Mr Levy represented me in a Federal misdemeanor charge. He was very knowledgeable about Colorado and Federal law pertaining to my case. I was well informed through e-mail, phone calls and face to face throughout all of it. During court appearances Mr Levy was very professional, curtious, ambitious and ready to fight for me. This was a very stressful time as I could have lost my career license if I was charged, not to mention all the additional costs and classes I would have had to take. Mr Levy had a calming presence that was very reassuring. I feel he went above and beyond for the price he charged. He was able to get my Federal charges completely dropped! I would highly recommend Mr Levy to any one. I thought he did such a great job that I have engaged him to do some additional work on a possible bankruptcy. He has been talking with creditors and making negotiations to determine if I even need to file. When I called looking for lawyers for my criminal case, no one seemed to want to listen to my side. They quoted me very high prices and didn't seem to care about what happened in my case. Being charged with a crime for the first time is terrifying.
When I spoke with Sarah, she listened and asked questions. I instantly felt reassured that I was going to be okay. My partner and I were in a precarious position with a third partner who tried to steal our largest client. Although other transaction attorneys were involved, it was not until James Tanner, a true litigator, got involved that we received an injunction blocking the partner from breaking our bylaws. Mr. Tanner was not only professional, but got the defendant to blatantly admit to the judge that he was in breach of the by-laws through his superior skills in cross examination and in getting the truth revealed. I would recommend him to any individual or business. He possesses a vast knowledge base and experience level in many different areas of the law.

Cant say enough about good things Jeff Berman and his firm. I had an issue where my rights were violated while I was visiting FL. I had actually consulted informally with an Attorney I know in my home state who advised me "there may not be anything worth pursuing and while what happened was wrong, I may just have to let it go". Well, Im happy I decided to consult with Jeff. He took the time to really examine what occurred and he agreed that my rights had been violated and action should be taken. Not only did Jeff take the case, he pursued it aggressively and with passion. I came away very impressed. My goal with my case wasnt necessarily a monetary award as much as it was holding the other parties accountable, but the monetary award Jeff was able to obtain was definitely a pleasant surprise. The Staff at Berman Law, Sara to be specific, was wonderful also. i truly hope never to need representation again in a case such as this, but if I do I know exactly who to call.

When I was ready to sell my ocean front property I reached out to Scott and he was more than willing to help me with the closing. After the contract was signed my buyer decided he was ready to move ASAP, I let Scott know and we closed 30 days early! I've seen and chatted with Bob at traffic courts for about 10-12 years and I had no real personal injury experience but he did, so he helped my family out with the mediation on short notice and helped us attain a successful result. I can't say enough about the Professionalism that Scott Sommerdorf exuded in the case he worked with me on. I have never had to hire a lawyer to defend me in a lawsuit before and feel very fortunate to have found Scott to represent me. He calmed my nerves and made sure I was always in the loop as to the progress of the case. He would patiently explain what ,why & how things were being handled as they were. The only time I have been in need of any Attorney was 2007. With luck I was introduced to Scott Sommerdorf for defense. Our case was a long 2 year ordeal in which Scott always keep me appraised of anything that came about. And he was very patient with me as I had not idea this could go on so long. David represented us for my husbands serious work related injury. Ours was a very difficult case that stretched out over 8 long years with many twists and turns.Even though it took a long time through no fault of his own, he remained very dedicated to our case. He never gave up. My husband and I were having problems with a tenant not paying rent. We decided we had enough and went in to see Mr. Geringer. Their office was not only knowable about evictions but gave us different approaches we would take to get the tenants out. When my husband and I finally decided which way to proceed Mr. Geringer was able to get the 3 Day Notice prepared and posted that same day. We ended up getting the tenants out and a money Judgment within 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend this attorney to anyone who is tired of getting the run around from tenants.

Mr. Geringer is not one of those attorneys that will do anything for a dollar. He will tell you the truth even though you may not like. He gives you all the facts and is honest about what needs to be done and how to go about doing it. I used him for a criminal case. I like how he worked that I went back for my family law case and had my new wife and everyone else I know go to him.

My divorce was difficult and emotional. We have children and my former wife was very difficult to deal with. Eric and his team helped me to make sure i made sound decisions for my children and me and my former spouse. I never felt they were trying to just get fees out of me. A couple of years ago, I found myself in a difficult employment-related situation, and needed legal advice. Knowing how important it was to have someone very competent, responsive, and personable, I started doing my homework. I researched the Internet, called and talked with tens of law firms and attorneys, read hundreds of reviews, and asked my network of friends and colleagues for referrals. At the end of this thorough search, I selected Mr. Robert L. Levi. During the approximately 18 months of collaboration that followed, I never regretted my choice.
In my opinion, Robert has the experience (over 30 years of work in the legal field), legal knowledge, and skills to help you with your case related to employment, labor relations, civil rights, or employee benefits. He also provides the personal attention to set your mind at ease and relieve (at the extent possible), the emotional, intellectual, and financial stress of legal work placed on your personal and professional life.
Deciding to sue someone is a scary thing. Mr. Levi helped me determine if taking legal action was appropriate for me; evaluated (and re-evaluated) the possible length and implications of the case; was very fair in the payment arrangement up front (no “surprises”); kept me informed right away of new developments; consulted with me on a regular basis; and answered my questions fully, every time I asked. He was realistic, truthful, diligent and ethical throughout the process.
During our collaboration on my case, he would send me regular updates, along with legal briefs of similar cases and respective rulings – in the eventuality I was interested to read (which I was, because it gave me context for my situation). Robt. P. Baker successfully negotiated a difficult settlement on my behalf that involved corporate ownership and employment compensation issues. Decades ago my business partner and I had executed a complicated shareholder’s agreement that recently became a matter of dispute at a time when our company sold most of its assets to a new entity. The stakes were very high for me, as more than 30 years of employment were encompassed by my equity entitlement; the fruits of my entire career were on the line and the sale of our business brought with it the end of any employment or future income opportunity for me with either my partner or the entity purchasing our company's assets.
Baker articulated a deft strategy to deal with the situation and guided me through the process, at all times keeping me informed and advised of possible outcomes and potential complications. The hurdle posed by the opposition’s initial failure to favorably respond was overcome by actions that were creative and appropriate. We filed a multi-faced legal suit that involved employment law, government regulation, and statutes relevant to business practice. Fortunately, litigation was avoided, but I have every confidence that Baker would have been able to navigate that phase of the case had it been necessary.

Robert is one of a kind lawyer that hits the ground running and acts fast. He is always reachable anytime on the day and extremely responsive. He is not your typical lawyer who signs you up and changes color on you. I went to him on a Saturday morning and by the end of the day, he had performed more than any lawyer would have done for me in a week...hands down.

Keith is not afraid to fight the government at all. I do not trust many attorneys but I trust Keith. He has so much valuable experience. We recently dealt with a very poor/young/ unexperienced attorney for two years , We came to Keith to clean up his mess. The old attorney has left us in a scary position as Keith has mostly cleaned up this attorney's mess on my part. We just need to find an attorney like Keith for my husband. My husband's attorney should be disbarred. My husband's Attorney sucks.

I had hired Raja to handle my civil suit regarding overtime pay with my ex-employer. He was prompt with his followup, answered all my questions and listened patiently while I at times "vented".
