I selected Attorney Richard Guerriero to represent me in a civil but highly embarrassing court appearance. The case was one that in today's climate the deck cards are automatically stacked against you. The case required a sensitive approach but thorough examination of events that needed to be presented to the court thoughtfully but also with a high degree of sensitivity and skill. Richard's analytical and chronological exploration of circumstances, framing judicial law and language against each and every circumstance and accusation, allowed for the court to see past what in today's climate would normally be a 'no win situation' into a clearly defined contrary position to the accusations, thus rendering a dismissal by the court.
I found his staff to be highly supportive and extremely helpful with using technology to gather evidence to assist in the case. As for Richard, he was very generous with his time and I found his assessments of the potential trial outcomes to be fair and honest, not overpromising results and thus setting expectations accordingly.
I would HIGHLY recommend Attorney Guerriero to anyone needing legal representation.

Reed presented information regarding gun laws. He presented the information in a very clear and understandable way. He provided real life situations and was able to answer all of our questions. I am also a criminal defense lawyer and have been since 1997. Jim Gass was actually one of my supervising attorneys when I was a law clerk and in the first 3 years of my practice I worked with him extensively. He supervised my first jury trial. I have represented co-defendants in cases with him.
If I needed a lawyer to defend me in trial, I would move Heaven and Earth to convince Jim to represent me. I am not at all exaggerating.
I have seen...I don't know...maybe thousands of criminal defense attorneys in action. I have seen criminal defense lawyers who are flashier and undoubtedly more comfortable with charging people crazy high fees because, after all, being a little full of BS is part of the business side of criminal defense. I don't know how to say this as a positive thing but, I don't think that Jim is good at convincing people to fork over their entire life savings to represent them. He should be because he really is worth it.
Jim is exceptionally good in front of juries...exceptionally...really exceptionally. Are you getting that I am saying he is exceptionally good at connecting with normal types of people who end up on juries?
And, the other thing good about Jim is that he doesn't come across as threatening or arrogant to prosecutors even though they know he is a threat. So, while other criminal defense lawyers may tick off prosecutors and make them want to beat the lawyer, prosecutors in the Inland Empire courts just kind of know that he WILL beat them. It is that trait that allows Jim to effectively settle cases in my opinion.
I wish I could pull rabbits out of hats like Jim can. Anyone who writes a bad review doesn't know what they are talking about and I bet that most of the people who have reviewed him would give him stars that go beyond 5 if it were possible to do it.
Funny but, the only reason I am writing this review is that I have a former client who I just gave Jim's information to so I had to look him up on the internet to get the number. Those people will be in good hands if they hire him.

I was being prosecuted with charges that would essentially ruin my life and my career. Out of the gate Mr. Gass had a game plan that we stuck to and not only did I avoid many years in prison for being wrongfully accused he got my case completely dropped. Let me just say that I have never had a greater experience with lawyers' hands down I 100 percent recommend Colin and Sam they are the best of the best. My boyfriend was detained in Montana on his way back home to Nebraska he was facing 20+ years. Colin and Sam were so quick and easy to communicate with any question I had they made sure I understood everything that was going on no matter what day or time it was. My boyfriend walked away with no jail time which was the greatest outcome we could have ever even imagined. After going through a very long custody battle and using different attorney's in the process, Ms. Matney was by far the best fighter for me. Not only was she prompt in responding to my emails and calls, her knowledge for my case was superior. She new exactly what needed to be done to achieve what I wanted and knew to be best for my son. Once again I found myself in a difficult situation in which I needed legal assistance. I knew from the get-go on account of some prior charges from my past, this case would be all the more difficult. I actually felt ashamed contacting Mr. Vergara (Earl). Why would a person feel ashamed contacting their lawyer? Because that's the impact Earl makes on a person. He treats his clients with such compassion...I truly consider him a friend. And I was actually hesitant to reach out for fear of feeling I let him down with another charge. How many folks can say they have that kind of a relationship with their attorney? But that's not Earl, he treats his clients as individuals who sometimes make mistakes and looks to find the best options available to remedy their situation. Again, this case was difficult to say the least, taking a little over two years. All the worse with the pandemic, numerous court changes, judge substitutions, etc, but in the end Earl worked is magic and secured for me an unbelievable outcome for which I'm forever grateful. Additional testament to Earl's character is how so many of his colleagues, lawyers, court staff smile when they see him come into the court. This man is highly regarded by his peers. Mr. Corso was an amazing lawyer. I was charged with misdemeanor of solicitation of a prostitute. The charge was embarrassing, unjust and it screams first amendment violation. However after going to court and going thru the judicial system, Mr Corsco got my case dismissed. He was reasonable on the cost and he did an amazing job. He listened to my concerns and he was always prompt on answering questions. I am not sure some people here have had a problem with him, but you cannot make everyone happy. I will highly recommend him to represent you.

I had an excellent experience with Corso Law Group. Both Megan and Chris were very knowledgeable and responsive in terms of answering any questions I had. My particular situation was one that I had expected to have to face more serious penalties than I wanted to, however Chris was able to convince the judge to allow me to enroll in a diversion program, which simply means having to take a driving class. As long as that’s completed the charge will be dropped and my driving record will remain clean. I 100% percent recommend Corso Law Group.

Got a red light camera ticket while visiting Scottsdale. After some research online I reached out to Corso Law Group. Megan Hawkins was very helpful. She described what the laws surrounding red light camera tickets were, what their approach would look like, what the timeline would be, and then kept me informed all throughout the process. Finally, about eight months after I originally received the ticket, Corso Law Group got it dismissed. All I had to pay was the well earned attorney fee.

I was in serious trouble after getting a DUI. The police, in their incident report, exaggerated greatly and made me out to be totally incapacitated- which was not the case! I was very worried about losing my job. The case dragged on for two years; and during that whole time she kept me informed and up-to-date on all the details of my case. Whenever I would call (daytime, night time & weekends), Rebecca was always willing to discuss the details and advise me. When we did finally get into court, that's when Rebecca really shined. Rebecca did an amazing job cross-examining the police officers and using the video to refute their police report and testimony. When the case ended, the jury wasted little time in coming back with a Not Guilty verdict. I was so relieved and thankful!!!

I had alot going on April 5th, 2018. I just got news that my disabled aunt was diagnosed with cancer. I went out to vent a bit ,and had some drinks. I lost track of my speed and was pulled over for my 2nd DUI. My license was immediately taken away, and a condition of my bond was a restriction that I could not leave the county. This was a problem because I was the caretaker for my aunt and was responsible for taking her to her doctor appointments and Cancer Specialist.. My DMV hearing was on May 24th 2018 and I was FACING 18 MONTHS SUSPENSION of my driving privileges. Attorney Rebecca Sonalia represented me on the DMV portion of the case. On the day of the hearing, Rebecca called me with John Musca on the line to inform me they had won my DMV case! I dropped to the floor crying! Words cannot express how much they care, and all the hard work they have put into my case. They truly went out of their way for me. So I was facing Charges for driving while drunk in DC and they found my concealed carry (pistol) under my seat and my Virginia License to conceal carry wasn’t recognized by the District of Columbia. But Thankfully Mr. Shawn Sukumar’s amazing Knowledge and experience in his field was able to get the gun charges dropped and I was able to avoid any jail time (aside from the initial arrest) and in the end had 6 months unsupervised Probation with 90 hours of community service, 12 hours of an alcohol class, online driving safety course, Online MADD course and a 100 fee I believe was it. And after all that the judge signed a Youth act order meaning my conviction was removed from my record. All in all I was very satisfied with the end result of my case. Highly recommend this gentleman, he is very professional and makes sure his clients understand everything and is very good about staying in contact with his clients and keeping them updated. You would Definitely want him representing you if you needed an attorney.

On September 16, 2017, I was involved in a serious accident when I was knocked off of my bicycle by a tram which then ran over my leg. I was flown to Shock Trauma where I remained for one and a half months. In talking with other lawyers who did not want to take the case, I was referred to Mr. Larry Greenburg. I cannot recommend Sharon Diamant strongly enough. I consulted with her in early 2022, and her approach was refreshing, real and utterly straightforward. She did not sugarcoat what sort of results she could produce, and she was very straightforward in giving me all of my options.
Sharon always got back to me when I texted her. If she was in Court, she said so. She met with me on my schedule, which usually included Saturday mornings.
When we were in Court, she was organized and prepared. My custody case actually wound up going before a Judge, and she presented my case in a methodical and easy-to-follow way. She simplified a very complex process.
She appears to be incredibly well-liked by her colleagues and the Court, and it was clear to me she is well-respected.
I was very impressed by her calm, rational and reasoned demeanor. She answered every question I had and was never condescending, nor did she ever make me feel like I wasn't the most important client she had.
On a personal note, Sharon is an absolute sweetheart. She always insisted I call her by her first name, and it is very clear this lawyer has no ego. She is there to get a job done.
I don't recommend divorce, but if you have to go through a divorce or custody case, you cannot go wrong with Sharon.

I wanted to write this review of my incredible experience using Moses & Rooth Law firm. I was in need of hiring an attorney to represent me in Traffic Court for going 40mph over the posted speed limit which required a mandatory court appearance. I reviewed many law firms by analyzing their results measured against their cost. Moses & Rooth is extremely affordable in my opinion compared with others in the Orlando area, however, they stand well above all others with the favorable results they obtain for their clients. When I decided to use them, I called & spoke with the Firms Legal Assistant Danielle who provided forms to sign & had me email a copy of the ticket. That day, they filed paperwork with the court explaining they would be representing me. Covid-19 slowed the court system way down but Danielle was always available to explain what was happening and answered all my questions. The day before court I spoke with Attorney Moses & explained the need to have the ticket reduced, if possible, since losing my job was highly likely due to the excessive speed. Attorney Moses called me after the court hearing with GREAT news. He was able to negotiate with the Officer to reduce the speed listed on the ticket to an acceptable amount to my employer. He also negotiated for me to attend traffic school which meant no points went on my license. An incredible outcome in my opinion!!! I HIGHLY recommend using this Law Firm for their Professionalism and the results they delivered!!!
