Sean has helped me and my daughter so much. He said he would stand behind her and take it all the way and he did he bought for her. He was open. He left the communication open between me and him and my daughter. He was there for her all the way. He got her off. With little time when they were trying to give her 10 years and serve 85% of it. And he told me told us that he could get it down and he was true to his word. He is a good lawyer. He's one of the best. He says what he means and means what he says. So, thank you Sean. I hired Mr. Sullivan to defend us against an aggressive Homeowners' Association Board, which was threatening to come onto our property and remove items belonging to us. He was caring, quick, and efficient, as well as easy to reach. He returned calls and e-mails, and sent a letter which provided a line by line rebuttal of the Board's allegations against us. He also returned a portion of our retainer! How many businesses and professionals these days keep an honest accounting of how they have spent what you paid them, and then been honest enough to refund some of that? WOW! All in all, working with Mr. Sullivan provided a very satisfying outcome and overall experience!

Let me start by saying that Mr. Marcus saved my life. I was falsely accused and charged with misdemeanor (Battery). I had hired 2 different attorneys and none of them helped me to prove my innocence.

I was driving 120 MPH when I was pulled over and arrested for DUI. It was passed midnight when the lights of the cop car flooded my rear view mirror. I knew I had one too many drinks and I knew I was going to jail. Still, I was hoping I could talk my way out of it. I answered their questions. It didn't help. My speech was slurred. I did their tests on the side of the road. I almost fell over a few times. With each second I could feel the jail closing in on me. The cops didn't care about me. They were so pissed I was driving so fast they couldn't wait to take me to jail. I was arrested and blew .12 twice into the breathalyzer. I thought it was over.
I knew of Derek from other friends that had used him. They had their cases dismissed or walked away with very little. He wasn't cheap, but my friends swore by him. I saved every nickel and raised every dime I could to hire him. It was the best decision I've ever made.
When I met with him he explained everything. He told me "you're paying me to do the worrying for you" and I truly felt he cared. I know he cared.
The Torrance DA (Some woman named Gillian) wanted to send me to jail for months because of some rule that says if you're driving as fast as I was you do a minimum of 2 months jail. I couldn't believe it. Derek wasn't having it. He fought with them, but they wouldn't budge. It was take the jail or go to trial.
We went to Trial.
I was scared to death when the jury was picked. Then Derek started doing his thing. He showed the jury another side. He showed the cops didn't know what they were doing and that they were lying. They didn't need to lie, but they did. Derek was clearly the smartest guy in the room. Everything they threw at us Derek blasted.
More than anything, Derek cared. He put his heart and soul into the case. He really cared what would happen to me. I wasn't just a client. He treated me like I was a member of his family on trial. The jury saw that and I won. MY CASE WAS DISMISSED!!!!!!!

We hired Derek on 2 separate occasions for a family member. One was a DUI and the other a DV charge. Despite being handed many difficult situations by the client, the judge and D.A., Derek was able to literally pull out a few miracles. The client was able to get very lenient outcomes. Derek is a fighter and likes to win. Even better he doesn't like to lose, so if you need a good lawyer who will fight for you, hire Derek.

When you talk about an absolute miracle you talk about Michael Sweeny. It took me more than a month after my case to write this review because I wanted to write the perfect review for the perfect lawyer. I hired Mr. Sweeny for my very difficult case which I thought had no hope to be honest. He was very efficient, quick to act and thorough, and instilled a lot of confidence throughout the process. My case could have had a potentially very damaging outcome, however, it was resolved positively, with much better results than I or anyone else in that courtroom could have ever expected. I was met with stellar communication skills, excellent and professional representation and understanding without judgement. Any aspect of my case that he was not familiar with was met with profound research and that made me feel hopeful because my case had damaging effects on other parts of my life. In June, 2019, I was arrested and charged with a serious crime. My wife was put in touch with Attorney Scott Weinberg, who contacted her at 10:00 p.m., and met her at the Courthouse for the bail hearing the next morning (which was a Saturday). Scott rearranged his personal weekend schedule to be sure he represented me in Court, where I was released on bail. For 17 months, Scott tirelessly worked on my case. He was reassuring, calmed our fears and was optimistic about avoiding a jail sentence. Scott walked us through each step of the process, and was available by text/phone 24/7. When COVID hit, and everything was delayed, he kept us up-do-date on what was going on, and met with us several times. At times, I was severely depressed and convinced I would be given a jail sentence, but Scott alleviated my fears. When the courthouse re-opened, I met with Scott immediately, as we prepared for my day in court. Again, Scott went over everything with me, answered any questions and was patient and kind in reassuring me. The end result was I was not given any jail time, but instead probation and house arrest. This sentence was due to 17 months of hard work and negotiations by Scott Weinberg. He believed in me, and fought for me - daily. Scott understood that I never would have survived jail, and believed in me through this whole ordeal. He is a warm, compassionate man, and an excellent attorney. Both my wife and I are forever grateful and thankful for Scott Weinberg.

Needing a criminal defense attorney is a scary experience but Justin immediately put me at ease when I met with him and hired him and I knew I was in good hands. He was the only lawyer I met with that didn't just give me lip service and brag about about themselves! He answered all of my questions, was always there for me, and I personally saw Justin in court doing his thing. Never once did he have another lawyer touch my case which is VERY common with many defense attorneys. I never felt like I was in the dark about my case, and he knew my case backwards and forwards. He handled my main case which was in Van Nuys and probation violation out of the Airport Court and was able to make everything go away with no jail, a reduced charge, and termination of my violation case. Next year Justin will go back to court for me for the sealing of the case and arrest. Catching a case is a horrible experience but thank goodness there are lawyers out there like Justin. Don't waste your time and money with anyone else. Justin really does check all of the boxes and then some!!

I am not quite sure where to begin...I had originally hired a previous lawyer to represent me for my divorce (which started in 2019). The previous lawyer did not seem to be doing much work on my case nor did did I feel heard when I explained my case to them. I ended up asking them to withdraw as my lawyer after about 8 months because I knew they weren't going to fight for me.
I then started the process of finding a new lawyer and quite a few lawyers were not even willing to take my case because litigation had already started.
I felt very lost, but then I got referred to Linda Watson from 3 different people. I had my phone consult with her (at this point covid was in full swing) and I knew this woman was going to fight for me.
Let me make this clear, you're money will not go to waste at Watson Law! You will see the work for what you pay for! Linda and her team will go above and beyond for you! Make sure you communicate with them and tell them everything!
Linda is such a good hearted person. She doesn't sugarcoat things and is very real and upfront with you!
Never in a million years did I think after hiring Linda I would grow so close to her and her staff!! As crappy as having to go through the divorce process was, Linda and her team made it somewhat enjoyable! I felt heard, supported and validated from Linda and her team!
Oh and in the end, Watson Law won my case!!! It took 5+ trials/days in court. It is very important for YOU the client to make sure you educate yourself with your story/side of things and come prepared as well. Linda is so incredible in court. She FIGHTS for you. I could go on and on but I will end with this...choosing any other lawyer for your case would be a HUGE mistake and loss!!!!

I wanted to take a few minutes to put together a few words about my experience with Pelosi Injury Law. I had a serious car accident less than a mile away from my home. I was not at fault and I suffered a significant spine injury from the accident. This could not have happened at a worse time. I was in serious trouble for the first time in my life. I was facing a felony charge of DUI with injuries and high BAC. I knew I needed a special lawyer, so I asked a friend with more experience hiring lawyers for help. He asked several of his own lawyers who they would recommend. Ron Brower was the one lawyer that the other lawyers recommended.
It is hard to state just how grateful I am for the representation I received from Mr. Brower. Both he and his paralegal, Ellie Pulliam, took care of everything. I was informed every step of the way. I felt that they truly cared about my case and were always available to answer any question I had. Despite the unbelievable stress of my situation, it was comforting to know I was in such good hands.
Mr. Brower was able to work with the D.A. on my case and reduce the charges from felony DUI (which included jail) to a straightforward DUI. I honestly do not believe another lawyer would have been able to do that for me.

I was going to be charged for Domestic Violence and he was able to get it dropped down to a misdemeanor until I took my classes and paid the fines. Merry Christmas! This has been a heavier hearted year, Even though my case is not solved yet, it does not change the facts up to this point. Brian has dealt with my in jail panic freak outs twice (too many times), before he got me out of jail very quickly (Thank God & my legal team of course!), so he was present for me all the time inside, and I realized he meant it when he said he was not going to abandon me. "It's going to take a lot more to get rid of me" were his words to me as I sat behind glass angry at the world, and during the hardest time of my entire life. Having a lawyer who you can help them to help you by not having to worry about being judged is something that shouldn't be taken for granted. Having my interactions with Brian, I do not have to worry about someone not believing me or not believing IN me, and I get treated like a human being and involved as much as I'd like to be (in laymen terms if need be), and I know what is going on throughout my case and it makes everything a little less stressful because fear of the unknown is already stressful enough when you are talking about your life. Who wants to live with that cloud of uncertainty hanging over your future and your mind? Thankfully, Tonya cares enough to have done forms of talk downs during some of my phone calls when the stress was too much before and Brian has always made time when I was so scared. From our first meeting, I had great confidence in Robyn and her abilities. Instead of being intimidated to take on my case after two other attorneys, Robyn was excited to take on the challenge. My ex is prior military, former local and federal level law enforcement, and worked for Coconino County as a probation officer. Throughout our entire marriage, he abused me, our children, and other victims. Robyn did not gloss over the details of this abuse; she read all of the information and evidence and all of the correspondence between my previous attorneys and my ex’s counsel. She dove into my case without hesitation. Unlike my first two attorneys (who often appeared as if they were working for the other side and had no concern for my children's best interest), when Robyn submitted documents to the court; she fully and accurately represented my concerns and sentiments. I felt as if she knew my heart, knew my children, and actually cared about our safety and well-being. My case had stalled and been delayed; no progress was made until I hired Robyn. TLDR; Martin Litmaer is an excellent attorney who will look for creative ways and fight for your rights to resolve your situation. Hes compassionate, and sees you as a person and not just another case number. His fees are also extremely reasonable give how stressful, disasterous and damaging (financially, mental health, etc.) legal issues can be to one's life, and he understands this. Together we fought a felony charge over the span of 1 year which resulted in the charges being dropped and case dismissed. More below:
I little over a year ago, I received a call from the LAPD notifying me that I was being charged with a felony (for a crime I didn't even commit, it just happened that the law had recently changed without my knowledge and I was found out of compliance).
Prior to consulting Martin, i had a brief interaction with a public defender (AKA public pretender), who was completely unhelpful. I was then referred to Martin through family. After our consultation I immediately hired Martin. He consulted me on the legal process, and together we went to the courthouse to "turn myself in" and clear the warrant (because, I wasn't actually arrested committing a crime). Martin convinced the judge to release me without bail (saving me $4k bail bond fees on an originally set $40k bail). Over the next year, we had a dozen court dates together and multiple phone calls and texts, devising a strategy to resolve this (what I call it, an injustice). Ultimately, after pivoting a couple times and trying a couple strategies, we found one that sticked, worked on that together and the case was dismissed.
