Mr. Leier is fantastic. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and there to help every step of the way. I had no idea how the system really worked or what was going to happen to me, but Mr. Leier guided me through it and helped me feel comfortable and confident throughout the process.

About 5 years ago, I had Kent help me with a ticket from an accident. I think the case was incredibly easy for his skill level and remedial for someone with his experience. But the ticket threatened my ability to be employed, so he took it on and handled it perfectly, saving my job and livelihood. Today, he was quick to contact me back for a consultation on a different matter and gave solid advice for me in a palatable dialog. Professional, courteous, and considerate. I've recommended him to any person in need of legal defense, and even though I can't afford a permanent retainer on any attorney, I'll always refer to him as "my lawyer" in conversation. Highly recommend him at every turn.

Hiring a lawyer is usually a situation many of us don't want to find ourselves in. If you do, however, you wont regret hiring Mr. Leier. His directness and professionalism helped me feel confident that my case would be handled diligently, and it indeed was. I hope to never find myself in a situation where I will need a lawyer again but if I do, he will be the first call I make. Side note: His personal assistant, Ingrid, is just so lovely and equally as professional. They make a strong, effective, and sharp team.

I highly recommend Kent Leier! He is a former prosecutor, and is very familiar with how to interact with the District Attorney's Office as well as Judges and Court Staff. He exemplifies professionalism; and has the "know-how" and expertise to efficiently get the job done. I was facing a possible felony charge for a 3rd DUI. It was only because of Kent's thorough understanding of the law; and his exceptional ability of how to apply and navigate the law that my charge was reduced to a misdemeanor. Also, Kent was open and honest up front about what all possible outcomes might be. Every time, without exception, I had a question or needed clarification, Kent responded very promptly. Can't say enough good about Kent. I was pretty small potatoes for him, but for me, this event was huge and could have drastically altered the course of my life for the worse - permanently. Professional, kind, straight forward (he made it VERY clear what the consequences would be at every step), and very effective. I made a very grave error at one point, and I was basically told by several people that I was probably entirely screwed, but Kent came through for me in a huge way. In fact, any time I brought up his name at the court house, I was immediately told that he was a great guy - and they were absolutely right. I was in some legal trouble when I was a much younger man, and Kent has out performed both of his peers (though this was in a different state and many years ago) and quite frankly it wasn't even close.

So I found myself facing multiple charges that l thought were going to hard to be dismissed because of the evidence and witnesses they had. But Kent went to work and did what he does best he's a hell of a criminal defense attorney. And it showed because I got the best possible outcome I could've got. My charges were dismissed and I got plea deal for one lesser charge which is nothing compared to what I was facing. My Hats off to Mr. Kent Leier.
