Ditto to all the great reviews !! He is all those things and much more!! Incredible attorney !! Our case was overwhelming and he took care of us! We were not offered a plea bargain, straight to trial. Two felonies manslaughter and negligent homicide. A car accident that was truly a tragic accident but charges were filed anyway. It is true Perry brings in highly experienced people on his team. These things can be so complicated. In court Perry was exceptional. He knows when to be humble, but never intimated, and when he needed to be fierce he was!!
Three day trial with not guilty on both charges!! (The jury took Under 30 minutes to decided) We are forever grateful ! Still our friend today !

In despair I called his office at 5:15 on a week night 3 days before my daughters 1st court appearance. I received a call back at 9:00 pm from Mr. Minton. He put me at ease immediately and told me he would help us. By the time we went in to our consultation the 1st court date had been reset and he handled everything from there. This man was my Angel. I had never needed a lawyer for anything much less my teen child. He worked with us when no one else would return calls and the court appointed attorneys couldn’t help us. I'm an immigrant and was charged with family violence misdemeanor. I hired Kevin to represent me. He was very responsive and I received prompt replies to my questions and concerns. Now I have not been in this situation before so while I don't have much to compare this experience to, I URGE that you read this if you are in a situation that was similar to mine, and are in desperate need of an attorney to represent you.
I was charged with a second degree felony for possession of a controlled substance. Jason was super professional and treated me with the utmost respect through the entire process. He was also very honest about the nature of the situation and that the charges would potentially have implications on my future. We explored the different opportunities of the situation and I ultimately allowed Jason to handle the situation in the way that he saw was proper.

I'm speechless. I am a five-time felon/ twice @ TDCJ. Williamson county, facing 25 TO LIFE with the habitual enhancement lingering. Magically out of nowhere the case gets reduced to a misdemeanor/ time served (one day served in county). Pure Insanity, in Williamson county of all places. I would definitely recommend his services. Their needs to be a newspaper article written on my particular case. To have the long criminal record and to be a 2x Loser Mr. Hildreth gets the first degree felony reduced to a misdemeanor with NO probation & NO jail time is unbelievable!

I would like share my experience with Duke as my Lawyer. I was arrested for Felony Possession and DUI with no priors. Once I made bail I looked for the best Criminal Defense Lawyers in Austin I narrowed my search down to 4. I visited each and told them my story and heard their thoughts on what they could accomplish (of course there is no guarantees) each office told me that I would have to take a charge no matter what from the very beginning until I visited Dukes office. He was the only one with the knowledge on what’s steps that could be taken to have both dropped in court. He warned me that of course it would be very difficult and it would take time and additional classes and fees right away though. He told me he didn’t care how long it would take to make it happen that he would ride out however long it needed to take to attempt to make it happen though. All the other offices clearly wanted to just have my case resolved as soon as possible so they could continue to work on different cases not caring to even think about attempting to form a plan to have both cases dropped. I will not name the other offices but two of them were much more expensive then Dukes services. One of them was even 2x more expensive. Since the moment I met Duke he spoke honestly and I respected this a lot. Throughout the whole time I was under his services he was great making it to court on time and always prepared. It took over a year to have everything settled for me in court but Duke kept his word and did everything he could to drop the charges and that’s what he did. Not once did he rush me or the process and he was always there with different options and advice. My case is closed and extremely happy. If you are looking for a Criminal Defense Attorney I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Duke. You will not be disappointed.

Working with this lawyer was a refreshing experience. I recently found out that years ago I had been frivolously sued in small claims court by someone who made a meritless claim. Mr. Kenny was nothing short of AMAZING! I was worried I would do jailtime because the victim had strong evidence against me but he ensured me that I'd be ok. Lisa Haines understood the significance of mental health problems where the judicial system fails to. We had a case that was clearly untreated mental illness & NOT criminal. A long day on the fairgrounds turned into quite the misunderstanding due to the odd ways of getting out of the parking lots.
Carly was able to get an accurate understanding and documentation of the traffic patterns that were supposed to exist vs. how they were executed. Do to this understand we were able to prove my case that I was forced to go opposite than I had originally planned.

I had a possession - cont sub <1g, had served 2 years of my probation as well as completed all fees, classes and appointed programs. Unfortunately I relapsed after my mother passed, and had 2 dirty UAs. They revoked my probation and wanted to send me to State Jail. I hired Jason to represent me in a first time DWI charge that, if convicted, would have resulted in harm against my medical license and professional career. The facts were weak, but I felt it necessary to hire the best to represent me in this high stakes charge against me.
I interviewed multiple attorneys. Jason was the first and the last. In between, I found almost all firms persuade you to enter a contract using their best, most well recognized attorney. They then “sub” your case out to a lesser experienced associate or partner attorney. I realize everyone needs to gain experience, but I could not afford to lose this case.
Jason handled every aspect of my case (phone calls, email responses, meetings, and court appearances). His fee was middle of the road compared to others I interviewed. There was no less experienced middle man handling my case, which in my opinion deserved every extra penny spent hiring him that could have been “saved” by retaining the cheapest lawyer. He handles his cases in the same manner I do as a physician, and I really appreciated his attention to quality over volume.
Jason successfully had my case dismissed without trial or pleading for a lesser charge. Furthermore, my drivers license was not revoked/the judge also dismissed the civil part of this case. In total, all elements of my case were dismissed and I was very pleased I followed my gut instinct by hiring him.

I was arrested at 18 for DWI in Denton county at the beginning of COVID and of course had lots of questions, anxiety and confusion about the whole case as well as I didn’t know where to start at all. I almost immediately went online searching for answers and found Mr. Howard’s website and left an inquiry. He was the first attorney to get back to me as it was on the weekend and even after hours he called to check in and let me know he would look at the case with me the following day. I hired Mr. Howard that same day as communication was very important to me and it was days before any other attorney in the area got back to me. A lot of other attorneys offices will also outsource your case to someone else in the same firm and Mr. Howard personally took care of mine which was also important to me because I knew I could get answers without having to ask around multiple people. My case took over 18 months to be filed and was resolved just under 24 months. Throughout this entire process Mr. Howard monitored the status of my case, gave me updates, was always there to answer every question I had, and ultimately negotiated to have my charges reduced based on my case details. Mr. Howard is very detailed and knowledgeable and won’t ever leave you in the dark from start to finish.
