He likes to have his information and evidence gathered thoroughly in order to obtain maximum efficiency.
He is a problem solver while also keeping a cool and level head. Very keen on details. He took the time to reassure me, as a client, that the situation would be subdued in the smoothest way possible. I had never been in any legal trouble in my life.
I was charged incorrectly with AWDW and in our first meeting he was able to quickly extract that my case was actually self defense and defense of others. Attorney Gerald made sure that the evidence of my case was heard clearly by the ADA and that the full picture was understood. Without the proper context the situation could have went to extreme levels that could have had permanent effects on my life and record overall.
Greatfully, my charges were dismissed in a controlled and timely manner . He did a fantastic job, especially during the confusion of a pandemic and I couldn't thank him enough for protecting my innocence in the way he did. I will never forget what was done for me.

He and his amazing staff kept me updated every step of the way. He explained my charges and what penalties I could be facing. I believe that every single person in that courthouse knew who he was and his reputation as a great lawyer definitely preceded him. My son was arrested for an OVI charge, along with a related charge. Having never dealt with this issue before, I contacted a trusted friend who is an attorney. He said that Shawn runs the best DUI practice in the Columbus area. We took his advice to contact Shawn and we were very glad we did as Shawn and his team were very responsive, competent, professional and effective.
Shawn's office immediately took our call on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation for first thing the following morning. During the consultation, Shawn provided a clear explanation of the process (including timeline), charges and potential outcomes.
Throughout the process, Shawn and his team kept my son informed of the progress, includings the filings and motions made on my son's behalf, discovery data (including Shawn's assessment of how the data/evidence would possibly affect the case) and reminders of court dates.
Thanks to Shawn and his team, the case was settled with the related charge being dismissed and the minimum sentence for the OVI charge. The OVI laws are complex and I can't imagine how my son would have navigated the process without the help of Shawn and his team.

From the first call with Shawn I knew that I had made the right choice for representation. I hired Shawn's firm to help me get a record sealed/expunged. Once they had agreed to take on the case, the process began quickly and was expertly handled with very little required of me. I met Shawn the morning of the scheduled hearing and he was able to get the expungement order signed by the judge without me even needing to appear.

Mr. Brandon Henderson has represented me on more than one occasion. He is a great attorney and has yet to let me or any of my friends down in court. I contacted Brandon to work a domestic case I was going through and I have to say picking him was the best choice I could have made. Brandon's knowledge on the law and procedures is amazing I was so impressed by his skill and the way he took the time to explain the whole process of what was going and what steps we should take to get the best possible outcome in my case. Received a reckless driving summons on the Chesapeake Bay Bridge while passing a car that was going 10 mph below the speed limit. If you find yourself in a bad situation and need help getting out of trouble call David. I was charged with a class 2 felony (malicious wounding) facing 10 years in jail if convicted. He was able to work a deal and get me off with two misdemeanor charges. Which was the best outcome possible for my case.
