I was a hibitual DUI offender, and hired Mr. Hyde after my third offense. He was able to get me the absolute minimum jail time, and worked it out where I only sat weekends due to my current life situation. He was thorough in trying to find the best possible defense for me, and was able to sway the court in my favor rather than doing a long stint in jail. I had three evictions earlier this year which deprived me from purchasing an apartment for my family, and my other apartment was not conducive for my family anymore, but I couldn’t purchase any due to low credit score and my husband wasn’t working he had no job at the moment. George was really amazing and was able to get my DUI conviction reduced to simple traffic violation. It’s true that Unethical DUI lawyers with low fees will take your money and then ask you to plead guilty without doing any sort of work whatsoever. But Mr. Creal took over my case, did his homework and guided me through the entire process.
I was very impressed with his service and I would highly recommend Mr. Creal to anyone facing a DUI conviction to get the best possible outcome.

I do not often bother to do reviews online, but George O'Neill is an outstanding attorney and most certainly worth the effort to endorse. Specifically, due to the factors involved in my case, there were many different possible courses of action and George was very patient in explaining the different variables with me...and re-explaining as needed. He was also very patient with me when I changed my mind after a couple meetings regarding the action to take. He was very organized and attended all court hearings even though there were multiple postponements (I've heard of attorneys missing court dates). Also, all requests for additional information/call backs were always returned promptly and his office manager, Casey, was always welcoming and gracious. Thank you very much George O'Neill and staff.

I had a very trusting and reliable experience working with George. When I was looking for a lawyer at a time of high urgency, he was responsive, reassuring that there were options, and was ready to work with me to resolve the issue. I was concerned that living out of town would make it difficult for me to communicate with George, however George was prompt on responding to phone calls and emails, and was open to weekly check-ins. My family and I can not say enough wonderful things about Brad and his office to truly capture just how awesome they were. Our backs were again the wall and just one call to Brad drastically changed the situation for our betterment. Immediately Brad and his office jumped into action and represented our minor Son in a criminal matter. Due to Brad’s leadership and thoughtful advice our adversaries were stopped dead in the tracks and the situation was dissolved. My wife and I truly believe 100% that without Brad our Son would have been steamrolled by the lying County Detectives. We now have Brad’s office in our contacts just in case any other BS should ever arise.
In closing, and on a lighter note, we now have to exclude Brad when telling derogatory lawyer jokes.

Mr. Daley assisted me on 3 separate occasions over the years, and he recently saved my butt when I needed his help the most. His expertise in the judicial system and experience with the prosecution resulted in the best outcome for me. The worst outcome would have been 90 days in jail, and Mr. Daley was able to reduce the penalties to NO jail time and NO public work service. Mr. Daley was always available to communicate by email and text through the entire 3 month court process. His paltry retainer fee was absolutely worth it, and his professionalism showed during the court proceeding as he handled the judge (I only had to pay administrative court fees, saving me another $1500-2000).

I strongly recommend Mark Bernstein, he has my full confidence. If you (or your loved ones) are facing charges, you will not find a better attorney.
The first time I contacted Mark was in July 2017, before I was facing any charges, it turned out that the state filed simple assault charges against me, and in December I needed an attorney to represent me in court. Mr. Bernstein spoke with me from July up to December, and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and outlined what I can expect.
Mr. Bernstein provided super representation and achieved an incredible result, the case was totally dismissed! I would also like to mention that the case had a co-defendant, the co-defendant had his own attorney, and Mr. Bernstein was able to work amazingly well with the other lawyer!

Not much you can really say about Steve, other than BEST IN THE BUSINESS! I found myself in a bad spot and got my first DUI. I was so nervous and worried, and thought my life was "over". After meeting with Steve, my concerns lessened, but were still there. Steve was quick in answering any questions or concerns. He was always there to help and set my mid at ease(not easy for me). Steve studied all the reports and facts of the case and looked deeply into my situation. When we arrived to court, i was shaking so much. Once I met and talked with Steve, that all stopped. I was still nervous as could be! We were then called in the court room to start the trial. Steve did EXACTLY what he was there to do. He showed the police were not 100% being honest, and made some obvious mistakes. Steve was quick to point all those mistakes out, and prove my not guilty status. Through the entire trial, I thought to myself, "man, this guy is good". In the end, NOT GUILTY! Steve 100% did what was asked and beyond. Now, if the registry would cooperate, I would be a happy man, lol. Again, do not hesitate to use Steve for your DUI needs. Hopefully, you don't have to though, LOL. Mr. Murphy is superb. He got my ''speeding in a school zone'' ticket dismissed. I went to court in October and the prosecutor offered me 2 days in jail, no fine to pay as an alternative. So, I plead not guilty and was given a trial date. I retained Mr. Murphy based on reviews on here and after speaking with him, I felt secure in him handling my case. I do not live in Mississippi, so I was not able to show up for trial date. He did his lawyer magic and got my ticket dismissed with only a $50 court fee! 10/10 do recommend!

Franz is a wonderful attorney and was a pleasure to work with. I was facing a 1st time DUI charge and refusal revocation as a result of a motorcycle accident. As a result of working with Franz, the DMV refusal case was dismissed. Franz was also able to get the DUI and reckless driving charges deferred with minimal community service and the attendance of Level 2 classes.
While everyone is hoping for a lawyer to get all charges dismissed and make it like it never happened, I am more pleased with the results. Franz was honest and upfront with me when I needed to make decisions on the case and always provided more than enough information to make an informed decision.
In my view, Franz was more than fair with the cost of his services. I was charged a flat rate that included both the DMV and court cases. Since Franz operated on a flat rate, I was nervous about how much time he would allocate to me as a client but that was quickly dispelled. Franz is very articulate and our hour-long scheduled phone calls typically went over on time. While I had a lot of questions, which Franz was able to answer, the reason for the overage in time is that Franz meticulously explained everything and considered all of the options.
In another life, Franz more than likely was a therapist. While I don't expect my attorney to act as my therapist, I always felt better after speaking with Franz and never got the feeling that I was just another paycheck. I really appreciated that despite the hearings being held over Zoom, Franz wanted to make the 3-hour drive to my town on two separate occasions to make an appearance. Again, Franz charged me a flat rate so this drive time was included.
To wrap this up, my experience with Franz was nothing short of spectacular. He never over-promised anything and set realistic expectations for the outcomes. He always came out ahead of every expectation that he set. He was patient and understanding and just a good soul. Franz will be my attorney for all future attorney needs hopefully ones that are not criminal in nature.

Hiring Franz was one of the best choices I’ve made in a long time. After being arrested for a DUI, I couldn’t help but feel that “my life was over” and all hope was lost. From the beginning, Franz was superb at calming me down and helping me get through that initial rough patch following the arrest. He encouraged me to begin steps toward mitigation VERY early on in the process, which helped my case a ton. Franz knows what he’s doing in every regard. “DA” Lewis Lamb wrongfully charged my son Makevion Bonner of Malice Murder, Felony Murder and Armed Robbery possibly sentencing him life without parol. My son Makevion Bonner character was attacked by Lewis Lamb by allegations on strategies “DA” Lewis Lamb made up in his head on what took place. “DA” Lewis Lamb had no evidence to charge my son Makevion Bonner with these horrible charges and not only did he discredit my son and slander his name “DA” Lewis Lamb subpoenaed Me and made me testify against my own son.
