In May of 2017 our property was hit with a heavy hail storm. We sustained damage to my brand new car, the house, garage and our RV. Our insurance carrier accepted the liability on the car, house, garage and the sky lights in he RV but our insurance carrier was sure that the other damage incurred to our RV by the hail could not be caused by hail. We had the RV repair company explain why none of the damage was pre-existing to our insurance carrier. We could not get the insurance to cover the repair costs of the RV, so my husband and I paid for the repair. We consulted with Daly and Black and Jonathan Star was able to prove the damage to the RV was caused by the hail. As a result, we were reimbursed for the repair costs. Jonathan and his company did a remarkable job shining the light on the antics of our insurance carrier and making sure we were compensated. Jo Ann Crow

While Ms. Donaldson was not able to take my case, I still wanted to leave a review. I was looking for information on my medical malpractice case, I called Donaldson Law and recieved a call back within a couple hours from Jennifer, who gave me the most informed information than other attorneys I spoke with. While Donaldson Law was unable to take my case, I can now move ahead with looking into other options. Thank you Jennifer for taking the time to go over some information instead of just brushing me off.

Daly and Black represented our church against the insurance carrier on a large hail damage event claim. The facility had sustained significant damage to over 50,000 sf of roofing, and the insurance carrier agreed to pay for the damage, and then never did. The carrier started producing settlement amounts once the church hired Daly and Black to hold them accountable. However, still insufficient amounts as related to the replacement costs of the roof. The church ultimately ended up litigating the case for a sufficient settlement to be able to replace the roof. Through Daly and Black's expertise and knowledge of Colorado law the the roofing industry as a whole, they were able to prove negligence and delay on the part of the insurance carrier, and the church received an ample award through litigation for the church to be made whole in replacing the facilities roofing. Daly and Black are very proficient and knowledgeable, and worked well with the church to bring resolve to this unfortunate occurrence that many structures are vulnerable to in Colorado.
