Title: Disappointing Experience with this firm Legal Services: Overpriced and Lacking Guarantees
I recently had the unfortunate experience of seeking legal assistance from Robinson and Henry PC Legal Services, and I find it imperative to share the disappointing journey I endured. Reflecting on the entire process, it’s hard not to feel a combination of frustration and regret, primarily due to the exorbitant fees charged and the glaring absence of any guarantees for their service.
First and foremost, the issue of overpayment can not be overstated. Throughout my interactions, it became evident that Robinson & Henry’s pricing structure was not just above the market rate but significantly so. Despite paying a premium with the expectation of receiving top-tier legal support, the quality of service rendered fell notably short of justifying the hefty price tag. The discrepancy between cost and value was stark, leaving me to lament the financial investment made for what was, at best, mediocre legal assistance.
Furthermore, the lack of any guarantee for their services was a critical deficiency that needs highlighting. In the realm of legal services, outcomes can certainly never be assured, a reality any client understands. However, the complete absence of commitment to achieving any form of measurable success or satisfaction for the client is troubling. This policy—or lack thereof—contributed to a pervasive sense of uncertainty and dissatisfaction with the progression and culmination of my legal matter. It felt as though Robinson & Henry Legal Services maintained an all-too-comfortable detachment from the stakes and consequences of the legal process as it pertained to me, their client.
The consultation process itself was marred by inefficiencies and a noticeable disinterest in my case. Correspondences were sporadic and lacking in substance, often leaving me more confused than before. When seeking clarification or further information, responses were either delayed or vague, exacerbating an already stressful situation. It appeared as though my case was just another file on their desk, lacking the attention and dedication one would expect after investing a significant amount of money.
In conclusion, my experience with Robinson & Henry Legal Services serves as a cautionary tale for those in search of legal representation. The combination of overpriced services and the complete absence of any service guarantees should give potential clients pause. While the legal field is complex and outcomes uncertain, a law firm should at least strive to offer value commensurate with its fees and a commitment to client satisfaction. Unfortunately, Robinson Legal Services missed the mark on both accounts, leading me to advise others to seek legal assistance elsewhere.

The process was not explained clearly during the initial meeting. Whenever they called the tenant or me, I was billed even if unavailable. The process took a long time, and I had to constantly call to ensure they were doing their job because they were good at billing but not at informing about the process. There was no practical solution to prevent the tenant from delaying the process. Additionally, during the last court session, they spent almost 1 hour on another case, but because I was involved in one of the cases, they billed me for the extra time even though it was unrelated to my case. The company is expensive and not very effective. They should offer a range of prices when they cannot guarantee a swift resolution. If you want to charge landlords, at least provide a range of prices to expedite the process (I understand the excuse may be the court). I do not recommend their services. I have paid over $5000 in total because they were unprepared to fight for a tenant who lived rent-free for almost six months (an additional $6000 with a Lease agreement in place), further delaying the process with apparently experienced lawyers.
