Courteous, responsive, and effective. Mr. Kinnaird recently represented me on a traffic matter to great effect. His staff were very responsive and kept me informed in regards to my case and its disposition. Mr. Kinnaird effectively presented my cases in the hearings and got the penalty drastically reduced. Not that I plan to need representation again in the future but, if I do, I'll definitely return to Jason and his firm.

I hired Mr. Jason Kinnaird as my lawyer after facing up to 3 years for 2 DV charges. He took on both of my cases, and got me the very best plea deal there is honestly. I went from facing 3 years to basically having a 2nd chance at life with nothing on my background! He’s very good at his job, he is very patient and he is definitely on his client’s side! The man is VERY good at what he does. I recommend. I RECOMMEND his services. He’s awesome! Thank you again Mr. Kinnaird, I would not have This chance to get back on my feet without you!!

Jason Kinnaird gave me a new outlook on lawyers, he was kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable about his trade. In a world of lethargic lawyers who just want your money, Jason is a welcome change, he is aggressive to the opposition while being caring and compassionate to his clients. From the moment we stepped foot in his office he put us at ease with his immense knowledge and professional demeanor. Watching him in court was a pleasure as he will fight tooth and nail for your cause! Jason is worth every penny, If you are considering him as your lawyer, just hire this man already! You will not regret it!

I just want to say thank you to Jason! I have never needed to hire a lawyer before and I could not have ask for anyone better! Being overwhelmed with anxiety and fear, Jason took the time to make me feel heard and validated. He was 100% invested in my case and he never let me down! Always attentive, responsive and never made me feel like I was calling too much or that he didn't have time for me. Jason has a heart for the people and is a justice warrior. I would highly recommend you hiring Jason to be your lawyer, he is the only lawyer I will ever use!

Great people, and very helpful

This was the worst representation I have ever seen. Jonathan thought he could take on a 10 years of evidence in 3 weeks. He said he would file for an continuance, he didnt even try. He had about 75 text messages and 5 videos that could have discredited the opposing party he did not use them. He was to worried about "his time" that he did not use it effectively. He fails under pressure. If another attorney is there he wont do anything. WE told him from the very start that if the kids were to go to Ohio we would go, he failed to make the recommendation at the beginning to make that clear even though we absolutely made it clear to him from the start. He had documentation from the school about a very serious incident, HE DID NOT EVEN USE IT. We got absolutely nothing from him. He did not better the situation. He did not better the terms. Everything from the very start of the conversation we had with him was a complete lie. He literally accomplished nothing. I expressed my concerns that we reached out to him several times telling him that we NEEDED to meet with him and we did not have enough time to go over everything. He directly stated that we did have time and everything would be fine. We requested the transcripts from the temporary hearing. He informed us he could get them faster and cheaper and to not worry about it. IF we had not listened to him we would have had them. HE DID NOT GET THEM. Made excuses along the way and ultimately miss represented the best interested of the children. I would not recommend EITHER of the Kinnairds to represent you. Unless you want someone who tells you they are "cautiously optimistic" only meets with you 2 times before the most serious case of your life. He was not assertive, he was not aggressive. He did not fight. He bowed down when the opposing attorney made any arguments. EVEN THOUGH he had plenty of ammo and plenty of evidence. He more than likely didnt even read it. We spoke to him about the temporary orders, he didn't even review them or know what was on them from the very start. We will be filing for miss representation and doing everything we can to get back the $3500 we wasted to, not be taken seriously. I feel as if he was extremely lazy and didnt do anything. $3500 and for 2 meetings and one hearing. COMPLETELY ROBBERY! I wanted to follow up and update this post. 7/22... After writing a letter to the judge, exposing everything we told Jonathan to expose and all the important information. We were able to get a new hearing! Not only did jonathan refuse to ask for back pay child support. Initially it was denied because of the very reason " it was not asked for" we filed a motion to reconsider due to the fact we asked for it Jonathan did not.. We were able to get a new hearing for reconsideration. It is ABSOLUTELY disgusting this man can charge anyone for any kind of representation seeing as his lack of talent, professionalism and knowledge is extremely inadequate and should not be allowed involving children. Update 1/26 .. I hired a new attorney 4 months after the hearing. Yesterday she won! She was able to get the children back by exposing all the problems we had mention to Mr. Kinnaird from the very start. WE got everything we wanted by hiring a different attorney. We also found out the reason Kinnaird did not fight the opposing counsel is because they were friends. He now works for their law firm 3 months after our final hearing. This law firm went from 2 brothers to hiring outside attorneys right after the hearing. They obviously were friends and knew each other which is probably why he did not fight for us. If you want to risk losing your children due to a mediocre attorney that has no business fighting for them. Hire any of the Kinnairds. If you dont want to waste your money dont even consider them.

Jason Kinnaird is very caring, understanding, and is helping me to achieve my goals and take care of what I need to. I highly recommend him to ANYONE.

So happy with Jason Kinnaird Law!! The entire firm was genuine, caring and friendly. Kinnaird gave me a sense of security and trust. He knew exactly what he was doing and handled everything very swiftly and with ease. Worth every penny! Would use this firm again in a heartbeat if I needed to!
