Mr. Hall guided me through every step of my first DWI offense. I didn’t lose my license and didn’t have to go to court. He initiated an alternative to get me in the pre-trial diversion program.
Mr. Hall was very involved with me through the whole process. He was only a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend you contact him if you find yourself involved in a DWI case. He is very experienced and will handle your case with your best interests in mind.

Mr Hall worked with me for over two years to resolve this case. He worked tirelessly and never left me with any questions regarding my case and was willing to talk me through every step and every option along the way.
He was able to keep me driving throughout the process, which was a must. As the case progressed, he worked tirelessly to get advantageous motions passed that eventually resulted in The State filing for a motion to dismiss.

It was crazy how we met. Todd was an appointed attorney on my son's case and before I got to meet him in person. I had a client of his come into my non-profit organization to do court ordered community service. The client asked if I could fax over my information to his lawyer to show where he would be doing his community service hours at and duties. When I asked for his attorney information, the client said Todd Leventhal and I said WOW we was just appointed him as counsel for my son however we haven't met yet. What a small world. Needless to say, we finally met Mr Leventhal in person and he was very professional, told us straight up about my son's case and advised us on what way he was going to represent him and what we should expect. Todd didn't sugar code anything, he was straight forward and delivered on what he said he was going to do. Todd arranged a plea deal that made it possible for my son to be able to come home and be with his family. My son was facing 27 years to life and Todd had him out in less than 5 years. My son is now working and finishing his classes to earn a certificate in welding. If you are looking for an attorney that is a realist and keeps it real. I would suggest you contact this man because he really goes to bat for his clients. We sent plenty of referrals his way and everyone was happen with the outcome.

I was referred to Mr. Modafferi by a friend who had previously had excellent results with him. I called his office number, and was told by the peeson who answered the phone, that Mr. Modafferi was not available because he was in court, so left my name and number and asked for him to call me. In situations like this, hoping and waiting for call back is not what you want to do, however, I was pleased to receive a call beack from Mr. Modaferri less than 3 hours later. He was very friendly and seemed to be detail oriented. He then scheduled an appointment the next evening, which was actually after their normal business hours. After going through the facts of my case, he assured me that he would would make my experience as stress free as possible. This was an understatement. Gary was very good about returning my calls, and keep me up to date and informed with what was going on with my case. Gary won my case, and obtained a result that put the issue to rest for good. His rates a very reasonable. I hope that I never need his services again, but if I do, I will go back to him without any second thought. I highly recommend him to anyone.

I never had to hire any type of Attorney before my case and I made a great choice. I found Gary, thanks to Von the computer genius, who told us how amazing he was. I hired William Young & Associates to help with an inattentive driving violation. It was apparent through our conversations that Will knew how to negotiate with the prosecutor to achieve the best outcome. He was willing to fight for what he thought the outcome should be and In my situation was ultimately able to get my charge dismissed. One of the things I liked was that he laid out all of the options for me but gave me the choice of what i wanted to do. He would give me his input and answer any questions. He would tell me how things should go during the hearing so I knew what to expect. Will and his staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. Ughh, what a nightmare my life could have become, if I had not been fortunate enough to find Attorney Dakota Martin. I was wrongfully accused by the state for a crime I did not commit. Faced with the scariest experience of my life. My family and I found the right lawyer after 4-5 consultations. Clayton Simms was that lawyer and we got the best possible outcome from a devastating situation. I did not feel rushed. Clayton took the time to answer our questions honestly and clearly no smoke screen.
It was likely I would be found guilty and Mr. Simms worked with us to get the right outcome for the situation. This was a very serious offense. Clayton was professional and organized through the process of the 5-6 appearances. He was available and returned calls quickly.

If you want the best lawyer, look no further. Mr. Schmiege was clear, concise, understanding, knowledgeable, dedicated, transparent, and diligent. When I wanted to take the easy plea bargain, he discouraged me from doing it, which ultimately led to my case being dismissed. After firing my first attorney who literally took my 10K retainer and advised me to "plead guilty, sell your house and move," boy am I glad I stumbled across Mr. Klein. I didn't know about AVVO at the time, but real client reviews are probably the best way to judge a potential attorney.
By the time I hired Mr. Klein on several convoluted and grossly exaggerated matters that had ballooned out of hand, which included OOP and VOOP, he was able to get the OOP vacated and VOOPs dismissed, which seemed initially like an impossible task, especially since the original attorney bungled the case so badly and several months had elapsed.
In the end, I received court supervision for one separate case, with all others dismissed.
About Mr. Klein's style: He's a great communicator. Available, responsive, patient, and explains things in detail (and many of the details can easily get confusing). Sometimes he gets gruff or short when he is in the middle of fighting hard for your case, so trust that he is placing his energy where it needs to go and will get back to you later to explain the finer details.
A word about pricing: A friend advised me, be wary of attorneys who charge you by the hour, because you can't really know how much time they have actually spent on the case. I found this out the hard way, when my original attorney kept over 3K of my original retainer, after doing pretty much nothing on my cases. Mr. Klein in contrast offered transparent pricing, telling me exactly what his cost was for each matter in full, and additional fees if the case went to bench trial vs. jury trial (it didn't.)
