I would absolutely recommend Henry and the MKFM firm to all my friends and family. My case was a contested adoption and ended up also including a side appeal case as well. It was an extremely long and litigious case that required patience, expertise and attention to detail. We won our case handedly and we would not have without Henry's extensive knowledge in case law, brilliant trial composure and overall calm, composed and very confident demeanor. I came to Henry with a divorce case previously handled by another attorney that was extremely long, complicated, and for which there was no similar precedent. Add to that a change in the divorce law while in process, and the complexity magnified. I truly believe had it not been for Henry's intelligence, tenacity, deep understanding/amazing total recall of the law, and spirited desire to make things right, my outcome would have been financially and psychologically disastrous. I called Joey Gilbert Law from out of state. They advised me that Nevada considers at fault to be criminal misdemeanor. The office was open 24/7, Bianca took my information. She got back to me with quote from Joey. They took my case. They were always available. Answered all my questions. The customer service was excellent. My case was dismissed. My wife was test driving at a big name car dealership, when one of the dealerships people slammed into the back of her. Both my wife and my mother-in-law were in the car and suffered injuries. I was charged with "DRIVING ON A REVOKED LICENSE". For the first time ever in my life, I was facing FELONY charges. Was worried beyond belief. Was I going really going to jail? What about my job? My bills? My family? According to the law I was facing up to several years in jail and hefty fines. Not to mention worst of all--a FELONY CONVICTION. Not good.
Paul was assigned to my case through the Larry Davis Law Group. Simply put: HE'S EXCELLENT. I've never had, witnessed, or felt what it's like to have a REAL lawyer represent me.
Long story short, my case was reduced to a misdemeanor with no jail time and minimal reporting duties to the probation department.
I was blown away. This man is a pro's pro. He's completely competent and knows how to defend his clients. He has a counter move for everything that can be thrown at you in court from the prosecution. Paul was very helpful in navigating us through our 17 year old sons speeding ticket. Our son communicated with him directly to take ownership of the issue and was responsible for paying Paul's fee. Paul made the court appearance brief and to the point. Paul knew the system well and made our son's consequences less than what they would have been without him. My case wasn't exactly an easy one BUT in the end, Joe was able to have my charges dropped from a potential aggravated DUI to just reckless driving.

I have been nothing but pleased with Joe and his entire staff. My first call into this office, Joe took my call directly and I could immediatly tell he was an attorney sincerely vested in his clients and thier cases. He has a level of humanity and integrity that is frankly hard to find in the field. He agreed to take on, what I was repeatedly told by nearly everyone, was an "unwinnable" case agianst The Department of Human Sevices over a TRAILS finding.
Joe and his staff were so incredibly responsive, efficient and thorough in their assistance and handling of my case. Having them on my side to handle all the legalize, I knew that I was in the best of legal hands possible in a part of the law way over most people's heads. For the first time in years, I could focus just on LIVING.
Our TRAILS appeal, that won an Administrative Law Judges ruling in our favor back in 2018, was overturned CDHS themeslves (because they can do that!) and went all the way to th Colorado Court of Appeals where it was unaimously reversed again by all three judges, back to the ALJ initial decision. We recently used Sarkis Babachanian when a family member of mine was being accused for a "hit and run" and charges were about to be filed when in fact my family member was the victim of the "hit and run" as it was the other party that hit our car and did not stay at the accident scene. Sarkis gathered the necessary evidence, started working very diligently with the detective who was investigating the case, had numerous telephone conversations with him, also had a face to face meeting and was able to get the file closed without any charges being filed.
He was always accessible either via phone, text or an email.

David name was brought to my attention after being ignored by a previous attorney. I contacted David’s office and was meet with his lovely Assistant she went over the initial details and told me David will contact me. David did just that and told me what the price was going to be after the payment was made, David sprung into action and got to working on the case. By me not ever having to deal with a lawyer I wasn’t sure how it would play out, I gave David space and let him do what he does and he hasn’t let us down yet … HES WELL WORTH IT …. Great man! David is a savior! Since 1991 he has fought and won battles for me. Always understanding that sometimes good people find themselves in bad situations and using his knowledge and position to work the magic needed. David actually listens with an open mind comprehending all details. Always returning calls and staying on top of things. I’m not a repeat offender or an experienced criminal, so when I heard that there may be an arrest warrant issued in my name, I quickly panicked. I wasn't familiar with the arresting process and pictures from bad cop dramas filled my head. Matthew Sadler is an amazing attorney. He has helped me on several legal matters and needs. Unfortunately, I have been involved in a few unjust situations in which my options appeared limited, and a satisfactory resolution seemed out of reach. I met with many attorneys who would not take my case because I had already won my arbitration, and they did not want to tackle the many gray areas in my case. While inquiring a new attorney for my (high conflict) family law case I asked both family and friends for recommendations. Attorney Chatterton came highly recommended from both sides. I was immediately impressed by Attorney Chatterton during our initial consultation. Not only was I able to give ample information but also very specific details pertaining to my case that prior attorneys had dismissed my concerns for. Camy Schawm Wilcox and her team are some of the best family law attorneys in Central Florida. Camy handled my divorce and dependency case involving a termination of parental rights. I believe Camy is the only family law attorney in Central Florida who could have achieved the outcome we did, most attorneys in the area were simply not qualified or willing to take on a case this complicated.
Camy was on top of everything from day one and addressed every curveball thrown at us with speed and efficiency, (and boy were there a lot of them). Camy is very honest and straightforward with her thoughts and opinions. Personally, I love that! I never found myself wondering what she meant when she said something. I tend to be blunt myself and appreciate direct communication.
Camy can absolutely be aggressive in court when she needs to be however she’s also very respectful and courteous to all parties involved in your cases. Camy works very hard for her clients and makes it a point not to engage in unethical or unprofessional behavior. Even when the opposing side is engaging in this type of behavior Camy maintains her integrity. Time and time again, the outcomes in the end were a good reflection of her professional behavior. This certainly doesn’t go unnoticed by the judges or their assistants either.
To say Camy is a hard worker is an understatement!! She is a machine!! Camy and her team always communicated with me regularly. Camy even worked my case from her mother’s hospital bedside when it became necessary and it wasn’t uncommon to see an email come through during the evening hours. That said, when there’s nothing really happening (which happens a lot in the court system), Camy NEVER bombarded me with trivial things just to bill hours. If everything was quiet, then everything was quiet. This can be nerve wracking, however running up your bill with unnecessary questions and comments when there’s no reason would be nerve wracking as well.
Camy, associate attorney Leah, paralegals Gio and Shannon, and firm administrator Debbie are an incredible team of professionals who worked tirelessly for my family. They are absolutely the ONLY attorneys who could have done what they needed to do to protect innocent children from being placed in harm’s way due to a biological connection.
I highly recommend Camy and her team to anyone who needs a family law attorney or an attorney for a dependency case. I haven’t had a need for representation in any of the other areas of law that the firm practices in, but I wouldn’t hesitate to call them should the need arise. Camy doesn’t take on cases in areas of the law that she isn’t familiar with and if something happens to come up that she isn’t familiar with, (as it did in my cases) she never hesitated to reach out to a colleague for assistance. That speaks volumes about her character to me.
My cases certainly were not considered “normal” circumstances and this firm fought long and hard for my family until we were ALL safe. For our family, they are Superheroes!! I still think of these ladies often and my youngest still asks about them and misses them too! After going through something like we did with an amazing team of “Superheroes” standing beside us throuought the duration, there is a fondness in my heart almost like that of family that just can't be explained in words. My situation was on that I would never wish on my worst enemy. I was falsely accused, and the law required a sentence which would have consumed most of my adult life. Jill was recommended to me by another Lawyer who is amazing herself, which let me know that Jill is the BEST of the best. Throughout the process Jill exhibited a superior knowledge of the system, a familiarity of the city and process which only comes on the other side of years of experience, and a professionalism that is unmatched. I was justifiably afraid, at times wanting to play "backseat lawyer" due to the black hole which is Google. Jill maneuvered me through it all, the emotional ups and downs, and achieved an outcome that is nothing short of amazing. While "justice" in my case is an approximation, I'm free of this burden, able to live my life and pursue a future. Mr. Ramey has handled several traffic issues for me in the past - alleged super speeding, school bus passing, and red light violations (among other things) – and my charges have always been dropped or reduced (no points!!). I'm a busy girl with more to do than attend hearings, and I'd rather not admit guilt by paying the fine (and risk upping my insurance), so I always consult Mr. Ramey no matter how minor the ticket. (Rolling stop, fender-bender...I've called up his office at least a half-dozen times over the past ten years and have recommend him just as often.)
A girlfriend of mine recently got into a bit of trouble. Not to get into details, but the charge was more involved than my usual petty ticket, and I (of course) referred her to Mr. Ramey. We worked with Ms Higdon for a case for my son. From the very first meeting she was very empathetic and very easy to approach. She met us and within seconds she was already guiding us. I cannot say enough good things about Mary Higdon. First of all, she is extremely kind. That matters when under stress. Secondly, she gave me a free consultation, but I hired her halfway through, because I loved her manner. I had the pleasure of hiring Mary Higdon as my attorney for a few misdemeanors I encountered while I was attending IU. She is unbelievably responsive - When this happened, I gave her a panicked phone call on a Sunday afternoon (Outside of business hours) and she was able to pick up and assure me I was going to be OK over the phone before meeting with her in person. When we first met, I asked her why she got into law in the first place, and I was answered with a genuine story from past experience on the mistreatments of defendants.

I am a Chinese national who recently moved to the United States. Due to my unfamiliarity with American traffic laws, I once failed to stop in time when I saw a police car with its sirens blaring. At the time, I didn't have an Indiana driver's license, and due to a language barrier, the police arrested me and charged me with attempting to use a vehicle to escape—a felony in Indiana.

He advised me to get a driver's license, which I promptly did. At my first court appearance, ROY explained my situation in detail to the prosecutor, emphasizing that it was a misunderstanding. Hiring Mr. Butler was one of the best decisions we made when we needed legal assistance. He was very professional, kept us informed at all times and was always honest no matter what the situation was. Mr. Bulter also did not "break the bank".
