I did a lot of research and figured Kent was the perfect attorney for me. When I first met him I was scared of the charges brought upon me but after talking with Kent for a few minutes, he made me feel a lot better. He has great communication skills and always got back to me. I wanted to hire the best and I got the best! My charges were dismissed thanks to Kent! I will never forget.

I did a lot of research and figured Kent was the right attorney to hire. When we first met I was scared but after a few minutes talking with him I felt much relief! He is great at communication and if I had a question he always got back to me. Because of his knowledge and expertise he was able to get my charges dismissed!

My adult daughter was charged with 20 felonies and several misdemeanors, all of which stemmed from her drug addictions and happened in a short time period. I was sure that without a very sharp attorney who could devote the time and attention her cases required, she was headed for prison. I didn't want that for her, as it would deny her the opportunity for the therapy and substance abuse treatment that she desperately needed. So I sought an attorney who could give her the best possible chance at getting an alternative sentence that would meet her needs, hold her accountable, and give her the opportunity to become a productive person again. Kent met and exceeded those expectations. In just a little over 2 months, he developed a clear strategy for her defense that aimed at getting her into the Drug Court program and did what he said he was going to do. If he was at all daunted by the number of cases, the amount of information to process, and the unexpected complications (which were resolved), Kent did not show it. He communicated clearly and regularly with me and with my daughter, was always prompt in responding to my calls and emails, and kept us informed of the process and next steps. The outcome: Kent facilitated a plea agreement that required her to plead guilty to 5 felonies (down from 20!), pay fines and restitution, and -- most important -- placed her in the 2-year Drug Court program. You might say Kent Leier "did the impossible". Certainly the outcome of my daughter's cases provides some compelling evidence of Kent's skill as a criminal defense attorney. Kent charged what I felt to be a very reasonable fee for his services. I appreciate that it was a single fee rather than an hourly rate. My daughter and I are so grateful for Kent's skilled help and commitment to her defense. I cannot recommend him enough for anyone seeking competent, caring legal help in a criminal defense case.
