I was arrested and charged with a crime under questionable circumstances. By not accepting a plea deal and moving to trial, my life turned into a year-long nightmare. Kent explored legal precedence, filed motions challenging the actions of the arresting officer and on the day of the trial the case was dismissed at the request of the DA. During the entire process Kent communicated via phone, email and in person and responded in a way that, in as much as he could, alleviated the worst of my fears. He listened and extracted information relevant to my defense and used that in a way that would never have occurred to me....ultimately, together, we prevailed. As anyone who has experienced the randomness of the judicial process can tell you, this became the most stressful period of my life. I was happy to have Kent Leier to guide me through the maze.

Mr. Leier was phenomenal in all areas: communication, responsiveness, knowledge of the law/criminal justice system, representation, , etc. He was very hardworking, detail oriented, direct/clear, personable, and I completely trusted his judgement.
