Promised great things and did almost nothing. Jason and Mark Bossworth are both horrible lawyers for a divorce. If you want to spend $$ and get little results these are your guys to call.

Jason and his brother totally misrepresented themselves. I was told they would help me stand up to opposing lawyer who was pretty good. Mark Bosworth was totally useless except billing me. Jason stepped in at the end and he was equally useless. They didn't file one thing for me. If you want to get ran over in a divorce these guys are the ones to call. I will be contacting the BBB. I had 2 other friends we were all using this guys. Not one of us was pleased with their service. DO NOT USE!!!

I google searched out Kinnaird Law after some fairly extensive research and retained the law firm. Mark was absolutely awesome to work with, is well versed in Family Law, and perhaps the most important is that he has working relationships with a large number of the other Family Law attorneys and Judges in the Springs. This can be one of the most helpful things to a client when trying to settle out of court or if you have to go to court to have an idea of how the Judge will respond/react. While I did end up going to court bc Opposing Counsel was a giant Richard we went in with a well prepared case and I largely got what I wanted (50/50 parenting time). Marks rates are also incredibly reasonable for the amazing service that you get as a client. I can't thank Mark and Erica enough.

I was referred to Jason by a friend for some help regarding a traffic ticket. And I'm very thankful that they did! Jason was very helpful and explained everything that I had questions about during everything that took place. The process was without complication and I can say with confidence that I am very pleased with the outcome. Its definitely a nice thing to know that there are people in the springs that will be on your side in situations such as this!

I hired Jason Kinnaird to represent me in a misdemeanor case. About 12 hours before my first appearance, I get an email from him saying he negotiated a dismissal of the charges and he even got my record sealed. 10/10 would recommend.
