I have maintained a clean driving record up until I got pulled over a few months ago. I have only ever been pulled over once before, and that was about 20 year prior. I didn't feel the ticket was justified and was determined to fight it. A friend referred me to Golden Traffic Ticket Law, and I'm very happy that they did. The process was simple, the cost was reasonable, and the outcome was everything I could have asked for. My driving record is still clean, I didn't have to pay the ticket, and I didn't have to go to driving school. Communication was clear and concise, and they did everything they promised. I would highly recommend hiring Attorney Donald Howard for any of your traffic related issues. I received a ticket for texting and I was not texting but got the ticket anyways because the officer thought "she saw a phone in my hand"....
This happened right before Covid hit and closed all the courtrooms for at least a year. (February 2020)...We plead Not Guilty but our case was delayed until yesterday. There was also a huge mess up with the DMV because they were sending many people license suspension notices claiming people didn't show up at court...This was completely false because the courts never received any of the infractions....Thus there was no court or court dates... To make a long story short Donald took care of everything and put my mind at ease.
The case was also dismissed.
So yes I would highly recommend Donald.

To be clear, I spoke with his assistant Holly most of the time. She was kind, informative, and very helpful whenever we conversed. That being said, it was frustrating when I would not receive a call or text back sometimes until the next day or even the following. Other than that my experience with them was of the utmost professionalism, and quality. Attorney Moritz will tell you the way things are plain and simple. When you speak with John it's short, to the point, and clear of his opinion and intention. You either have a case or you don't. If he thinks you've got something and accepts your case, he intends to win. I've hired him 2 times now and both times he's given me exaclty what I wanted out of my divorce and child custody. He will represent the good fathers who deserve their kids in their life. He will fight for you, and he will win for you. No one really wants to be in a situation where they *have* to hire a lawyer, but life led us down a path where we had to hire an attorney for my mom, and we are SO, so happy that we worked with Andrew. We were referred to Andrew by our immigration attorney to help solve a traffic misdemeanor charge that could impact her pending immigration application. We were very stressed and scared, and Andrew took on all of our burdens! From the first call, to check-in calls, to emails with him and Jasmine (his very professional, warm, and responsive Director of Operations and wife!), to our final wrap up calls, Andrew and Jasmine were there for us. Andrew was professional and demonstrated his knowledge of criminal law and the court system. The Leventhal law firm is top notch. They never stop fighting for you. From the moment Andrew took my case I knew he was on my side and he would do everything in his power to advocate for me. Made a few calls on Saturday morning to several firms. Mind you, we already had an attorney which was just going to submit a motion to try and move date sooner. Mydock, answered the cell phone, I could hear a kids soccer game in the background. I had no contact with inmate. He must have gone to the holding facility that same day. Made contact informed us of a plan and by Monday morning he had executed a resolution. What more can I say 5 star Mydock.

Mr. Mohink is very passionate and serious about his work. He is always on time for hearings and trials. He promptly shares any documents with me so that I am completely up to date on the case. He answered all my concerns in a timely manner so I was never left in the dark. It was an extremely difficult case, and reunification with my son initially seemed hopeless. However with his support and actions, not only did reunification happen after a year, but the whole case ended shortly after. Working with Attorney Philip was an amazing experience. Before meeting Philip, I was in a panic as I had received an offer from as a federal contractor and I had to do an FBI CORI which required fingerprints. I had called the lawyer who had worked on my case and tried to get him to Seal and Update my FBI CORI but his response was “there’s nothing we can do.” That is when I went online to do my research and that’s how I landed on attorney Philip’s website. I read through the testimonies on his website but I had to say, I was skeptical at first because not everything that’s on the internet is real. I followed my gut & called attorney Philip’s office. Philip was extremely knowledgeable about the FBI Sealing and Updating CORI process and he was able to answer all my questions. It felt great working with a lawyer that was confident in his work. Philip returns phone calls and emails promptly. Once I handed all the required documents he needed to work on my case, it took him 5 days to give me the exciting news that my FBI CORI was sealed and that the FBI update will be effective within 17 weeks. I highly recommend Philip and I will hire him again for any legal issues.

I contacted him regarding my employment case. I found him very smart with an excellent memory. He will fight for you. He evaluated my case and accepted. I went for a trip and he had a second thought about my case. Then he advised me to find a lawyer for other possible claims too. I contacted a couple of lawyers. Ultimately, the other lawyer followed the same strategy. If he accepts your case, sign the contract the same day. He is a great fighter.

We had a situation where the Mother withheld contact from the Father. Amber helped in giving voice to our concerns with the Mother's criminal record, bizarre augmentative behavior and association with recent violent felons. In the end, with Amber's help, the Father did obtain primary residence for the good of the child.

I was arrested for DWI, unsafe lane change and not updating the address on my driver's license. I also refused a chemical test. Tim was extremely helpful. He put my mind at ease, and calmly walked through all of the potential outcomes. While we lost the refusal hearing, Tim was able to get the non-DWI charges reduced to a parking ticket. He was also able to get the DWI charges reduced to DWAI after successfully cross-examining the police officer during testimony. I hope that I never have to call Tim again for a traffic-related incident, but I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone else that needs legal representation.
