Gotten into accident 4 and a half years ago and instead of my license being revoked and alot of jail time and not being able to see my family and kids, got everything wiped off my record and now it's all behind me. The Rossen Law Firm has been one of a kind miracles. From being illegally pulled over by Fort Lauderdale Police Department, to a case that was build and manufactured on pure lies, Manny and Adam were able to get to the truth, uncover the lies, and confront the officer in court with a video footage off the car's camera that contradicted his story in a million ways. Officer's testimony was scary with lie in every sentence. Should there not have been a dash cam, I don't think they would take my word for it. How many other people did he do wrong this year? That officer needs to go. Manny was able to get motion to suppress granted and all charges ended up being dropped after the judge heard the testimony and the actual video proof of his testimony being bs. Adam, Manny and others have done it again! Great job guys and thanks a million!

After months of dealing with an unresponsive insurance company, we gave up and turned our homeowners' damage claim over to Mr. Serra-Jovenich for legal action. Best decision we ever made. Manny was able to get a response and resolved the claim to our satisfaction in a short period of time. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Most importantly, he kept us informed every step of the way, which is not always the case with attorneys. We would highly recommend his services. Mal is great at this -- He listened intently, read over all paperwork and evidence and won my case in a very masterful manner. It was a first time DUI charge, no priors, no accident, with refusal to blow. I was instructed on steps to take prior to my hearing, preparation, and what to expect. Come hearing-time, I was ready to plea, but he took it trial and was found not guilty, and only paid traffic citations. In the future, I will recommend Mal's office to friends and family.

I was arrested for 1st offense refusal. I was very unsure about what was going to happen next and looked up OUI lawyers, after reading and listening to previous clients statement on his website I decides to give Mr Waldbaum a call. Mr. Waldbaum returned my call immediately and began to verbally walk me through what was going to happen, this was very helpful and made things much less stressful, he was very honest about everything that he could do for me. We went to court and got everything done in 1 day, I was leaving for a vacation to Europe in a few weeks following the arrest and his expert handing of my case allowed me to still take this trip. I had trouble getting my license back after court because of the RMV changing their computer systems, MR. Waldbaum and his associate Mr. Dunn were very proactive and went as far as spending over 4 hours at the RMV/ running back and forth to the court house to get documents until the RMV gave me a license, and to top it off they did not charge me for all this extra service. I was on the fence about hiring a lawyer and spending that much money, I am so grad I did and would highly recommend MR. Waldbaum and Mr. Dunn.

Going back to October 17, 2016 that early Sunday morning my life took a turn for the worst and my family was facing certain turmoil. Having been arrested for my 3rd OUI and placed into custody during the early morning hours, and unsure of where I was to turn. I sat at the police station until I was to be arraigned at court. Having posted bail, I was facing a slew of charges with one being a felony which comes with a mandatory 6 months in jail. I went home and started googling best OUI lawyers In Massachusetts. I came across your website and was impressed that you had all these referrals of past clients along with actual videos. I reviewed several of them and I also reached out too a few.
When I decided to reach out to you by phone I received an immediate call back within minutes. We discussed my case and you gave me an insight of what we would be facing and the challenges it would be because of it being my 3rd OUI with a Felony implication. Having been stressing about the potential repercussions for my actions, I decided you were going to give me the best shot at defending me.
Since day one you were there for me and my family. I hired Joseph Lawrence to represent me in my divorce. He was confident without being arrogant, exceptionally knowledgeable and able to fully describe possible outcomes, procedures, etc., and was able to talk me off the ledge when I became worried. I came to Elliot for a consultation to handle my 10 year old felony case. I hadn't completed the terms of my probation, none of it, and I was ready to turn myself in. As it turned out not only was my felony probation violation open, but also a slew of smaller warrants for traffic violations.
I consulted with a few different attorneys who were all really great but I decided to go with Elliot and I am very glad that I did.
First he met me on a Saturday which was very convenient. He genuinely seemed to care about helping me. He was honest and upfront, didn't make any promises to give me false hope. Which I appreciated as I knew how serious the consequences were going to be.
Leading up to court there were many times that I had questions about our strategy and Elliot was always available to reply via email, and take my calls. It felt like I was his only client.
In front of the judge where it matter the most, Elliot really came through. When my character came into question, he argued fiercely on my behalf. That's when I was 100% sure that I had made the right choice.
In the end I received my best possible outcome, and I have Elliot to thank for that. Out of 4 cases (1 Felony and 3 Misdemeanors) that he handled for me I received positive outcomes in each. Jay Norton is the best attorney money can buy in Kansas City to defend you in your DUI - DWI case. I literally called 6 attorneys in the area based off of online reviews and 4 of the 6 recommended Jay - one even went as far as to say that they would hire Jay if they had a DUI - and this is someone that defends people in DUI cases themselves! Regardless of your arrest circumstances, his intimate knowledge of the law and supporting literature around DUI cases is second to none. He wrote the book of defending DUI cases in KC. In my case, Jay was able to systematically argue that there was a definite lack of probable cause for my arrest even though I blew a BAC over the legal limit. Essentially, the officer had no right to place me under arrest given I had arguably "passed" the field sobriety tests. Any case is hard to win against the state, but Jay made it nearly impossible to convict me given the facts he argued so well on my behalf. Jay won the arguments against the state and the case was dismissed! DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON YOUR ATTORNEY. HIRE JAY AND YOU WILL NEVER FEEL UNDER-REPRESENTED.

I had a driving on a suspended license charge from 11 years ago I never took care of. I agreed to 240 hours community service back in 2013 that I never did. I was arrested on a bench warrant in 2024 for it. Mr. Brundage not only got my case dismissed satisfactorily WITHOUT me having to do the 240 hours of community service he also did it without me even having to see a judge. He talked to the prosecutor and i was out of the courtroom in under 5 minutes. Cannot say enough good things about this guy. Stop googling attorneys and call Mr. Brundage!!!!!! Thanks Mr. Brundage!

I was being careless and got ticketed for going 94 in a 55 with priors. Stephen with his experience and knowledge of the courts and people was able to get this knocked down to a simple fine, traffic school and supervision - just about the opposite of what you’d expect on a speeding ticket you should get arrested for. Eric got me out of a DUI about 5 years ago. I refused the breath test, so they had no accurate level of alcohol intake. (That’s your right as a NH citizen). He got me wreckless driving, which is a speeding fine essentially and I paid $500 to the court. AMAZING LAWYER!!!!

I was charged with a dui and defective equipment. I refused the FST and blood test which comes with an automatic 180 day license suspension. I had a video of the encounter with the Hudson police. Eric helped me win my ALS hearing and keep my license. He then was able to get the prosecutor to drop the dui and I plead guilty to the defective equipment and paid a fine. I will recommend Eric to anyone that is in trouble. I hope I never need him again but if I do I know I'm in good hands.

Cory Yager is hands down the best DUI attorney in Georgia- my case was a mess to say the least. I blew a .318 upon getting arrested for my first DUI offense and Mr. Yager was able to obtain a non-DUI disposition in my matter. I had success working with Larry Kohn and Bubba Head in the past, and after managing to get arrested for 3 duis in a matter of months, I thought my life was over. It was my first DWI offense and hopefully my last. I was leaving a concert after having some drinks. I felt okay to drive and the concert wasn't far from my house. As I was leaving I forgot to put on my headlights. I saw the cops following me and they eventually pulled me over. The officer asked if I had drinks and I said yes. He asked me to step out the car and I did all the field tests. After doing a breathalyzer they told me they were gonna take me in. At the station I blew .06 the state tried to get me for DWI which is the lesser offense. They claimed I was buzzed driving. Mr Taytor knows the law very well and he is very familiar with all the judges. And more importantly he knows how to the system works. The officers had body cam footage which they failed to present the first court appearance. So Mr Tayter asked for the case to be postponed until they give him the footage to review. The second court date came and the state handed him the footage as he walked into the courtroom giving him no time to prepare beforehand. He asked the judge for the case to be dismissed because the state had ample time to give him the footage but gives it to him as we walked in. And the judge went for it. Case got dismissed and is now expunged. I ended up finding out that I did very well on my field tests and I was upset that I had to go through all of this. But I'm glad that I chose him to be my lawyer. Because he fought for me. Whereas other lawyers I went to wanted me to take a PBJ which is not something I needed on my record
