What a relief it is to have an attorney like Bill Zimmerling on our side! Bill helped us with a rather contentious, emotional debt collection. He walked us calmly through the whole process offering guidance and even a little bit of much needed humor. When we started our business he was one of our first calls. He drew up our partnership agreement and is our registered agent. We have had occasion to call on Bill several times and are always appreciative of his expertise.

I hired Jennifer Donaldson to help me with a claim after a skiing accident and I'm so glad that I did! Jennifer and her staff were very thorough in preparing my case and I ended up getting a much larger settlement than I thought possible. Jennifer also negotiated a lower subrogation amount with my insurance company so that I got to keep more of the settlement money. Jennifer and her staff are great communicators--they often return emails at night and on the weekends and they kept me up to date on all progress throughout my case. It's also nice that they do electronic signing of documents so that I didn't have to take time to go to the post office or drive to their office. Again, I'm very happy that I hired Jennifer--I had the best outcome of my claim that I could have asked for thanks to her and her team!
