I hired Angela after I was facing a pretty serious felony charge filed by the state. That's jail time, fines, loss of rights, loss of job opportunities, etc. I thought for sure my life was over, but Angela reassured me that there was much hope to be had in my case. In about a month, I received the news that no charges were going to be filed. Essentially the case was dropped! I ran into a situation in Pinellas county. Hired him the next day or so. Yeah, it cost some money. Very much worth it. He totally gave me a worry free representation. I didn't even show up for a single court date. He conveyed what needed to be conveyed to whomever it needed to be conveyed to understand the dynamics of what was really going on in the case. First off ,when an Arizona case come up abd was not going to just be ignored, I began searching for an Attorney that in my opinion was going to prove very challenging. That meant plea to a case completely on The State if Arizona's Terms. Got a call one evening from someone who said we found an attorney you will like. It was Derek Oliverson. I put in the call and within 20 minutes had him on the line and thinking this guy first knew the Law,second also how to practice law in the courtroom. He gave 2 scenarios . Both acceptable if that was the outcomes. After 1st appearance got the call a day after wirh an offer that was in my mind ,,, not even in possible this guy can get that done. Tell you what he did and he was a cannabis case involving seizure of currency in excess and trafficking of cannabis.
Charged with interstates money laundering an cannabis felony. I agreed to a deal that dropping the money laundering and cannabis trafficking.
I PKEAD TO 1 COUNT misdemeanor cannabis possession. A fine and 10 days in county.

I had a very complicated case. A 1st degree felony with intent to deliver. My future looked bleak. I spoke to Mr. Marain today on a PTC issue in Paterson. I was pleasently suprised on the time he spent with me going over my situation and offering the best possible outcomes he could foresee under the circumstances.

I was cited for driving to endanger - negligent operation when I crashed my motorcycle. An application for criminal complaint was filing against me by the Plymouth County Police Department. Dave Flanagan was referred to me by a friend and I soon found out that Dave had experience dealing with cases very similar to mine. He was able to walk me through and explain each step of the process and made sure I understood why I was being charged and how we were going to approach the situation. Dave was ultimately able to get my case dismissed prior to arraignment.

I received a DUI first of this year and I was freaking out. It was my first offense, I was panicking and not in a good headspace. So I was stressed to say the least. After seeing what the officer was charging me with I realized I needed a lawyer I could trust that could help me through this messed up situation I got myself into. Unfortunately every criminal defense/DUI lawyer in the Flagstaff area wanted a ridiculous amount of money for my DUI case and were not confident in the outcome. Almost everyone wanted over five thousand to do the case, until I talked to Bryan. He was a realist and didn't promise me any guaranteed outcome, but he was calm and told me he would do everything in his power to help me out. In my time of stress and panic I needed a person like that to calm me down and let me know it was all under control. So I hired him for a reasonable fee and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome, not just because his fee was reasonable but he did an outstanding job for my case. I wanted to write you a brief statement of commendation for the handling of my DUI case and for the benefit of others seeking a DUI lawyer. For the benefit of others, you WANT to hire this DUI firm! They are the BEST by far in the State of Maryland!
I am a pilot and REQUIRED a favorable outcome in my DUI to not only continue driving but to continue flying. Bruce took my case and assured me that everything would be worked out successfully. He said if there is a problem in court, his firm will continue to fight for me until we get the required result.
We went to District Court in Baltimore County and Mr. Robinson tried my case. He advised me ahead of time that we had an unfavorable and very harsh judge but that he would fight the case for me at trial regardless. He tried the case as promised and we did not obtain the result that I needed to continue my flying career. I was very concerned for my future and the next sequence of events to follow. Alan is my saving grace! I received a dreaded letter from the board of nursing that my license was being investigated. The worst letter anyone who has a license can receive. I was so scared and I knew that my livelihood was literally on the line. I contacted Alan who I found online. When I sent a message to him, it was late at night, he contacted me that same night. I was shocked that I would get such a prompt response. Alan’s expertise and familiarity with the board of nursing helped immensely to prepare for what was to come. A St. Patty's day slip up led me searching for a legal representative. Based on a friend's experience with this man in particular i contacted him. He was on time to our consultation. He then informed me his rates with the intention of not going to trial. Couple court appearances down the road he then decided it would be best to go to trial. His rate stayed the same therefore hes an honest and serious representative. In the end the case was totally dismissed. On the way out he then said, "A win for you is a win for me". Adam represented me after I crashed my motorcycle. I had a bunch of charges from failure to maintain lane to improper tag and no insurance. He got them all dropped, and although I wasn't drink they charged me with reckless driving. He also got that reduced to reckless driving, also the other charges dropped. I hired an attorney who did everything he could to keep my case from trial. He was negative and didn’t seem to want to help me with my case. That gentleman quit my case and refunded the entirety of my retainer.
