I can’t Thank Dave Kramer enough for defending me on my case! My ex falsely accused me of domestic violence and my Kids were my witnesses. Police didn’t want to listen to me, Plus they wouldn’t interview my kids. Worse part My ex attacked me! Police will never really listen to us men! Even though my kids said to the officers my mom was lying! It didn’t matter at all.
Dave Kramer fought for me and told me We will win this and you will get at least 50/50 custody, plus we will get these bogus charges dropped!

I was charged DUI and was very much worried as a family man. After seeing Kramer’s experience and initial meet with him, I gained confidence but was very nervous until the case disposed. Kramer explained the process well and and given the clear options at every stage. Patience is the only key we should keep throughout the time. Michael first of is humble, respectful and delivered a true customer service approach. Our family had a school board involved hearing involving a bad decision our child made. Michael took our case on short notice, mind you recommended by the firm I initially hired. He was presented to us as THE BEST around in this area of defence. Truth be told we feel that he is. I have had several lawyers over the years, from criminal defense to family law. Shaun has always been clear on the expectations of the three cases I have had with him, and bottom line is that he has WON ALL THREE CASES for me. Shaun is always VERY fast with getting back to me through email and text message. One last important issue that makes me give Shaun Khojayan a 5 star rating is that he always answers my questions without eating up my retainer (as long as it is a simple question). lawyers I have had in the past are not about wining my case. The other lawyers I have had are all about eating up my retainer, and I am very grateful to Shaun for not doing this in any of the three cases I have had with him!

Mr. Weart is an outstanding lawyer. So thankful, I was referred to Mr. Weart by my bail bondsman. From day one, he took on my DUI case. Explained the pros and cons of the situation and told me it was going to be hard, but I could do it. Even with the load of cases he had, I never once felt neglected. There are not enough superlative words in the English language to express what James Weart means to me and my family. Let me begin this review by explaining that I had an EXTREMELY rough case to overcome due to an unrelated attorney I had hired prior to Mr. Kelley. My case was also very unique in its level of difficulty in general, so that also added to the likelihood that I would not see a successful outcome. At the recommendation of the PBA, I retained Kelley Law Group and was consulted by Mr. Kelley on a different direction he thought we should take in relation to my case. He was upfront and honest with me in his belief that my case may not be winnable due to several errors made by others and myself prior. He was NOT there just to take my money...he appeared 100% compassionate (Workers Comp really put me through the ringer!) and wanted nothing more than to get me the desired outcome I wanted and rightfully deserved. The following was a very unlikely thing for me to personally do but I was at the end of my rope -- I decided to put every ounce of faith into Mr. Kelley and adhere by everything he insisted we do to give my case at least a fighting chance. His professional/legal advice was a Godsend to me. Because of this man's hard work, knowledge of the law and attention to detail, along with the dedication and hard work from all of the employees at Kelley Law Group, I WON MY CASE!! In 2006, while working as a patrol officer, I had a heart attack on the job. This led to several weeks in the hospital and months of recovery. The City I work for denied my claim under the Heart and Lung Bill. Based upon recommendation from my union, I sought out Paul Kelley to represent me. I did not know it at the time, but this would turn out to be the best decision I have ever made.
The city fought ruthlessly to deny my claim; so much so that at one point, I wondered if it was worth the fight. Paul assured me that it was and he was absolutely right. The city continued to deny my claim and Paul took them to court and won. Despite this, the city still denied my claim and appealed. Paul went before the appellate court in Miami, which consisted of a 3 judge panel. All three judges unanimously upheld our win in the lower court. The city now, by court order, recognizes and is responsible for my claim.
Since 2006, I have had to have many heart related procedures. I had to retire medically as a police officer. Paul represented me through all of this and negotiated a transition from officer to a civilian administrative position, where I presently continue to work.
In 2020, I developed severe heart failure and had to undergo an evaluation for a heart transplant. Paul again represented me throughout this very scary time. Thanks to Paul and his team, I received the medical attention that I needed in a timely manner. Luckily, I did not have to undergo transplantation at this time and am continuing to receive medical therapy.
I have had the need for an attorney more than I have ever imagined that I would. I can tell you, Paul is an absolute expert pertaining to the Heart and Lung Bill and Worker's Compensation. Above all else, he is one of the nicest and most caring people you will ever meet. He has put together a team of experts. Connie, Barbara and Kristin are the best! During this recent transplant scare, they worked late hours and did whatever it took to make sure that I got what I needed medically. You absolutely cannot go wrong with choosing Paul to represent you. 14 years after choosing Paul, I still say it was the best decision I have ever made.

My son’s defense council misrepresented him which resulted in his lengthy prison sentence. Luckily, we were able to obtain council from Ms. DuMond and her associates. Consequently, his sentence was substantially reduced. I can’t thank this team enough for helping us. They were courteous, efficient, and most of all caring. Mr Jerry Elashmawy deserves way more than 5 Stars. I cannot begin to explain my fear of being in a situation I have never faced before. I was extremely unsure and stressed about the potential outcome, however from the start he treated me as a human being. It wasn't about money, it was about respect, compassion and decency. At the time when everything happened, I was facing a lot and trying to get my family to a safer location to live, he actually did a payment plan which HELPED financially since we had just gotten approved for a safe, new apartment for us and our kids.
He went above and beyond to make sure everything would be dismissed and having the UTMOST patience. He had no issues even communicating with my husband, especially with my anxiety. The first time in my life i had to hire an Attorney

I always use these reviews to make choices and often wonder if they are real. I know for a fact now that all the great reviews on Gerald Salerno are true. We called on a Saturday and he immediately said I'll go in and meet you at my office. He is honest and diligently gets all the facts before advising. He will let you know exactly what is to be expected and what steps will be taken. He would answer any of our questions at any time. He was available by phone, email or text if we needed him no matter what the issue was. He made a difficult time so much easier, just knowing he was on it made a huge difference. He is experienced and knows what is needed and gets it done very efficiently. Even after he was paid and all was done he still contacted us at later dates to make sure all was going well. Earlier this year, I contacted Ms. Downey for help with a family situation involving my dog. I had spent a whole week calling lawyer after lawyer, and due to the nature of the case and the fact I knew nothing about legal proceedings, I was pretty overwhelmed. Finally, I was referred to Ms. Downey, and I was immediately blown away by her compassion, in-depth knowledge, and proactivity.
I talked to her for almost an hour, and she could not have been kinder or more understanding. We were able to "resolve" the situation in a timely manner, and she would check in afterwards to see if I had any updates. When the same situation was escalated a few months later, Ms. Downey came to the rescue once again.
I truly cannot say enough good things about Ms. Downey. She's professional, diligent, and never leaves you in the dark. Importantly for me and my case, she is also a lover of animals. When I was initially searching for lawyers, I got the sense that many of them didn't really "get" it, but Ms. Downey had no problem seeing just how much my dog meant to me. I found Gary Avratin through a friend of a friend and immediately could tell that he would be the right advocate for me as I unraveled a 20+ year marriage. By the time I found Gary, I had been considering divorce for a couple of years so I’ve interviewed multiple other attorneys and a mediator. In each of those interviews I was quickly told that there was not much to be done, we would just split things 50/50, including time with our child. No one else bothered to listen to all the facts behind what I was seeking. Gary listened and then negotiated a fair settlement with the help of a mediator. The process was not simple but Gary used his determination and knowledge to push through it all with my best interests in mind.
I selected Gary because he is clearly a tough-as-nails litigator who will fight for his clients with passion and I knew I needed someone who could effectively do that for me. At the same time, Gary is ultimately seeking fairness and a final agreement that allows his clients to have a decent relationship with their ex so that that they can co-parent for years to come. That approach makes a difference because, because you don’t want to destroy the chances of being able to co-parent. By seeking fairness, Gary allowed me to walk away from the process with an amicable relationship with my ex.
Gary and his assistant, Helene, are incredibly busy but responded when I needed quick answers. When I reached out with more urgent matters, I got help within minutes. One has to remember that Gary and Helene are handling many, many other cases, and when they are working with a client, that client gets their 100% full attention. I have witnessed other attorneys who spend meetings texting and emailing about other cases and that is simply not how Gary operates. Also, they weren’t out to nickel and dime me; they did things that were important and checked what I sent them but they would suggest that I do a lot of the financial work myself to save time and money. They called with questions about the paperwork I sent to make sure I hadn’t made any mistakes or forgotten important details. Also of importance, is that Gary is very well known in eastern Massachusetts courts, especially Norfolk County, and he is well respected by judges, clerks, attorneys and mediators alike.
Divorce is not fun and it’s likely not easy for anyone. It’s important to find someone who can guide you through the process and prepare you to start the next chapter of your life.
