I did quite a bit of research and spoke with many attorneys, once I spoke with Lance I knew I found the right one. He helped me with my 2nd DUI among other charges. I obviously had anxiety due to the fact that I would most likely serve jail time. Lance took the time to text and call me throughout the process and definitely helped with my anxiety. He was more personable than I expected, which was really nice. He was able to keep me out of jail and helped me throughly. I was referred to Lance after being arrested for a DUI. I wasn't sure what to expect, as this was my first (and hopefully last) criminal offense. We spoke for about 20 minutes over the phone and he explained all of my options clearly and concisely. Lance put my anxiety at ease and I instantly knew to hire him as my attorney. I provided some necessary paperwork on my end and he handled just about everything from there.
Lance recommended to test/re-test the alcohol level in my blood from the night of my arrest. He kept me posted every step of the way: where the results come from, what the results were, what our next course of action was, etc. The results came in and turns out my blood alcohol was lower (0.07%) than what was recorded in the breathalyzer. With this, Lance was able to reduce the DUI down to a wet reckless!
Also, it is important to note that Lance appeared in court for me each time. Aside from the final court date, I didn't have to worry about taking time off from work.. He kept me informed of each court date. On the final court date, Lance and I met, but again I didn't have to step into the courtroom. We were able to talk about the results and tie up any loose ends (how/when I could get my license back, how this affects insurance, etc).
If you're convicted of a DUI/DWI, contact Lance immediately. You will not be disappointed!

Jack Denton is among the most honorable and hardworking people I have met. I began helping my father with his divorce case in late 2021, and at the time, was frustrated by a different attorney’s lack of attention and focus on my dad’s case. I am my father’s power-of-attorney but live in Texas while dad still lives in Mississippi. My father has dealt with some cognitive decline in recent years and has a hard time keeping track of key details, so I knew I’d have to replace dad’s previous lawyer with one I could fully trust. I wanted to find a lawyer who didn’t know my family for various reasons, so I found Jack on Google and was immediately impressed with the large number of high ratings and positive reviews. I found one negative review but the context and complaint seemed laughable to me, and I was even more convinced at how outlandish that complaint was after I began interacting with Jack, myself. I called his office one day, and Jack spoke with me on the phone, at length, and gave me good (free) advice on how to try one last time with dad’s current lawyer at the time. He was complimentary of that other lawyer and gave me some context about the situation. He said he would be available if I chose to go a different route or things didn’t work out with that lawyer. Read that again: despite my explicit frustration with the previous lawyer, Jack didn’t swoop in to make a buck—he gave me sound advice on the next steps before I made a move to retaining him as dad’s lawyer. Long story short, I did, and Jack helped us navigate a final effort at negotiating with the other party in the divorce, helped us file necessary pleadings to push the process along, and gave all of us good and clear updates along the way, adapting to our unique needs because of my location and my dad’s memory difficulties. He helped shepherd us through some of the toughest months of my dad’s life, and sure enough, his advice and judgment was sound, time and again. He nudged us in the right direction at times, and advised against certain things at other times, and generally helped us keep the peace with the other party in the divorce. I can’t think of a better experience from a divorce attorney. He charged us far, far too little for the quality of service he provided, and that’s the truth. Jack Denton is a good lawyer and an even better person, and I highly recommend him. I hear he does property title work, too. I just wish I had a house to buy in Mississippi to send more business his way. There are several good lawyers in south Mississippi, but Jack Denton has earned my full trust.

I am not from Mississippi and was very afraid about having a legal issue here as I had no connections or support. I found Mr. Jack Denton as a referral from a friend of a friend. I have never worked with a lawyer previous to this experience.
I originally contacted his office on a weekend, and his receptionist answered. She was incredibly kind and supportive and was able to schedule a consultation appointment within 24 hours. I met with Mr. Denton for that consultation and entered the room just terrified and overwhelmed by my current situation. He calmly and confidently explained how he would approach my situation and was incredibly supportive. He reassured me that this was easily something that we could handle. I immediately retained his services without hesitation. I left feeling relieved and calm.
We worked together for several months, during which time there were many ups and downs in the preparation for my case. This was out of both of our control and I was emotional at every turn. Mr. Denton always responded quickly to my questions with patience and support. He took care of everything immediately and responded with reasonable solutions that made the entire situation much more approachable and achievable. I feel that I should have paid much more for all of the work he put into my case and for how much advice he offered. I cannot put a value on the reassurance and security he provided.
Our case ended with the best possible outcome that I could have imagined. Having someone in my corner who not only knows the legal system in Mississippi but also has the experience and connections to gain better insight into my case and the realistic outcomes that I could expect made me feel confident. I was very impressed by this process and ecstatic with the outcome.
I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Denton to anyone in need of legal services. He is kind, honest, patient, exceptionally capable, and well connected within the legal community.

I hired mr Dolci to represent me for a felony drug charge. He won my case by filing a motion to prove the cops didn't have probable cause to search my car. He made the cop look like a liar. It was great! The case was over in two months and I walked out a free man. We hadn't even payed our full fee to him. He offered to waive the balance of his money. I payed it anyway. This is the guy I want in my "favorites". Awesome dude. Also, he's funny as hell.

I hired Andrew Bryant as my lawyer in my child custody case that was a complete nightmare! Both Andrew and Emily worked tirelessly dealing with with custody and criminal aspects of my case. My family, like so many, battled with a drug addicted child. The addiction led to criminal behavior. We never stopped fighting for our son for the 11 years of hardcore heroin addiction. Multiple times he was incarcerated for both petty and serious crimes. We hired Philip Brown to help on multiple cases over a period of 5 years. In each instance he prevailed in our son's favor. I had a Careless Driving charge, in which I showed up for my first appearance by myself. The DA, wanted to give me a deferred sentence and in return he wanted 4 hours of Traffic School and 25 Hours of Community Service.
I said no and scheduled it for a Trial Preparation and a Jury Trial. I was in over my head, so I got on Avvo and found Mr. Bussey and hired him.
Mr. Bussey. was able to Plea Bargain it to a Deferred Sentence, so that it wouldn't show up on my record.
In return I did a 4 Hour Master Drive Class and Paid $150 plus Court Costs - $212.50 No Community Service. I was ecstatic!
If your life is on the line, you wan't an experienced Trial Lawyer who's name is well respected in the Legal Community, so you don't have to go to trial!

“Exceeds expectations” does not even begin to capture the stellar work that Mr. Aiken has done for my family! Our son was arrested by the Atlanta PD one evening in August 2019. I got a call at home at 1 am from the University Dean telling me he was in the Fulton County jail and had been charged with a felony. My son's entire future, reputation and education was at stake and we had no details of the events that led up to his arrest. After searching online for the best defense attorney I could find, I contacted Mr Weintraub at 7 am the following morning and he immediately went into action. He was able to get my son released the following day on a signature bond so that he would not miss any more classes. I got charged with a switched car tag and paraphernalia possession, and I'd heard so many great things about Kevin Frye that I knew almost instinctually that he'd be the lawyer for me. Let me start by saying Kevin Stewart did me an my ex-wife's family a favor by handling our divorce. He is not a divorce attorney by trade but agreed to help me file and do what I needed to as I had no clue. He was very nice and respectable and did everything he could to help me get through a thing such as tragic as divorce. Even though it didn't turn out to be quite so amicable as I had hoped he took care of everything and even helped me to keep my emotions in check so that I didn't do anything to hastily. Mind you a vindictive ex and ex-father in-law can really put a hurting on your emotions. But he kept me focused and us on task.
