I’m so happy I decided to go with Mr. Barnett. Not once did he try to deceive me on the process of my case. Other lawyers I spoke with made it seem like everything would be done in a month. But Mr. Barnett let me know it would be a process and assured me everything would be fine. I’m very please with the outcome I received. God forbid I’m ever in a situation like this again but if Lady Luck isn’t on my side I would definitely go back to Mr. Barnett. Also he has a killer smile! Haha!

Anna was very understanding and considerate of my situation and wanting to get my case taken care of right away. As soon as I hired her, she jumped right on it, contacting the DA's office, and got them to not file the charge that was pending against me. She was also able to talk to my parole officer, and submit a document from the DA stating they were not picking up the charge for me. My parole then lifted the blue warrant off of me. This all got settled within a matter of days, and my parole officer said I was really lucky, that this usually doesn't happen with a family violence charge. All thanks to Anna for getting this done!

3 years ago at the age of 22 I received my first (and only) DUI. I couldn't sleep at night thinking about my insurance rate doubling, not being able to get a conceal carry permit in the future, costs, etc. Attorney Marr was able to miraculously get the prosecution to drop the charges & I received no license suspension so my insurance never went up, truly nothing short of a miracle! Now at 25 I'm proud to say I am now legally carrying. Please stay out of trouble!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Gail not only got me out of jail on a probation violation, but she had my DUI charge removed completely and I was only charged with a $160 ticket !!! Unheard of !
I had another court case in a different county and she was able to have the county extend my ARD and that charge will be expunged !
When hired , she answered my calls and texts immediately . The office is great too and very helpful. I live in California so she was able to have both my cases in Philadelphia and bucks county coincide to make travel much easier . A few years ago I was young & dumb got 2 dui’s after that I got my stuff together to do better & be better but you know in NJ you need a car , so I kept driving after all my punishments bc I didn’t have anyone really represent me for those 2 dui s from 9 yrs ago .. that was a big mistake on Valentine’s Day I parked my car in maywoof by the way I have diabetes, so I parked to get a candy bc my sugar was low & I wasn’t feeling good .. the next thing I see is one offer car in front & one on back .. they automatically stereotyped me as a person who was drunk or high bc of my past .. they towed my car & brought Into station as I cried & said to myself this cannot be happening again I’ve been doing everything right , in my urine they found medicated that were proscribed to me , the charged me with dui & a lot of other things .. the officer didn’t even fill out anything while I was there .. he mailed & I went to court , I tried a Public defendant who told me I have no chance just go to jail il for 6 mos & 10 yrs suspended license./. He told just sign you have no chance .. & I said no I will get a lawyer that’s when I met Mrr. Scott Gorman , , he had such a relaxed way about him & pleasant .. he told me since they mailed me my summons I didn’t have to show bc who is to know if I received those summons sent by mail but by them I had already screwed that had went into court .. but scott still said don’t worry I think we still have a good chance , he gave me faith , hope , strength when I had none.. we went to court for 2 yrs straight through zoom in person mostly , he was always there a call , a text away through the 2 yrs he was always honest he told me what was right & wrong .. what was going good , what was not .. Mr. Scott Gorman literally went into the Lions den & he wasn’t going looe . He brought my case to the Supreme Court , shortly after I had to give Mr.Gorman some documents emailed , so mr. Gorman called & said forget the document we’re getting your dui dropped, I didn’t know what to say I broke down in tears & said thank you , I could of never got this done it was a miracle .. he is amazing .. if you have any charges or dui Mr . Scott Gorman is your man . He’s not about money , He’s about really fighting for his client .. Even the judge said you would’ve never got this dismissed if you didn’t have the great lawyer you have .. I’ve never seen anyone fight so hard ,,, this my lawyer for life I recommend him to everyone who needs a lawyer .. he’s the best !!!! I owe my life to him , my life would’ve changed in a bad direction I f he didn’t save me , Thank you Mr.Scott Gorman… a true guardian angel !!!

I left a very long review on another popular site already so I'll make this quick. The time he spent engaging with me and speaking to me honestly, guiding me on the best proper steps that should be taken and overall helpfulness speaks volumes to his character. I'm not one to go out of my way and act like a Karen unless something is so horrible they deserve a negative review or they are so helpful they deserve praise. I am on avvo, a site I never heard of until recently, going out of my way to leave a review because he went way out of his way and that is something no other Attorney has ever done. He truly deserves more than 5 stars as a Thank You for restoring my faith in the legal community (well, maybe that is a bit much because I question lots of legal professionals ethics after the one I dealt with before. I like the on the line system- modern technology is so amazing. I never had to drive to his office (like my ex-wife did- traveled 45 minutes each way to talk with her lawyer) to get access to him but did everything thru on line and telephone. Set up an appointment time slot on his schedule that he has available and then he calls you back at that time. Be organized and write down your content you want to cover as the time flies by quickly.
He was 4 times cheaper than the first lawyer I had a consultation with to see if I was going to hired her her

First we are owners of the Convent of the Holy Nativity In Fond Du Lac Wisconsin. To Note we won the Appeal, Kimberly Penix a Very Nice woman helped us win our Appeal.
We unfortunatley we not treat right, or fair, But held onto faith in God and trying to do the right Thing. Kimberly and her Council with Our Attorney Dan Kaminsky helped us sooo much. Her knowledge of the law was impressive and she impressed the The Judges and through logic we succeeded but with her help being blessed by God.
And Saved a Historic Property The Convent.., At least we were able to breathe with the help she gave and didn't have to worry over the premature razing of the property.
What could be worst then having to face that awful fact. I feel like she was a real blessing to us. we were tired, exhausted and belittled by unjust prosecution and assumptions bad basically. We should have been working together, our side was but communication was awry... and against us.. leaving us dejected and feeling discriminated against in so many ways.... unreal. We were in essence being bullied.

Ms. Tulekyan took on my case in July of 2023. At the time, I was a lifer who'd been incarcerated for 16 1/2 years. I am a single mother getting on my feet. I had 4 traffic tickets from 7 7-10 years ago. The total for all for was right at $5000. I was in a horrible controlling relationship and didn't have a chance to start taking care of them until this year. I searched for traffic lawyers in the LV area, I am now in California. Since day one the staff here has been so helpful. I thought I would have to pay the tickets before I could even think about getting my license back. But a month or so in to the process they reached out that I could get my license. They contacted the court to have it released to the DMV and then the DMV did their part. Then within a week I had my paper license in hand. When they finally went to court, I figured maybe they'd get the total between all 4 tickets down to half. I was so surprised with the total between all for tickets was $771 dollars. I cried. I did 5 hrs of traffic school online through a company they recommended and when an issue arose with doing my certificate the staff at Mr. Maridon's office took care of it instantly. I thank them for making this whole ordeal so smooth and stress-free.
