As an active duty service member, Lori and Jim are both sweet, determined, and extremely knowledgeable in their craft. They were patient and very understanding of my military obligations/ limitations and assisted above and beyond despite me being in the middle of deployment with very little communication. I went to them for two services in the span of several years (2017 and 2023), and both times, they took great care of me despite my young age and lack of legal knowledge. I have never been treated so kindly by an Accounting Department like I was at Robinson Henry Law Firn. Dan Anderson and James McBee went beyond helping explain my invoice. On two separate occasions I got two of the nicest men that were So Knowledgeable!!! Wish we had people like that in all aspects customer service.

James McBee is the Accountant that I worked with for over a year and he was professional, prompt in his responses to me and very personable whenever I had questions. Mr. McBee is a great asset to Robinson & Henry and I appreciate all that he did during this time to help us work through the process.

I had an unsatisfactory experience at Lori's office. Upon arrival, I was not greeted and ended up waiting for 10 minutes before Lori entered. There seemed to be a miscommunication with her assistant, who claimed he hadn't heard me despite being nearby, which was disappointing. When I finally met with Lori, she was polite and offered me a beverage. However, our conversation quickly revealed a fundamental mismatch in values, particularly concerning a belief in God, leading Lori to suggest that we weren't a good fit. This left me feeling judged and dismissed without a chance to fully present my case.
