In regards to both my cases the outcome was fantastic where they were both thrown out.
First meeting Dan and his assistant Mia I felt immediately welcomed not only to mention the office is in a prime Location. There are not enough words for me to describe the wonderful defense work of Mr. Wolf and his team. The case involved a DWI conviction of a family member with disabilities. Mr. Wolf and his defense team took the time to listen to our plea and then explain what he believed to be the outcome. It was this person's first offense and he had little understanding of the law. Mr. Wolf worked with the prosecution to make them understand these circumstances. The punishment lead to a small fine and a class to make the understanding clear to my family member that DWI was not to be tolerated. Case closed and we can now move on with life. After our 15 yo son was arrested on several felony charges, we were connected with Yusuf by a friend who has experience in the NYC juvenile justice system. Yusuf worked collaboratively with us, listened to our ideas, and supported us throughout this extremely stressful time. I hired Robb after having 2 prior attorneys for a highly contested custody matter. Robb took my case on a fairly short notice and immediately got to work. My case had several layers that had to be peeled back and was complex to say the least. Robb was able to get up to speed very quickly on the facts of the case as well as my concerns surrounding the matter. Robb was always prepared for any motions that had to be heard as well as during the trial which was a seven day trial. He truly wants the best outcome for his client and he shows that through his attention to detail and open communication. Robb has a good presence in he court room and commands respect during cross examination. Robb has a good grasp on processes, and uses great emotional intelligence. I was arrested for a DUI after driving home from a double shift. I was extremely tired and found myself taking a wrong turn on the way home which led me to drive upon a DUI check point. After being arrested I contacted Mr. Mussetto late at night and not only did he answer but also showed up the next morning for first appearance. Through the entire process he was by my side giving me sound advise and keeping me informed with developments and court dates. We ended up taking my case to court and his preparation with the facts of the case and the not so prepared handling of the situation by the arresting officer and prosecutor allowed him to soundly have the jury deliver a NOT GUILTY verdict. The best decision I ever made was calling John when I faced the most difficult time in my life.

To say I had a complicated divorce would be the understatement of the century. Yet Brent took my case head on and fought harder than any attorney I had used prior to him. He always made sure to listen, hone in on the details and actually take action. His knowledge of the law is impeccable and in one particular instance, within two days of hiring him at that, he used that knowledge of the law to stop a situation happening.

The day that these alleged crimes occurred was the worst day of my life.
I was tased (twice), beaten, and zip tied by APD in my own front yard.
When I was alerted to the potential of a warrant being issued for my arrest, I consulted and then hired Geoffrey and the Coffer Connelly team.
Under Geoffrey and Justins guidance, we allowed my warrant to go through so that Geoffrey and Justin could work with the prosecution to prove my innocence. ( I was nervous about this strategy, but I had faith in their experience) The lead detective on the case was adamant that I was the one who committed the criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Ultimately- Geoffrey and Justin handled everything. I didn’t have a single conversation with any of the APD staff, even when they continued to call me and attempted to incriminate me over the phone.
Geoffrey and Justin managed to prove that I was in fact, not- the criminal who committed those crimes, by way of my facial hair. (The other guy that the prosecuting team had a photo of, didn’t have the sweet facial hair that I have)
The charges were dropped and the firm is currently working to have the charges completely expunged from my record.
When sh*t happens and you need an understanding lawyer that treats the law “like art and less of a science”- hire this firm. Justin (the ex-APD chief (I think)) did an amazing job consolidating the facts to ease the process of having the charges dropped. Geoffrey and Justin were very understanding of my terrible experience and supported me along the way. We even had a few laughs over zoom! Justin even allowed me to personally call him a few times for guidance when APD wouldn’t leave me alone.
Having Justin on the team is a real ace in hand. His experience and connections with APD made him incredibly valuable throughout the process.
While I don’t intend to get wrapped up in any other criminal nonsense, if I did- I wouldn’t think twice about calling Geoffrey and Justin and the team at Coffer and Connelly.
I highly recommend this firm. 10/10. Do recommend. So what are you waiting for? Better get that retainer in before they have too many clients to take you on!

And these other reviews I've read about her being an angel is exactly what she is. I had a DWI it was my 7th she got me the best deal. I have been through horrible domestic violence situation where HPD did not stand up for me or help me I had not drank any alcohol in years and I believe I was in a spot where I felt no one was helping me with the domestic violence and I turned back to alcohol and a bad situation. Let me start by saying Jesus met me on the day I was to accept a DWI plea. My attorney I hired couldn’t make it so Jesus met me there. Upon reading the conditions my attorney negotiated Jesus advised me that if I was his client he wouldn’t feel comfortable allowing me to sign it. He then negotiated with the prosecutor and got me a much better deal. Saved me $5,000 in fines and a lesser charge. He did all of this without billing me a dollar. I was arrested for manufacturing a dangerous drug MDMA greater than 400 grams. It was 4 probes one for the MDMA and one for the money laundering all over the world 130 people were arrested in
16 us cities and Canada , and charged with the RICO Act. They gave me 490 months. I paid Chuck for my appeal. The only thing holding my part of the RICO was the manufacturing of the ecstasy as I was the only Chemist producing (allegedly) one million five hundred thousand pills daily. Mr. Johnson did a investigation from all angles and found the search warrant they used to find the only piece of evidence was a plain sight warrant and on video you could clearly see them remove part of a wall to get to the 5 Rubbermaid storage containers that were all full of MDMA powder unpressed. In which I got myself involved in and because of being a naïve person that I am wants to help everybody. I fell into a very very detrimental situation that seemed impossible to get out of.
