There is no better DUI lawyer than David O. As a former prosecutor, he has built relationships with that offense that allow him to more effectively mitigate your circumstances. He resolved two DUI for me. I errored at a young age and he allowed me to get out of it. He'll instruct you from start to finish and emphasize handling necessities in advance as to show you're taking it seriously to the judge. You can find "cheaper" lawyers, but they aren't better. You pay for what you get.

From the cuffs to the never-ending court proceedings, having a DUI charge may be a terrifying experience, and I am grateful I had David O by my side every step of the way! Attentive, personable, and knowledgeable, David ensured my every need was met. Prior to every court proceeding David always made sure I was prepared, and there were no surprises, he even answered questions I didn’t know I had! Although having a strong lawyer in your corner is extremely important, David is much more. Going through the courts takes several months, many proceedings, and a considerable amount of paperwork, David always made sure I was at ease. Honestly, many times it felt like I had a friend, not just an attorney.
When you are dealing with DUI charges, it’s not a cheap process, with or without a lawyer. If you are going to invest in someone, invest in David! Overall, I thought his prices were fair, and he turned the money into magic! I was facing a DUI, but through David’s negotiation skills and knowledge of the law, he was able to get the charges significantly downgraded!
I've seen the outcomes of others who opted not to hire a lawyer or who hired a different attorney, and I have to say, David delivered the best results.

As confusing and frightening as the criminal justice process can be, you need a fighter with the level of expertise and reputation as Robert Keller.
My case was a PAC 4th and after difficulty achieving a more favorable outcome with my previous attorney (the “deal” we were offered was 3 years prison and probation), a family friend referred me to Mr. Keller. I immediately felt at ease and that my case was in the right hands after our first conversation. Mr. Keller asks questions and listens as much as he is diligent in examining the case to clearly outline the process and possible challenges and outcomes. He kept me informed every step of the way and I felt my chances for an acquittal or dismissal were very good. And that’s exactly what he delivered. First and foremost, my wife and I are extremely appreciative of the Roy Law Group. They are now family to us and we could not have dealt with the insurance company alone. The people that work for Roy Law Group took us on and walked us through every step of the long process. I wish we could recommend them higher than this review. Our story of "why" we recommend Roy Law Group. My wife suffers from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) as a result of a horrific automobile accident and epilepsy. At first, her short term employment disability kicked in without any issues. We noticed a change in the disability insurance as my wife's treatments continued past the six month mark. We were told by the insurance company she was not going to receive long-term disability. The insurance company lied stating long-term disability was not selected for her at time of employment. Being she has TBI it was very difficult for her to understand what was happening. I had to do the work to find her original employment signing paperwork showing she had signed up, checked the box, and paid for this service. This was the first time we realized the insurance company was not here to "help" my wife. During this stage we received many complicated paperwork assignments from the insurance company and threats she was going to be dropped from coverage. You could feel the insurance company just wanted us to give up so they could save money. They do not care about your actual wellbeing. We did not give up like they wanted us to do. Months prior to the one year mark the threats became real as the insurance company randomly sent my wife a denial of coverage letter. They gave a ridiculous reason stating they felt she was fine now and was dropping her from long-term coverage again. Mind you, she had only been on long-term disability for a few months. Even though she was still receiving medical services and had multiple doctors stating the opposite. We did not accept the insurance games anymore and looked for help. Thankfully we talked with the Row Law Group. They are amazing people from the start and tell you up front what they will do. No false promises, as they walk you through realistically if they were able or not able to help and why. Luckily for us they saw what the insurance company was doing and had dealt with this same company many times. I love the fact they listen to your situation and you know they are in the fight with you. I have never seen complete strangers be an advocate for the truth and justice like the Row Law Group is. Over the process I could not imagine anyone else doing such an amazing tailored job to our situation as them. We have now had my wife's long term disabilities reinstated and now moving forward the insurance company has to still deal with our protectors the Row Law Group. If you are going through the ringer and fighting with an insurance company over short/long-term disability just stop the stress and fight alone. Don't delay like we did just CALL Row Law Group now. I wish we had called them earlier and my wife would not have had to cry or worry as much during the earliest stages of the fight. Our family is so grateful to the Row Law Group.

I retained Steve after getting stopped in Leavenworth for a DUI after a night at Oktoberfest and a weekend with friends. This was my second arrest for DUI after getting my previous one 5 years before. That one was dropped to a negligent originally but came back up due to this Arrest. Facing two DUIs and potential Jail time, Steve got this down to another negligent for me. His familiarity with the judge was paramount. I would hire Steve again.

A family friend called me distraught several months ago. Their son - young, well behaved, never before in trouble with the law - had been accused of a serious offense. The police were investigating. The family did not speak English and needed help finding a lawyer and interpreting.
I had no idea what lawyer to suggest. Some I called requested astronomical hourly rates. By grace, I found and suggested Mr. Meryhew.
Mr. Meryhew was fair minded in his fee structure, skilled in relating to people even those from a different culture, and a good lawyer. We received good news this morning that the young man is no longer under investigation and the allegations against him were found to be groundless.

Our situation was rather unique as I hired Steve to represent my Brother in Law for a DUI who had dementia. I live in Texas and with the pandemic it made it impossible to travel to Washington State. Shortly after the DUI, we had to admit my brother in law to a Memory Care Facility. Steve worked diligently with the prosecutor, providing him with supporting documentation of the deterioration in my Brother In Law's physical and mental condition. He was able to get an "Order of Dismissal Without Prejudice". Steve was an excellent communicator and available 24/7 if we needed him. It was such a blessing to have someone like Steve fighting the legal battle for us especially during such a stressful time. Much thanks and praise to Steve and I would highly recommend him.

I was in a terrible accident while driving down Grady way in Renton Washington. I searched top lawyers near me and Linda Callahan popped up and I can’t tell you how happy I am that I chose to go with them!!! When other attorneys would have gave up they kept fighting for me and ended up getting me way more money then I expected! And honestly if if wasn’t for Tina I would’ve missed out on a extra 30k!!! Renee helped us with a couple of custody cases and an adoption. Everyone in her office was easy to work with and very responsive.
Renee was referred to us by a number of friends and professionals. The only people I spoke to that did not like her were individuals that were on the opposing side of a case. Renee represented me during a rough time in my life while I was attempting to obtain a restraining order.
She took her time to get to know the details of my case prior to the court date and answered all of my questions. I never felt like I was rushed during our meetings or that I had to re-explain myself. She just "got it". Her staff was also helpful and organized with their paperwork/email communication.

Wonderful Service and Representation, exonerating of all false claims! I am not from Seattle, was traveling for business and was set up. Court Will and his team took the time to review my case on 4th of July weekend and helped defend me, even on short Holiday notice. My case was filed and by 5 minutes past 5pm, Court Will called me and mentioned he spoke with the DA and they’ve decided to withdraw their filing! A big portion of my job involves driving, so when I recently received a traffic infraction I decided to look into options rather than just “lying down” and allowing it to go onto my driving record. I reached out to Mr. Lawrence and I am extremely glad I did. After reaching out and paying the retainer, he assured me that “he had it handled from here”. Everything went extremely smooth. He was always quick to respond to any questions I had and he kept me in the loop with what was going on with my case. He went to court and represented me, I didn’t even have to go at all… and the best part is, he got my ticket totally dismissed!! What more could I ask for? A friend recommended Sarvan to me after he hired him and Sarvan was able to get his OWI dropped. My case was very different but he worked with me, was patient and after 2 years and many delays, he was able to get my case lowered to a ticket(kind of). I went off reviews and they live up true to what they say. Christal Lam’s whole team was fantastic and very communicative and upfront about what to expect. Adrienne is another notable member that was wonderful to interact with. They were able to get the ridiculous speeding ticket off my record and just to a non-moving violation. Either way, this was worth every penny and they more than deserve it. I think they mostly do business and this is just a smaller part of their firm, but regardless I’m glad they help deal with these county traffic tickets!

Should of went to jail but Mr. Cafferty got possesion charge dropped. Only had to deal with ccw permit violation and paraphernalia charge. Luckily I didn't go to jail and ended up on probation. Not happy about probation but better than going to jail. Very happy with his work. Could of been a lot worse with a public defender. Definitely worth the money even if you have to borrow or put it on the credit card. No amount is too much to have stuff dropped off your record. Something a public defender will never be able to do for you.

Mark's a great guy. It was very comforting to know that he was on top of everything. Like when the court lost track of certain paperwork, and they wanted me to go back for resentencing, after I had completed my 15 day EHM. All I had to do was text mark, and it was all fixed. I never felt that I didn't understand what was going on. If there was any bad news, mark knew how to break it down, without putting more stress on the situation. I hired Chad Kaehne for an OWI. He was the second lawyer on the case. My first lawyer did nothing but charge me money. I had 3 scheduled trial dates with my first lawyer that ended up getting pushed back a day or so before the trial without my knowledge or permission. Each time, as well, I would get a bill from my first lawyer for several, several hours at $250 per hour for "preparation for trial" even though it was his decision to push it back. Based on all this, I fired my first lawyer after paying over $5,900 and decided to look for another lawyer. After a neighbor friend of mine used another lawyer from Chad Kaehne's firm for a child custody battle and said he got everything he wished, I decided to give the firm a call and set up a meeting. I was told I would be meeting with Chad Kaehne. I showed up to the appointment with all my paperwork and the squad video from my case. From the moment I met Chad, I liked him. He simply told me to explain what happened and he listened. He asked me what my goals were and he listened. He read through the police reports and he actually grabbed a laptop computer right on spot and threw in the squad video DVD to watch. I made clear I wanted to go to trial and he accepted my case. Chad filed his papers with the court and got it set for trial. The FIRST trial date was not pushed back and we went forward. I was found not guilty and the case was dismissed. I need a regular license for my job. If I would have been revoked, I would of lost my job of 14 years. I told Chad my livelihood was on the line. He recognized the seriousness of the case and worked on it in a hard and dedicated way. I would not have a job if it wasn't for Chad, and Jason too. Several months ago I was slammed with a hefty speeding ticket after attempting to pass an unsafe driver on the highway. I was ordered to pay $250 and had a 6 point mark on my license, which would likely lead to even greater losses due to my insurance. 15 months from start to finish. That’s what it took for my case. At first glance I don’t believe any attorney, if given the chance to look at my case would of thought it’d become an issue.
I hired Amy Menzel through a recommendation of word of mouth. After the initial consultation. She gave me a outlook of possibilities. All of which ultimately would be determined by how I handled myself in this domestic case.
I should add that my case began in December of 2019. Due to COVID, the pace of or lack there of almost seemed to come to a stop. The hearings were stretched out. All of a sudden everything was done over the phone or web conference. This in my opinion created a handy cap of sorts due to the D.A’s lack of familiarity with my case. It seemed as if they were going over the same issues during every new hearing. The positive information I was attempting to show them sort of got lost in the traffic jam of the court due to the pandemic.
With the amount of time Attorney Menzel dedicated to my case because of the aforementioned issues. I started to view this case as if it was almost for charity considering the extreme amount of extra time it took.
At no point from start to finish did attorney Menzel ever make me feel secondary. Anytime I sent a question out through email or phone. I would get a quick response. She never promised me a magic deal where all the charges I had pending would simply disappear. But that she could greatly reduce the damage.
When it was all said and done I’m at the opinion that I got the absolute best deal anyone in my position could have asked for. I strongly feel that my representation from attorney Menzel exceeded all of my expectations and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is in need of her expertise. A++ job. She’s a very smart, classy and all around genuine lady to work with.

Mark has assisted with me with two cases. From the beginning of each there were problems he was able to quickly assist resolving. (bailing out of jail and removing an arrest warrent). The legal system is about relationships IE prosecutor ,judge, victim mark knows this and he works those angles very well with a mixture of your case and back ground and legal maneuvers you will get a favorable result at least I did twice. both cases were dv cases one no contact violation, second dv assault result both cases were dismissed after small fine and some community service, 6 month dv class but not misdemeanors . one in king county superior court the second fife municipal court.
