Chris was extremely upfront about expectations and handled my divorce with blunt honesty, realistic expectations and charged a flat fee. I am very happy with the outcome, and I had even made his job difficult at times through poor judgement and adverse actions that did not help my case, but in the end, we got great results and he was able to keep the custody and finance settelment reasonable. I highly reccomend him and his paralegal also was very helpful in a time of great stress and uncertainty.

Alex represented our son in a civil and later criminal case. From the very moment we contacted him, he showed he cared for our son’s wellbeing & took charge of a very difficult case. We had no legal experience at all and he patiently & thoroughly explained things to us. He knew right away our son was suffering from an underlying medical condition & he knew we needed to get him home as quickly as possible. His expertise and professionalism were amazing. I got hit with a TPO full of false allegations in Kitsap County out of the blue stemming from a dispute with my HOA (ironically involving other false allegations). After hiring Alex, he immediately got to work and provided invaluable guidance every step of the way in getting the case together. By the time we got to court, we were so prepared that we never even got to testify, the judge threw the case out in our favor after the petitioner's story completely fell apart. I was almost disappointed to win so quickly, as we had so much more to go over! I had total confidence in him every step of the way. If you ever get in a situation like this, I would highly recommend his services.

I called Alexander's law office from the Sacramento airport while I was on a layover where I had to be in court in Seattle to respond to a legal matter. He only had about 18 hours to prepare and defend me, yet he did so in impressive fashion: CASE DISMISSED.
He educated me on the what to expect in a legal process before we entered the courtroom and walked me through a mock Q & A scenario on what to expect at the time of my hearing. It was exactly as he described with the exception that I didn't have to do any talking at all because his explanation was so sharp and to the point that he blew the whole case apart in one session without dragging my dear friend into the case who was called as a witness when she did not want to be used as a scapegoat and set up to be embarrassed by questions unrelated to her. He really knows how to thread the needle to help protect everyone all while reminding you that YOU, THE CLIENT is always his main concern.
No less important, his fee structure is extremely honest too. I was expecting to pay one amount much higher than what he actually retained from me, but actually ended up with money back that I had considered gone.
Finally, after our victory, he sat with me for about 35 or 40 minutes and just gave me true down-to-earth legal counsel and advice on what to do moving forward to avoid disputes like mine all while telling me about alternative options if I ever need him again. Put this guy on retainer, it's a no-brainer in the adage when it comes to him.

I hired attorney Dineen for a felony case that was very unique and probably should have never been filed in the first place. His professionalism and communication throughout the case was excellent. Ultimately and in a relatively short time frame he got the case dismissed. His knowledge of the law and navigating the court system is second to none. My opinion is that most attorneys would have been very challenged with my case, this was not the situation with Nathan. I highly recommend him!

We had a very difficult situation with one of our sons, who was jailed for a felony change while we were on vacation. Knowing no one in the community, we did an internet search, read reviews and selected Nate to represent us. We found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the laws, the challenges and the opportunities in front of us, and he was very candid. We appreciated all of this. His knowledge and good reputation in the community enabled our son to be released from jail the next day. We followed Nate's instructions throughout the process, including steps our son needed to take to demonstrate his commitment to being a good citizen. First off let me say I have never been so scared in my life as when I got arrested and charged with two felonies. What's worst of all is the crimes I was accused of I did not commit. I was facing five years behind bars minimum. I was given a public defender which I didn't hear from at all for a whole week. Thus starting my quest to find a good lawyer.
I needed to find a lawyer I felt confident would represent me well. I went to seven different lawyers accompanied by my brother, before speaking to Mr. Graves. I heard all similar things from the seven previous lawyers. They all seemed more interested in getting paid then proving my innocence. My first meeting with Mr. Graves we spoke for about two hours about my options and what his plan of attack would be. I felt very comfortable in his skills, ability and experience. My brother who accompanied me during this process felt Mr. Graves was the best for the job.
My case dragged on for almost a year and each step of the way Mr. Graves kept me updated. He was very prepared for different scenarios that might have risen and gathered as much information about the case as he could. After almost a whole year of dealing with my case it ended with a dismissal! I could not have been more joyous and relieved and I owed it all to Daryl Graves. If your looking for a lawyer with grit and honesty Mr graves is someone highly worth considering. Lastly, on a personal note, I was very impressed with him not only as a lawyer but as a human being.

Brian performed well above any expectations considering what the courts were trying to do to me. I was facing serious felony charges of hate crime in 2021 ; as you know a very difficult time for such accusations to be judged fairly. He boiled it down to the facts and wasn't shaken by the blocking of nearly all my evidence by the prosecution. In the end he exposed the lies through incredible witness cross examination. He is an amazing trial lawyer and i would recommend him to anyone facing criminal prosecution. I am now able to breathe easy and i felt comfort knowing he had my back. Recently I was successfully defended by Andrew (Andy) for a speeding infraction. It was early in the morning heading West on I-90 during the morning commute (in the commuter lanes). Suddenly when I looked behind me I was being pulled over, then cited for 85mph in a 60mph zone (on the I-90 floating bridge). I may have been going a bit fast as my daughter was late for school, but with the morning traffic and morning Metro Busses in the left lane (passing lane) holding up traffic, I couldn't imagine how I (or anyone) could reach 85mph. I have state of art detection equipment (for awareness), so I know there was no radar/laser detection. The officer must have been pacing me? Again with the traffic there wasn't much chance of going that fast.
I provided Andrew videos of random days traffic conditions at the same time leading up to the court date and he did the rest. I was looking for a fine reduction, but Andrew was able to achieve a dismissal. I would highly recommend his services in the future.

My son was ticketed for going over the speed limit coming off of a highway in what appeared to be a deliberate speed trap. There was no sign indicating the speed limit at the exit. I hired John to help with a personal injury case that I was unable to settle on my own. I wish I would have just hired him from the beginning and saved myself time and headache.
In the end, we didn't have to go to trial and ended up receiving the settlement amount that we asked for in arbitration. This is due John being a shrewd negotiator and to what I like to call "out lawyering" the insurance company's counsel. He had knowledge of cases that the other lawyer was not aware of.
I can also not say enough about his support staff. They are responsive, informative, and personable.

Ms Carey is the consummate professional. I hugely regret not switching attorneys when another (medical) professional suggested I do so after I had retained an attorney and was in the throes of the challenges of securing legally entitled services for my child. I consulted with her, and she was kind, compassionate, and responsive. A great listener. She cared about my child more than my money. I ultimately decided not to switch which was a mistake, and I may still end up retaining her. She seems to be the best: smart, focused on what is best for child (not her wallet or ego), and wise in the ways of SPS. She's extremely intelligent and truly knowledgeable in the areas she advertises--and others such as divorce. Ann is also doing my will. I honestly think she could handle any type of case...

Kirk Obear gave me my life back. I was accused by my ex of heinous acts that I didn’t commit, and the city of Sheboygan charged me with zero evidence that I did anything. End of the year in 2019 and I was facing 2 felony charges for something that never even happened. I was scared that something like this could happen, even though there was no evidence whatsoever. From the get-go Kirk tried to get the charges dropped for various reasons, but the prosecutor apparently had a big ego or something to try and prove. These charges should have been dropped from the beginning and Kirk knew this. Anyways a full year later (mostly due to COVID) I finally make it to jury trial and Kirk "gave it to them" in the court room. Not once did he stumble. He was FULLY prepared to show them what a waste of time and tax payers money that was used to fight this. Needless to say the jury was in agreement and I was found "Not Guilty".

Out of nowhere i was hit with some felonies facing up to 35 years. Never being in trouble before i was terrified of what was going to happen. When I first contacted Andrew Yi, I had planned on meeting with several lawyers so I could shop around and really get one I was comfortable with, since my previous encounters had been pretty terrible. I've even had a lawyer call me AFTER the case was settled, only to bill me over $100 for a follow up phone call that lasted five minutes. Needless to say, I was extremely nervous about going through all that again. But after meeting with Andrew, I knew I didn't need to talk to anyone else. Even though he told me exactly what to expect, he was still very reassuring and friendly. I never felt like I was just a client to him. He really seemed to care about me and my case from the very beginning. Not only that, but he showed incredible aptitude in the court room, and everything went so much smoother than I had imagined. Without boring you with the specifics.. I was looking at a mandatory minimum of 2 years in prison. It all stemmed from a road rage incident FROM THE OTHER GUY. I defended myself from harm and even called 911. However, the man was most likely connected with the law enforcement community as there were 3 Michigan State Police cars outside my house when I arrived home. Needless to say, I was a little concerned. I needed a reputable criminal attorney that knew their stuff. I maintain my innocence, but try convincing the State Police and Prosecutor’s Office of that when they KNEW THE GUY (in my humble opinion.) I instantly hired Derrick George. I think I visited his office twice with information and statements about the incident. Now, I don’t know HOW he did it but Derrick George, Magic Man, stopped everything BEFORE the Prosecutor’s Office even looked at the incident. No trial. No pre-prosecution diversion, NOTHING! I even got a phone call from the State Police saying everything was fine. Mind you, that was after the original meeting when 3 state troopers were sweating me hard and searching my house, etc. I believe to this day that the phone call from them was a form of an apology for being overzealous. Without Derrick George on my side, who knows what might’ve happened. He is friendly, knowledgeable and most all CARING. His connections are undeniable. If you find yourself in a jam, don’t make a terrible mistake and hire a subpar attorney, hire somebody that has your back. Thank you Derrick. You are a life saver. I would highly recommend Carmine Villani! I have gone through pretty bad times the past couple of years due to the death of my Father and following a very difficult and complicated legal situation unfortunately involving Family members that I trusted and cared about very much.
Carmine had alot to sort through but handled it with care and patience with me no matter how much I sent his way to deal with it for me.

After Toasting My hunting and fishing Buddy Good Bye with a half dozen Tequila shots at his Memorial Service, I decided to drive home. Well almost home. I got pulled over for DWI. This was My second offence in less than ten years.
I asked around and was referred to Carmine R. Villani. After meeting
with him, I knew he was the man for the job. He explained everything and talked to me in a way that I could understand the severity of My problem.
The problem was 42 years ago when I was 18, I was arrested for a
drinking incident. That made number 3. That's 8 years loss of License
and 6 months in Jail.
Mr. Villani worked relentlessly reading books and talking with other DUI Attorneys to find a way to remove the 42 year old conviction.
Then came the online Court Appearance. I had never used ZOOM
online, but with a lot of help from his staff, ( especially Paralegal Ruby )
we went to Court.
I don't speak Lawyer and was a little lost in the court room. There was
talk about other cases, old record keeping and the lack of MY representation in 1981.
I was amazed with Mr. Villani in the Court Room, he talk with the
Prosecutor and the Judge decided to drop those charges. What a GREAT DAY!
We still have to deal with the latest charge coming up. But thanks to
the work Mr. Villani did the punishment will be easier to handle.
