I contacted Koles, Burke & Bustillo,L.L.P because the firm I was using prior had made so many mistakes on my case. I couldn't get appointments with physical therapists, doctors or anything else - the firm wouldn't even get back to me when I called, this went on for so long and i had enough. The week I hired Raoul Bustillo he was like a whirlwind. He took over my case and got things done right away! That week I was going to PT and to the right doctors. He had changed the whole case around in my favor. I was so stressed out before and when he took over I was able to relax and rely on my new attorney to work on my behalf and work for me instead of feeling like i was doing everything and someone else would get paid. He patiently took the time to listen & ask me questions even while I rambled on regarding an unpleasant Civil-Rights Violation episode. Within a very short time period (approx 4 months) got us a full refund (over $60,000) for a small class action that was filed against several parties. He fought for a full refund and that his fee should be paid by the defendand and not from our funds even though we would have been willing to pay him from the settlement. We also were not expecting such quick closure on this matter. The defendant was ready to fight this until the bitter end and turned around very quickly once the suit was filed. We were kept well informed but not to the point that we felt like we were in middle of the mess. There were updates as progress was made. Overall very happy with the whole process and of course the outcome. We also felt that he really understood our problem and that he would fight for us because he believed in our side. I believe that is why the outcome was so good.

Lisa Matukaitis operates a small, highly-focused law firm specializing in employment law and civil rights. Lisa provided us with excellent legal representation and helped us win our case against a large public employer. We didn't have the cash on hand to retain her services, so she kindly allowed us to pay on a contingency basis, where we would only have to pay her in full once the case was won. Lisa always kept us updated and answered our questions in a very timely manner, and she was a strong and confident advocate. She took on 7 corporate big-shot lawyers and beat them hands down, so effectively that they settled out of court at our very first meeting! There was minimal time lost in putting together the case, and we got a much higher settlement than we had expected. I could not have asked for a better attorney then Attorney Matukaitis. I had a contract and was discharged prior to my contract expiring. Attorney Matukaitis helped me understand my rights and what could be done. She made me feel comfortable and at ease, though the whole process, Attorney Matukaitis and her staff were always keeping me updated and informed on everything going on with my case. They resolved my case quickly and got me a fair settlement within a very short time. Attorney Matukaitis is very compassionate with her work and clients, she actually listens to you and your concerns. Lampman Law did a great job with our case (possession of paraphernalia & driving on a suspended license). I cannot say enough about Attorney Leonard Gryskewicz, Jr. & his legal assistant, Carmen Santiago! Carmen kept us well informed, via text, and was always very quick with her responses. Atty. Gryskewicz, Jr. answered all of our questions about the process (it was all brand new to us) and made us feel confident in our case. When our case was continued in November due to a family emergency of the charging officer, Carmen called the court in April asking for a new court date because no one from the Commonwealth had even attempted to place our case back on the docket, so that we could promptly address this matter. We were told exactly what information we needed to bring along to court to show that the license suspension was a clerical error. Being quite nervous about this entire situation, because it was something we had never been through before (and won’t be going through ever again), Atty Gryskewicz was very patient in explaining each step of the case, the potential outcomes, and the best case scenario. He did so without demeaning our lack of knowledge for the legal system while being empathetic to our situation & this case. Thankfully, on the day of the preliminary hearing, everything was dismissed by the Commonwealth. However, having Lampman Law representing us gave us the peace of mind that we would have gotten the best possible outcome, had our case not been dismissed entirely. Lastly, I truly appreciated knowing upfront what each step of our representation would cost should we have needed to go beyond the preliminary hearing. Sometimes you have to go outside of your own living area, I contacted Attorney Lenny Gryskewicz, we spoke for about 10 minutes, I retained him, I had a hearing on Wednesday this call took place on Monday. I am a professional musician and it was brought to my attention by a family member that someone was using an image that was copyrighted by the LLC that my band has established. We promptly contacted Mr. Thompson in regards to this matter. He acted swiftly and decisively and remedied the situation to our mutual satisfaction. The image in question was removed from the webstore that hosted the copyrighted picture and the perpetrators were cautioned to act more appropriately in the future. As a trial lawyer how owns a practice out of state, I know not to act as my own attorney. John is a rare find. He has all of the legal skills you want in your attorney, but his business sense and personability make him unique. In 2021, I was a victim of police misconduct and excessive use of force by the police department in a small town in Arizona. I decided to sue the city/police dept and begin making calls to attorneys in the area. Spoke with at least 20 or 30 different attorneys before finally being referred to Andy Gartman. Andy was highly effective, professional, and helpful throughout every step of the process. My first conversation with Andy was very encouraging because he listened to everything I had to say with open ears and an open mind. Andy obtained and reviewed all of the evidence including body cam footage, police reports, an d other key documents (all of which was strongly in my favor, and helped both Andy and I build conviction in the strength of our case). Andy then crafted a masterful notice of claim and negotiated a favorable settlement before ever going having to go to trial. I would also note that Andy's fees are very reasonable and he is very fair in terms of what he charges. Andy is also a down to earth, good hearted person who wants to help you if you have been wronged. I cannot recommend him more highly, and I strongly suggest you contact him if you are looking for help in the legal areas he covers.

Shaun Murphy is the best Attorney ever! My experience with him was a personal injury case. I contracted an STD from a man that I had been dating long term, who forgot to tell me that he had herpes before we had sex. The devastation, embarrassment and humiliation was unbelievable. My self worth was gone forever, or so I thought. One night I was watching the news and heard of this Attorney who had just won a 4.5 million dollar law suite for a simular case. I had no idea one could sue for something like this. I called his office the next day, told my story and he took me on as a client. Hopefully, you will never have the need for a criminal attorney however, if you do, I highly recommend Severa Keith. I found Ms. Keith to be extremely honest and informative, she gave me advice about my 19y/o grandson's case. Gave me useful insight and helped me make a decisions on how to proceed. She didn't try to get my money from me with empty promises as other lawyers did. She basically told me to stick with the public defender(unheard of, right) then to get him out of jail and get him in N.A. meetings, a job, and back to school. All of which will help show good intentions to the court. I was so impressed with her candor, conduct, and ethics. I just can't say enough positive comments on her behalf.
