We used Tanya for a house sale / purchase in early 2022. Tanya was great to work with and made the stressful process of selling / buying a house much easier. One of the best decisions of my life was to have hired the lawyer Vaisman to take my bankruptcy case, he is a person who has shown me that he can be trusted and answered all my questions without hesitation.
I also love the way he takes the case and the follow-up of everything. In addition to all that he knows about the subject, another point that was very important to me is the patience he had to understand me and I say it with respect to the language since Spanish is my first language, he always made sure that we understood each other and not only that, when my case has been resolved, he also made sure to explain and teach us how to raise the credit again.
And not only that in addition to being the best lawyer specialized in this issue, it is also the most economical we have found, since the other lawyers I have contacted charged me twice and did not guarantee me anything since my case was very complex, but not for Mr. Vaisman.

If for some reason you get in trouble, Mr Weiner's office is THE place to go. In our case, we worked with Ms Nahra -- and in the end we got a "way-beyond-expected" result. I am from out of state and was charged for excessive speeding and careless driving. I had no idea how to approach the situation as this was my first charge ever. I would just like to say that as my court appointed attorney Virginia (Jenny) Barron surprised me as I wasn’t sure what to expect. She went out of her way to read my medical records, get letters from my doctor and even contacted an expert in COPD which was the main part of my case. I was pulled over by an NJ trooper for speeding on NJ highway and there was misunderstanding between us (it was my first time to get pulled, I was too nervous and English is not my native language). The officer issued multiple tickets and I was facing license suspension. I called multiple traffic lawyers and Mr. Advani was the only one who listened the whole story patiently and gave me detailed analysis of my situation. He explained the best/worst scenario and what the expected outcome would be. There were more than 3 months between the day of my offense and the final court date, and every time I had a question, Mr. Advani replied timely. During the court date, he waited patiently with me before seeing the judge, and communicated well with the judge. We got the "best case scenario" results: 3 of the tickets were disposed, the total point was reduced to 2 and I kept my license. Mr. Advani is professional and experienced, and he is a nice person. If you are in trouble with the tickets, I would highly recommend him!

I got a ticket a while back for speeding, and I was given a reckless driving on top of it - just a bad situation, that I did not know the full ramifications of, till I hired the services of Vik Advani.
From the very beginning with Vik, there was a clear communication path, with clear details on the tickets, the points, expectations, best and worst case scenarios, insurance impacts, and the timeline. My questions were answered in a timely fashion and I did not experience any concerns, issues, delays etc. - I probably learnt more in my few discussions than I could reading books!
Eventually, at the court trial, my outcome was better than the best case scenario, and Vik's services were worth every penny, which, in the state of NJ with it's speeding laws, are more than generous.
I'd recommend his services without a second thought.

“Lee Hotchkin, Esq., recently represented me in a complex DMV felony case related to my hotly contested divorce, regarding a title transfer issue, related to attempting to repair a vehicle that I had purchased new in 2003 with community income… that was involved in a minor accident that the other driver admitted fault, mutually trading insurance information.
Due to COVID restrictions and courthouse closings, Lee Hotchkin was able to postpone the hearing for almost 3 years (with my approval) while strategically negotiating with the DA to plea bargain a trumped up felony charge that was filed by two of my older children, who were given my 50% proxy community interest in our estate without my consent, who never invested a single dollar in our LLC’s, nor the vehicle that it was titled under, all at the prodding of my soon to be ex-wife.
The complexity of combining a ridiculous exaggerated felony charge, with a seemingly never ending divisive divorce, involving over-emotional older children, was a potential recipe for a disastrous outcome… that Lee Hotchkin ultimately worked to our benefit… by pleading only to a minor misdemeanor, thus avoiding a felony trumped up charge and a time consuming trial…!
Although, my attorney Lee Hotchkin and myself BOTH believed that we would have prevailed at trial had we decided NOT to settle… I realized that this legal episode was not worth the resources, emotional toll, nor the expense, to prove our point and innocence while possibly bearing the potential legal liability and outcome of having to go through a jury trial… and by taking Lee Hotchkin’s professional expert advice, we were able to obtain the best possible resolution… for the least expense… whereby by pleading “No Contest”, I also avoid being sued in the future… and in one year, Lee Hotchkin will “SEAL” my criminal record… as if this nightmare never happened…!

David is a gentleman on top of being a lawyer. As the title said, he has been part of our family for a long time. He treats us with the upmost respect and we treat him the same. He represented me on my recent charge of DUI. It was my first DUI and of others who have it they were shocked of the deal I had got. I don't think there's a better attorney in the entire Southern Indiana and Louisville area.
He fought my case with me for more than two years and never gave up. When I was offered a plea agreement he felt was unfair he explained he explained why he felt this way. From there we continued to fight my case until he was able to negotiate a resolution that left everyone, especially myself, satisfied. There was a time when I was certain that I would be serving a lengthy sentence, but he assured me there were other options and we should keep fighting. Even though I was confident I would be serving a 10-year prison sentence, he was able to negotiate a plea agreement for me that included zero prison time.
More importantly, he never misled me. He acted with honesty, integrity and always helped me understand the process. He never promised me, or anyone I've recommended to him, something he couldn't deliver. David is not the type of attorney that would promise the impossible to a client.
I've encountered several attorneys in the area and I've found nobody understands the laws and court process as well as David.
His willingness to fight for his clients and his experience as an expert negotiator is the reason I'm able to enjoy the pleasures of freedom today.
I can assure you that you will not be able to find a better attorney in the area and would be satisfied if you hire him as your legal counsel.

I asked Larry if he could write a legal opinion letter for a DWAI in New York State. DWAI is a unique charge because it is a traffic violation and not a crime and is less severe in seriousness compared to an ordinary DWI. Larry authored a letter explaining what a DWAI is and this letter has proven to be useful for employment and other scenarios. I needed another letter for another purpose and Larry was kind enough to do this for free. He didn't ask for any more money or expect anything in return. Larry is a great lawyer and based on what I have seen goes above and beyond for his clients.

WOW! I got myself in some serious trouble. I had 1st and 2nd degree charges. Thankfully my parents found fantastic lawyers at the firm of Robert's and Teeters. It was a long 5 years dealing with this case. I immediately said to them I want to take this case to trial and they gave me the full confidence from the beginning. Due to the pandemic the case was prolonged for so long but I'm 100% satisfied with this firm. Matt and Mike are the perfect team. They work together so smooth and it's actually entertaining watching them consult eachother about certain situations. Mike is very knowledgeable and Matt is simply a great talker in court. I had called several lawyers prior to engaging Lewis & Dickstein. They were all awful. They only seemed interested in the money, I was just another number and wouldn't fight for me or my family. My husband happened to come across several reviews on Lewis & Dickstein which prompted us to have a call with them. The call led to an in-person meeting. Once I met Mr. Lewis, I felt instantly comforted knowing he had my back and best intentions at heart and would fight for me. Mr. Lewis exceeded expectations. From the first time I spoke with him he told me "I won't let you down, I won't let anything happen to you"...and indeed, he did not. I was charged with drunk driving with high BAC. It was my first offence. I was beyond scared. I was facing possible jail time, lengthy probation and rigorous alcohol testing. Mr. Lewis guided me every step of the way. Advising on what to do and not what to do. He was always available, and responded to every question and worry I had. He was firm but fair with me, no BS.
The Judge assigned to my case was widely known for her strict stance on DUI. This did not phase Mr. Lewis one bit, he often reiterated "he won't let anything happen to me".
Mr. Lewis was able to negotiate a lower charge of operating while intoxicated, which I plead guilty to. This all happened in a short period of time - it felt like forever - but I was assured this was a quick turnaround.
Days before sentencing, I had a violation by missing one of my three daily test times. I was not aware I missed it. As soon as I was aware I went for a urine test, but was outside the allocated 12 hour time frame. This was terrifying. I had been so diligent throughout the process and to miss one right before sentencing was beyond frightening as I knew this would not look good to the Judge. Mr. Lewis and I may have had a few cross words following this incident, it was all in my best interest, and he continued to fight hard for me.
At sentencing, Mr. Lewis not only had my testing violation dismissed, he miraculously got me NO jail time, NO probation, no therapy or AA. All I had to pay were some fines. This outcome went beyond my husband and my expectations. It was truly unbelievable.
My family and I are eternally grateful to Mr. Lewis! Thank you Randy.

The first thing the Randy Lewis said when we met was"Your in good hands and Ill take care of you" Everything he said was true. He had me feeling much more confident about the case and that we will not just take a plea deal which is what my initial Lawer wanted to do. With only one pre-trial conference Randy was able to bring my charges down from a pretty serious criminal case to a civil infection that equated to a fine and a few points on my license.
