt exactly in Russells wheelhouse yet because of my desperate need for help and many roadblocks I encountered, he offered to represent me anyway. Josh was referred to me by another attorney.
Essentially my case revolved around a mid-2020 cancel culture event with my employer. This resulted in my wrongful termination along with Josh unpacking a number of other claims as we sifted through my almost four years of employment.
My understanding was that the employer, over the years, had mistreated me. Josh knew the law and precedents that tied to the mistreatment. The list of claims was long.
At its core, my case was about an employer that irrationally reacted to a troll site post on social media tied to a post from me. While the company had invited everyone to share ideas, because it declared it was open to receiving ideas, I posted a further sharing of conservative ideas. This did not suit the political views of the employer. Not only was I wrongfully terminated, but the employer also defamed me in the process.
After almost a year of pre-trial litigation, Josh was able to secure a very good outcome that resulted in an excellent economic settlement and resolution of non-monetary issues. Josh cared about my non-monetary issues and not just the financial settlement. That meant a lot to me

While driving south on I-5 in Tacoma, an underinsured motorist sideswiped a dump-truck causing it to spin around and go north in the southbound lanes and hitting us head-on. We were crushed between the spinning dump-truck, the car that caused the accident and the car that rear-ended us. We hired Schroeter Goldmark & Bender to represent us.
The insurance carrier for the underinsured motorist paid us the limits under their policy. Our own insurance company basically made an offer of zero to cover life-altering and permanent injuries.
Our team at SGB of Sergio Garcidueñas-Sease, Lindsay Halm, Adam Berger and Alder Burgess took over for us. One of the most important things they did was to shield us from the stone-walling, delaying tactics of our own insurance company to whom we had paid premiums for more than 30 years. From the beginning they handled the case as if it would end up in litigation. You need attorneys like SGB that have your back and are not afraid to go to court if that is what it takes.
They had the added challenge of doing this during Covid. Thank goodness for Zoom conferences. We ultimately got a court date. Two months prior to our court date, we went to mediation, via Zoom. We didn't hold out much hope for mediation, but we were willing to make an attempt. What a surprise when the insurance company came to mediation finally willing to negotiate. After a full day of the mediator going back and forth between Zoom rooms, we came to a fair monetary settlement. We are convinced that the insurance company, even then, was only willing to negotiate because Sergio and the rest of his team were well prepared bulldogs willing to go to court if mediation failed. As they like to say "This was not their first rodeo".
A car accident is horrible. You need the best attorneys you can find to protect your interests. Besides being professional and knowing the law inside and out, Sergio and the rest of the team are compassionate and truly care about their clients. We strongly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Without Sergio and SGB our insurance company would have paid us nothing.

I needed an attorney in order to have my drivers license restored, after speaking with a few found on the internet I spoke with Nick. It did not take long into the phone conversation he was very easy to talk to. After meeting him at his office I hired him to assist in my license restoration. He was professional and lawyerly yet easy to talk to and understand to the average guy if that makes sense. Anyone who has dealt with a license restoration knows it can be trying at best, my case was no exception. Nick took care of all stumbling blocks, kept me up to date on proceedings, and promptly returned every one of the several calls I made to him. On January 4, 2009, I was wrongfully tased by a Fruitland Police Officer as my roommate and I removed his drunk and violent girlfriend from our house.
The Officer arrived on scene and without saying a word, he pulled out his Taser and shot me! Fifty thousand volts violently ran through my body for five seconds...but that wasn't even close to being the worst part.
