After my brother-In_law sat in MCJ for 18 months going through one incompetent PD after another I retained Mr. McClure. In just a few short months he was able to obtain a complete dismissal of all charges. All for a very reasonable fee. Something that four PD's were not able to do and countless private attorney's were not willing to do without charging an arm and a leg.

Mr. Thomas McClure, I just wanted to say thank you for helping me with all my Waukesha court cases and the process of getting through it. Lisa is very knowledgeable and efficient. My case wasn't too complicated ( I had a hearing for a protection order), and she was able to get me in and out of the court room with a successful outcome in a flash. I was very anxious and nervous and after talking with her it was clear I was dealing with a formidable attorney who knew exactly what to do in my situation. I was faced with a class C felony which carries a 5 to 10 year prison sentence. Needless to say I thought I was going to lose everything. Chris handled a case of mine over a year ago, and throughout the year, some things came up that Chris really had no responsibility to address as he had successfully done his job with a fantastic sentencing outcome but he always took the time to follow up with me. I've had another criminal attorney who was supposed to ranked very highly and the fact is after the case was over, I couldn't get a word out of him unless it involved paying more. Chris is a stand up attorney, remembered the facts of my case for an entire year and when he was able to help, he did so, and as a secondary outcome, we applied for and got an early dismissal from probation and on my record a year after. Chris is by far the best attorney I have worked with and I highly recommend him. When I am able to get my case expunged in two years, Chris will be my immediate go-to.

I contacted Mr. Prusinski after being accused of a very serious crime. He walked me through an otherwise unfamiliar legal process that took nearly 3 years, ending in a trial where I was acquitted. One (of many) things I can appreciate about his guidance is his honesty. He didn’t sugarcoat anything. He also was extremely well at making sure I made the decisions in the case.
His assistant Brittany also was very good at promptly updating me on important dates and even went as far as to help me shop for proper attire for the courtroom (which I had none of).
It was very clear that he is well respected by all in a courtroom setting.

I was arrested for a DUI in 2021 and was looking for legal representation. I sat with 2 separate attorneys before I met with Mr. Sullivan to go over my case and found very different opinions and options from them. One said that there was no way I could have the charge reduced, the second one said it was a possibility however he was not very professional as he lost my case files on numerous occasions during the time he was reviewing my case.
After much hesitation in hiring these attorneys, I went online and looked up another option and found Mr. Sullivan.
I am beyond glad and grateful that I hired Mr. Sullivan, he is extremely professional, courteous, and took an interest in my case to find the best options possible, unlike the two prior attorneys.
He was honest and communicative during the whole process. His paralegal is also very professional and helpful. Mr. Sullivan reviewed my case and was very open and honest about the possibilities.
What separated him from the rest however was the fact that he took a genuine interest in my case, provided thorough information on the charges, the possible outcomes, and guidance to ensure that I was in compliance with the courts prior to my court date. Every time I reached out to his office there was no wait time to hear back and the responses were clear and concise.
We finally appeared on the court date and in no time Mr. Sullivan was able to get my charge reduced from DUI to reckless driving which I was told by the prior two attorneys that 1. it was highly probable that it won't happen. 2. maybe but not very promising.
Mr. Sullivan is an EXCELLENT law professional and has my highest recommendation for anyone who is seeking legal representation in these matters.

I was unfortunately charged with a DUI while sleeping in a private parking lot in my car back in 2010 in Walton County. James Sullivan as my attorney was excellent and was able to get my charge reduced to a non-DUI reckless-driving offense. I highly recommend his services for anyone facing this type of situation.

Jacob and his team defended my sister tooth and nail, all the while carrying themselves with world-class professionalism, courtesy, and respect. Thank you All! This case involved a car accident resulting in a serious bodily injury; the prosecution attempted to blame my sister as the sole cause of the accident. She was driving home from work and hit a driver making a left-hand turn directly in front of her path--she could not avoid the collision. The charges against her were extreme and had mandatory prison sentences. Jacob and his team defended her and treated our family as if we were their own. We searched on line for an immigration lawyer who could speak Spanish and English to help my wife on her green card application after getting married through a K-1 visa. We came across with Jennifer Peyton for her great reviews and we were not disappointed. She and her staff were very nice, understanding and patience. My father contacted Ken Bossin when I was involved in a driving incident that had the potential of leaving me with a suspended license. Since we had never had the need for an attorney in this kind of matter, we were at a complete loss as to how to proceed. A relative supplied us with the names of several possible attorneys, one of whom introduced us to Mr. Bossin. When my father spoke with Mr. Bossin on the phone, we immediately stopped our search, being thoroughly impressed with the breadth of his knowledge and the depth of his experience. We found him approachable and very easy to work with. Throughout the period of moving this through the court system he was very clear about his goals and what he would need on my part to back up the case he was presenting. In October of 2023, I found myself in a situation that I would’ve never imagined being in. As a person who doesn’t even have as much as a parking ticket on my record, I was charged with theft from a local grocery store. My case was unique as I didn't intentionally take any items from the store, but was instead provided incorrect information by a store employee. Ken took the time to truly understand the circumstances and details of the sequence of events that actually happened and did not stop his work until the charges against me were dismissed. In all of the research that I did before deciding to hire an attorney, I did not see a single instance when charges like mine were just dismissed outright. Typically, for first time offenders the best outcome to a case like mine is being offered a diversion program in exchange for the charges being dropped. Even when the prosecutor offered me the opportunity to compete the diversion program, Ken still went to battle on my behalf and argued the facts of the case until the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the charges. I truly could not have asked for a better outcome or better representation. Ken was on my side every step of the way and I would recommend him to anyone seeking legal counsel, as you will not find someone who puts more time or effort into your case and truly cares about the outcome.

Frank was incredibly professional and thorough. I hired Frank to assist me in having the state of Michigan release a "hold" on my license. I made some mistakes as a young man, and 10 years down the road, I was living in a different state and ready to put my past behind me. Even with the hurdles posed by Covid, changes to the court system and the postal service, Frank was able to help me navigate the courts and successfully obtain my license. Mr. Ford made the entire process simple and as pain free as possible. From our first meeting to the end of my probation, he was by my side constantly, answered any/all questions I had, and made sure I understood the position I was in. Due to some very unfortunate and unforeseen circumstances, I was facing a felony drug charge. The charge would have been the end of my life as I knew it
As anybody with any sense would do, I hired an attorney. And over the stretch of a year, it seemed as if no matter what I did, was going to have the charge. The best deal my attorney could pull for me was four years of Probation and a hefty fine. I was devastated. But taking some time on the matter, I began to realize maybe there was a possibility for a better outcome!
So, I fired the attorney I had and following some recommendations, I hired Shelby Burns. Unbeknownst to me at the time, this would turn out to be the best decision I could have made.
I will never forget the day he called me and told me that he was able to plea the case down to a misdemeanor with NO probation, NO jail time, and NO fine (only the inevitable court fines but they were minimal).
If I was still young enough to do so, I swear I would have been doing backflips I was so excited. It was so good that I was almost in disbelief that it was even true and that he wouldn't trying to pull some sick prank on me. But it was real! I was going to be able to continue on in my life the way I had prior to the charge. It had been so long since the occurrence is well, that everything I was having to do had almost become a way of life to me. I have my freedom, my career, and no felony on my record! I would refer this attorney to anyone. He saved my life! I would have lost everything that I had worked for. I still am in a bit of shock but he most definitely is someone who knows what they're doing and will fight for you to the fullest of his abilities!

I had a ticket for reckless driving (rockbridge). After listening my case , Mr Taylor made a perfect assessment w/o false expectation nor overstatement.
