The staff are nice and respectful and they always seem to have appointments available when you need them.

I can't thank Johnathan enough. He had the tough task on helping me regain time with my daughter. Long story short after yrs of trying represent myself digging a bigger hole I sought the help of a lawyer. After many calls explaining my story most lawyers either turned me away , referred me to someone else or threw a outrageous upfront retainer fee. Not only did Johnathan accept my case on short notice he went to work immediately . I went from supervised visits to a normalized unsupervised visits with my daughter. Thank you so much Johnathan

Jon is a great attorney, Easily available for communication, will explain every step in detail, gives you options and strives for mediation between both counsels. Sabrina is excellent as well, as she provides documents in a timely matter and explains the documentation in detail and any concerns. El Paso County District Court (marital and child family court) is a very poorly run system, subjective not objective, and bias to the female population in my opinion; No matter the scenario. Jon does an excellent job navigating and doing the best he can to be your needs within such a difficult time. My entire process lasted 8 months and with 4 different court dates, CFI, emergent orders, and a very difficult case. Highly recommend Jon.
