My 17yo son received a misdemeanor speeding ticket (19mph over posted limit) near Carbondale/Aspen.I contacted 2 other Aspen-area lawyers who said they didn't think they could help him. When I talked to Kip, he said he couldn't "promise" anything (of course), but thought the violation could be greatly reduced. Hired! The outcome for my son's case was best possible with the incident being reduced to a 1 point, 5-9mi over speed limit. He could have lost his driver's license! My son had to take a driving safety course, which I am hopeful helped him see the danger in speeding. Kip kept us informed every step of the way and I can't recommend him highly enough. The saving in insurance for a teen boy is worth the price of hiring Kip. Thanks Kip!

I contacted Kip for a traffic misdemeanor of speeding that required a court appearance. With his guidance and following his instruction on how to proceed, the charge was greatly reduced. I've not had an infraction of any kind other than parking tickets in 16 years and I was a bit nervous while also dealing with other more serious family matters. He was always just a call away, I believe picked up the phone each time personally, and took control from day one. I was able to focus my attention on family and he took care of the rest. He went out of his way to help me with not only my criminal case but my Dhs case he went to war for me and made sure to stand up for me when the police were wrong and fought for me to be cleared of all of my charges he did more than I paid him for and I recommend him to everybody to give him a chance.
