Late one cold winter night, I made a poor decision. I drove home when I probably shouldn’t have. I was stopped, arrested, and taken downtown to jail. For someone like me, who has never gotten into trouble like this before, the process was terrifying and humiliating.
As I scramble to call for help in the middle of the night, I try again and again to reach someone, when one picks up. The man on the other end of the line is calm, knowledgeable, and perhaps most of all, understanding. It’s Aaron. At this point I haven’t retained him, but he still provides me with clear instructions and immediately starts building my defense.
I officially hire him the next morning. He meets me in person to explain my options and let me know my odds. He promises to fight for me and to be available to answer questions when they come up. He’s a very professional and genuine man.
When the trial comes, I’m horribly nervous and honestly depressed from months of self-doubt. Until, I see my defender. He has a naturally warm and calming demeanor, especially when compared to the cold, impersonal nature of the State and prosecution. And Aaron isn’t just ready, he’s collected, he’s smooth, and he knows the law like its second nature. He breaks apart each argument the State provides and points to specific details about the law to justify my defense. It felt like something from a movie, watching this man artfully craft my case. What an incredible experience it was to watch him work in person. And in the end, my charges were dismissed.

Mr. Lee gave me some advice during a 30 minute consultation that explained the positive and negative consequences before a pending court date regarding a friend of mine, including details of what happened, warrantless blood searches, red flags of an attorney I was considering, including low fees, non-responsiveness to emails, no written agreement, and other matters regarding the case. I highly recommend Aaron Lee and his firm! I wish he practiced in the county where the incident occurred!

I never had money for a lawyer they were always to high so I had a public defender until I got a letter in the mail referencing me to a board specialist lawyer at a great price, Aaron picked up my charges and got all of them dismissed within 6-8 months and he promised me that the first time I met em and kept his promise .Definitely Recommend!

Adam Carroll recently represented me on a probation violation in Chesapeake he was recommended to me by a lawyer that i usually use . This was my second violation in which I violated condition 1 and 8 . Condition 1 is the worst one to violate it means i brought back a charge. 7Mr Carroll researched my case meticulously and fought very hard for me on court. Long story short I ended up doing just 56 days in jail my guidelines on just the condition 8 were 6 to 12 months .... If any body knows Chesapeake the are very hard on violations!!!! My journey down this hard and difficult path to get myself back on point from the beginning has been rough. I ended up getting A charge on a green card and was referred to a lawyer who took quite a nice chunk and advised me to do things that ended up being a big hindrance in the future to come. I then was referred to Bill and at 1st I had my hesitations and worries about if I had just placed my case into another lawyer's hands that wasn't going to do right by me. I've been with bill for about 7 years now and I'm very pleased with how I was treated and how my case has been worked on with great professionalism. When I got off probation I decided to fly back home to where I'm from and when I returned to the USA I had a big issue with immigration and Bill was there immediately for when I had contacted him and explained what had happened and since then has done his due diligence across-the-board for me even down to finding a method of trying to obtain my citizenship and which today I have received notice of my citizenship. It's taken years to get to this point but we finally made it and I'm thankful I had Bill and his team right by my side. I have referred Bill to a friend and was very successful on her case also.

Mr. Masters helped my 14 year old daughter when she got a moving violation driving her golf cart in Viera, FL. Points on her future license would have delayed her getting her driver’s license and it would have increased our insurance considerably. Mr. Masters was able to plea it down to where we paid a small fine and there would be no lasting repercussions. His office staff is friendly and prompt with their replies and Mr. Masters is very professional and knowledgeable of the law. You can tell he is well respected in the courthouse by the judges, court staff and even the prosecuting attorneys. I highly recommend Mr. Masters.

Michael represented me about 10 years ago for a DUI. I got an email from him out of the blue, telling ne about expungement. He offered to clean my record. The fee was a bit higher than I thought it would be, but I trust him after speaking with him, I said yes. Thank God because he filed the paperwork the same day and a few weeks later my case was dismissed! Now and don't have to tell anyone about it when asked. Good for applying for new jobs and now I can refinance my home without getting a higher interest rate that they initially offered, when I answered yes to "have you ever been convicted of a crime?" Everyone should be able to start anew and Michael got the job done!

I hired Michael in the past for a DUO case. I called him recently on an unrelated question and I remembered how well he treated me during my hour of woe. so I decided to make this review. I was arrested for DUi and he took my case. it was a kind of high alcohol case and an accident. no one injured but me. long and short. Michael found a technicality that he brought to the DA. I hired Michael and his firm from a referral from my close friend who had DUI a few years ago and Michael had represented him. He was very informative and gave me a 20 minute consultation about how he works and his experience. That relieved a lot of my anxiety about my case as this was my first arrest for anything ever. Michael went to court and after about a month and 2 court dates, he had investigated my case for dismissal mistakes. A few years ago, I was in legal trouble because of am issue that took place when i was 18y/o, 7 years later I applied for a passport to go on vacation not knowing that I was going to receive a letter in the mail stating that I had a warrant for my arrest. 27 y/o never have i ever been in any legal problems. The following day i went to visit Mr. Joseph Gallo. My mother and I sat down in front of him and showed him the letter i received. The next day Mr. Gallo called us to come back into his office and explained what the charges were. I was terrified! I never been in any type of criminal trouble and I didn't know what was going to happen or what to expect. He explain to me that I didn't have to stress so much nor did i have to be scared, that he was going to take care of me and that’s exactly what he did. He stood by me the entire time and made sure that I understood everything that was going on. The day came that i had to turn myself in. I was only supposed to go in and come right back out but for some reason i didnt , 4 hrs later i see him and my mom walking towards a glass window and him looking a little upset. The guards let him back and he asked why i was still seating there waiting and not being released yet, next thing you know i was being released. This is the kind of lawyer he is, a lawyer that will go out of his way to make sure everything is fair and how it should be. Well, i got stopped and accused of dui. Went to jail and the first thing i did when i got out was too look for the best lawyer in Ellis County. I asked around for recommendations and i kept hearing Joe's name.
There i go to meet Mr. Gallo. The first thing Joe told me was that if i hire him that my problems become his and i have nothing to worry about. We talked for about a hour and that was it.
Joe took my case and worked every single angle available. We met a couple of times, we went to court a couple of times, and then we had the dismissal for evidence court date. If anybody can imagine, that was the big one and this can make it or break it. Joe seen something in the video that he told me was going to pressure the state into a rock and a hard place. Well he was right and my case got dismissed.. WAAAA LAAAAA, just like he called it .. DISMISSED.
Joe effort's and my dismissal gave me back my life.. i had my career on the line as well as future ventures riding on this dismissal and Joe got it dismissed. Thank You Joe, i have no words on how to thank you ... Joe and his team are the way too go if someone gets in a situation like mine.

My first consult with Mr. Gallo was back in March. I got charged with a class A misdemeanor the night I got arrested (March 8, 2019) The first time I met with Mr. Gallo he went over every and all options with me, he explained everything and answered all my questions before I could even ask any. Through out this journey a long and dreadful 7 months later (after my court date kept being reset) I get a call, text and an email from Mr. Gallo to give me the great news that my case was dismissed!! I was in such disbelief I just couldn’t even believe it I had been preparing myself for a long probation and been saving up a lot of money for this. I had no idea how to find and retain an effective defense attorney, and ultimately hired John based on reviews like the one I'm about to submit here...what other metric could I use?
He's a straight shooter with a wealth of experience. He kept me up to speed as each step of a grueling, bureaucratic process played out (my ordeal began mid-pandemic, allowing the state to redefine my 'right to a speedy trial').
I was confident in how I wanted to handle my defense, but adjusted course several times based on his input.
I leaned heavily on his knowledge and experience when the time came for trial, and he didn't let me down.
I sometimes wonder how things might have played out had I hired a different attorney. I'm glad I didn't. It could not have gone any better.

John definitely went above and beyond! From the time he was hired, all the way to the end of my case (that we won!) he had great communication, there wasn't a time when i didn't know what to expect. Always gave me options, and the pros and cons to each, along with great suggestions on how to move forward. He kept his phone line open for me to ask questions on the case. If he was busy, always called back. He also just checked in and made sure i was doing alright. Which was big for me in trusting his process. John communicated with my other lawyers to make sure the dates weren't conflicting with each other, if they did he had it figured out within times notice. He's very quick and on it, even while juggling many other cases. Overall the best experience with a lawyer i've had.

Russell did an excellent job handling my DUI case. During the initial consultation he was able to explain the whole process and during subsequent meetings he completely prepared my for the next stages of the process. On appeal he was able to get the charges dismissed completely, with no fines or jail time and I will be able to get the arrest expunged completely in the future. First and foremost I want to just let everyone know that this man/ lawyer is a gift from God and I’m not just saying that he truly is. I had so much going on at one point in my life I had cases everywhere and he took on my case where I was facing time behind bars and let me tell you I could always get in touch with him it was never a phone call that he did not pick up and he is not a lawyer that once he’s paid he ignores you, he’s sharp, smart has a good working relationship with prosecutors. I could go on and on about what an outstanding law firm this is and they never make you feel like you’re a bad person , even if you are guilty of what you’ve been charged. Randy always sees the bright side of things if you’re going through a case that’s tough Ferguson and Ferguson is the law firm to choose. I would recommend Ferguson and Ferguson 1000% especially if you’ve been charged with a crime that could get you a felony and time behind bars . They do exactly what you ask and I was looking at a class A or B felony and Randy got it reduced to a misdemeanor, no jail time and unsupervised probation. You can’t really name that many lawyers that can do that , but if you want a great outcome then it’s Ferguson and Ferguson who you want to go with. I don’t usually do reviews but Randy did such a phenomenal job in my case I have to recommend them. Randy is smart , honest and hard-working and he’s going to do the best job for you so make sure you choose them if you’re going through a case that could affect your life because these lawyers truly care about what happens with your life. I walked into Wesley’s office looking for an attorney to handle my contentious and complication divorce. Though it was no easy case, Wesley said he was up for the task. For the past year I have worked alongside him and his staff and can honestly say I was wowed by the level of knowledge and service they provide.
Wesley is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He answers questions with the ease and confidence of someone who has an in-depth understanding of how the system works. Wesley is, above all else, honest. He does not sugar coat advice, which I greatly appreciated. I've been an over the road truck driver for over 24 years and Mr. Crabtree represented me in a traffic citation case that not only got me terminated from my former employer, but could have possibly ended my trucking career and which of course would have greatly impacted my livelihood. Weston did an awesome job helping to sort out our property heirship since we had no wills. He provided the necessary affidavit of heirship and Tenncare release form required to establish a property deed for the inherited land. He also assisted with limited power of attorney needed so that I could represent the family. I reached out to Mr. Gantte in reference to getting an affidavit that shows my husband as property owner by heirship. The land went from my husband’s grandfather to my husband’s mother. However, neither of them had a will so there was nothing showing the lineage for my husband.
Mr. Gantte explained what he needed to start the process. Once received Mr. Gantte was expeditious in getting the affidavit registered and verified no bills owed to any nursing home.
Mr. Gantte has a good personality, is easy to work with and explains things so that it is easy to understand. I would definitely use him again.

Called Jason a couple days before my court date. After a couple of other attorneys wouldn’t return my calls. He called me in for a consultation and I gladly hired him. What I liked about him is he didn’t make any empty promises that some of these guys will make. He did promise to work any angle he could use to get my charges lowered or dropped. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome facing a minimum 120 days in jail and a 6 year license suspension. This would have ruined me financially. I ended up with a plea down to 48 hours and charged with a first offense charge. Honestly think I might’ve got out of it all together if I asked him to go further with it but it wasn’t a risk I was willing to take with that great of an offer. I also want to say that under the circumstances I thought they were going to fry me if they could. He was worth double the money I paid him. In fact I have paid twice as much with not near the results. I hope I never need an attorneys services again but if I do there’s no question who that will be. Hi staff was great as well.

Previous reviews speak volumes of this man's skills and concern for cases he upholds. He has turned a bleak and dreary, nearly irredeemable case into a hopeful, salvageable one.
Without going into too many details, I had to change attorneys and dump their mess onto Luke's shoulders. He had very little time to make adjustments and to absorb the case. This did not deter mister Durham. He took it upon himself to visit places handfuls of hundreds of miles away (out of state) so that he could 'paint a picture' and get the information he needed.
He did the work you would expect a phenomenal attorney to do. No stone was left unturned, no possibilities or options had gone unconsidered. He did his absolute best, and hardest work for me. My divorce experience was a long, painful nightmare using two different attorneys. While I recognized the need for extra time due to the pandemic and court closures, my first attorney failed to respond to any type of communication. Phone calls were useless and it took me 5 email attempts to get even one response. My second attorney was more responsive to my communication, however, slow to make any moves. We ended up in court in front of a judge which was a stressful and unnecessary ending to an already irritating process. I swear my divorce could've been completed in 30 days had I have had a supportive team behind me.
Fast forward to the need to relocate out of state (like across the country out of state) with my two children and I knew I needed to find better representation. Someone who was truly prepared to fight for me as I knew it wouldn't be easy. John was recommended to me in the middle of my divorce by several people, but at that point it was too late in the case. I knew that he would be the person to turn to when it came time for this next fight because of the successful outcomes of the recommending parties.
John did not disappoint. His responses were prompt and full of useful information. He kept me informed of the process, deadlines and delays. He had a plan mapped out for me right away and made sure I understood what I needed to do in order to move the process along. He was familiar with the laws, gave me his expert opinion on what to do legally once I had moved out of state and helped me through a surprisingly quick and painless mediation process. If I had three words to describe John Haines, it would be professional, knowledgeable and blunt. Divorce is always a sticky situation, but John navigated it like it was child's play. He's been doing this for a long time and if you think the retainer is too much to pay, it isn't. He chews gum and shoots from the hip. This does not mean he's cocky. He's just confident and that's what you need in a lawyer. Just listen to him, do what he tells you to do and it will be all over before you know it. He really isn't one of these sleazeball lawyers who is looking to overbill for every e-mail or call. I saw my ex's financials and he got billed 3-5 times a month. I never got a bill until the very end. He's there if you need him, but check your problem at the door to make sure you really need him. Divorce is emotional. He's not Dr. Phil. He's there to get you out of the predicament you're in and if it goes to court, fight for you. I appreciated his demeanor and when you hire him, you will too.
The work was exceptional, the price was fair, the stories were hilarious and I'd give him and the boys in the office 5 stars any day of the week. Outstanding work!

I heard about Jed through a family friend who also used him as her divorce attorney. So I figured I would have a consultation with him. After our consultation, I was VERY satisfied and knew that I wanted to hire him. This was back in 2018. He required the retainer, which was expected, and used that retainer towards the expenses. He was very professional, listened to my needs, had my sons best interest in mind, and maintained his integrity throughout my entire case. Not only did he handle my divorce, custody, and parenting plan case, he also handled my personal injury case, got me the most that he could, and knowing full well that he would get his share, so he made sure after giving him what was owed, I still had more than enough to cover costs.
