One never expects to suddenly need a lawyer. When we did, we didn't know where to turn. We researched prayed and came across Jerome and thank God we did. He was with us through the entire process, answered questions and allayed our anxiety. That was key, putting things in perspective and providing a sense of normalcy while things went through the covid delayed system. We cannot be more thankful and grateful of the outcome.

Was charged with a felony and a misdemeanor. I lost many rights that I once had prior to the charges. I emphasized the importance of getting all my property back and regaining my rights. He handled it as I asked and got me exactly what I wanted as an outcome. It was a long process but largely due to “Covid” and the courts shutting down. He was on top of every aspect. When I I had questions or concerns he answered back immediately. I would hire him in a second in the event I need to in the future ( I have no intention of needing to). Can’t say enough good things about him. I even got a refund check at the end for remaining funds not used!!!

Terri took on a tough case with a life altering, and devastating injury. I am a lawyer who does not practice in this area of law. My Husband hired Terri when he had a work injury (falling off of a ladder while installing OSHA safety equipment of all things) he was off his feet for 12 weeks while the doctor’s reconstructed his leg. These injuries will last a lifetime and mean limping, pain and future surgeries. It looks like an erector set from childhood holding all those bones together.
Terri and her firm kept us informed, and advised of his rights. She championed his case even through the covid lockdown and the corresponding slow down in the courts. Ron was a true expert in being able to "un-do" a multitude of my legal missteps from over 20 years ago! He removed convictions and vacated other pleas that were not in my best interest. Moreover, he was expedient in what he did. Because immigration cases are a time-sensitive. My family and I could not be happier with the representation that Mr. Mondello provided! I hired Adele several months back for a hit and run case( not as bad as it sounds, that was just what the charge was) and she was able to get the charges dismissed. I only regret not posting a review for her when the job was done. Top caliber lawyer. I had a home improvement contract I was struggling to get out of after the contractor kept delaying the work and tried to bait and switch me with the materials they were going to use. He was thorough in going through the details of the contract and pragmatic about what my legal options were. Drafted a very well written letter to the contractors requesting a cancellation of the agreement which they promptly obliged to. Saved me a lot of headache. I'd recommend him without hesitation.

Then, I had the privilege to set up a time with him to have a consultation him. I found him a very knowledgeable and resourceful person. Could not be happier. Ridiculous b.s. speeding ticket (claimed i was doing 90+ mph!!) Mr Valdez was able to get the case dismissed and my license suspension lifted in just a few short weeks. First impression at our first meeting would suck my family members & I in, leaving us to confidently conclude, Mr. Podboy had been God sent, an answered prayer. I came into Nicole's office with not much time. I spoke with a few lawyers in the area and was not liking my options. I had an order of protection coming before the Judge in just a few days. She listened to my whole story. Came up with what I thought was a good plan. I was involved in a vehicle accident where, tragically, a person died and I was charged with his death.

I consulted with Giancarlo in 2020 when I got divorced. My ex-husband and I decided to do the divorce without legal counsel but the information that Giancarlo helped me with was great. 1.5 years later my ex had a horrible drinking problem and I needed to get emergency full custody of my 2 children. After falling victim to an arrest for an OUI, Attorney Nicholas Howie was immediately recommended to me from someone who had successfully worked with him in clearing a past OUI off their own record. Not only was Nick easy to contact, but he was able to be in court for me the very next day.
I felt confident after our first interaction based on how knowledgeable Nick was and the level of experience he’s had with cases like mine. He was thorough in explaining the process and transparent with all possible outcomes, so that I could appropriately set my expectations. He was able to communicate clearly and respond to all my questions in a timely manner, whether at our in-person meetings or through a quick phone call/ text message. I am one of the lucky people who has called Mark my friend since 2001. I hired Danny December 2020 and he made his strategy very simple and if definitely worked I was charged with driving over 100mph and unsafe passing he moved my court dates twice and today 07/26 it was DISMISSED! Attorney Yona Gregory was appointed as financial conservator of my step mother. Given the circumstances of my step mothers situation it is my opinion it would be a difficult case for any attorney. Not only did Yona maintain my step mothers best interests at all times she was always very professional, courteous and kind. Genine is the best. I had a dui (misdemeanor) and she got it reduced to reckless driving. She really fought for me in all of this. The statue of Iustitia at the front office Brandon’s office is not there just for decor. I was in the worst predicament of my life—feeling hopeless, lost, angry, tired, anxious and wishing I never said the words “I do”—when I first laid eyes on this sculpture as I waited for my consult appointment with Brandon. I was referred to Brandon after leaving my old attorney due to lack of progress and spending lots of money…..with minimal results. Not only that, I was done feeling like I was the “back burner” client. When I went to Brandon, I had about 10 percent visitation with my son, a crappy agreement with my ex-wife (completely favoring the mother) and very little money left to retain another attorney. Brandon and his team took me in, saw my love for my son, gave me an affordable service, and put together a great case. I also felt a huge difference with them as far as client/attorney relationship. They fought hard for me and helped me gain 50% custody of my son. As well as help resolve numerous issues I had with my ex-wife.
