Mr. Fischer helped me through my divorce with a child. He was God sent, he put up a good fight in court and got exactly what I asked for when it came to the custody and child support. He really answers everything you are curious about, and he will tell you how it is if it’s not reasonable. He was always a call or text away and helped my daughter and I through so much. Very grateful and thankful for his services. Not to mention his doggos, they helped a lot through the case too.

I received a DUI in Lehi. What a horrible and demoralizing experience. I contacted Glen because of his good representation. I am glad I did. He went through every aspect of the case and challenged the probable cause to arrest me. Glen’s cross examination of the cop was excellent. He showed how the officer did everything wrong. This summer I was arrested for an Assault Family Violence in Kaufman County. I live far out-of-state and had an old (but minor) traffic violation ticket that needed to be cleared from my license *in-person*. Obviously, this was not going to be possible for me to travel to NOLA, so I contacted Seth about appearing for me in court to resolve this matter.
In my case, this whole experience was effortless and the matter was resolved without any issue. I was dropped by my previous lawyer saying they can't help with my case anymore and that I was bound for Sentencing. Robert Manson was referred to me by a very good friend of mine. She was extremely satisfied with his work with her brother’s divorce proceedings. Based on that referral, I had the utmost pleasure in meeting with Robert Manson to discuss my divorce issues. I hired Robert (Bob) to represent my daughter and I in Family Court. I was seeking full legal and physical custody of my daughter. When Bob and I first met, we were quickly able to see my situation was in dire need of legal assistance. As a single father, this was by far the scariest thing I have faced in my life. Bob was able to take a pragmatic approach, explain to me the processes within the court system, and guide me through litigation with confidence. There were false claims of abuse and Bob was able to not only deal with them, but to bring an emergency motion that granted me temporary custody. As a trial lawyer, I couldn't have been more pleased with Bob's professionalism, knowledge and legal advice. Bob represented me in court on several occasions leading up to and ultimately throughout a 4 day trail. Bob's experience and knowledge of MN state law was key in our outcome.
I was awarded full legal and physical custody of my daughter and mother had to do supervised parenting time. My situation deserved this outcome, but Bob was the individual who brought the argument to the court and ultimately won the case. He chewed up mother's expert witness. He also represented me in post decree matters and was always responsive and on point. His fees were reasonable as well.
I have since referred my friends and family to seek Mr. Manson's services if they find themselves with any family law issues. They have all been as pleased as I was with his services.

10 years ago i saw mr. mihuta in rensselaer county court and he was the only lawyer that argued with the judge for his client. other attorneys i witnessed agreeing with the da. Mr. Mituta wouldnt take anything less then the best for his client. i was impressed then and started to retain him. I have used lucas over the last 10 plus years for various criminal court proceedings, to surrogates and most recently my personal injury case which went to trial. During trial i was so impressed with his knowledge of medical that i asked him if he had a medical degree as well. he actually had the doctors re think what they were saying and his style had the jury do anything BUT fall asleep. even the judge said he was looking forward to lucas keeping him awake. he was so impressive with his closing arguments he had me crying and moved the jury to a favorable outcome. When I picked up my 3rd drinking and driving offense I knew I messed up. I reached out to a few different attorneys and determined Tom was the best fit for me and I wasn't wrong. Mr. Splain knew I messed up pretty big as well, but never made me feel worse than I already felt. Tom was able to get this DWI reduced to a DWAI with all the minimum sanctions. Tom's presence in the court room is second to no one and he is clearly very well connected with the players in the judicial system in the greater Rochester area. My biggest hurdle was the DMV hearing. Tom, was able to get the refusal dismissed. Which to my understanding, is like finding a needle in a haystack!

I recently went through a devastating period in my life where I was charged with 2 felony charges and a misdemeanor related to my business. He got my following too closely (accident involved) ticket reduced to a no point 1114A violation. All I had to do is pay a fine. In most cases such a reduction is unheard of and many other attorneys I contacted weren't confident in their ability to have this reduced to no points. Mr. Mafrici was who I chose after being hit with a speeding ticket in New York. My ticket was for 88 in a 65 (6 point ticket) and this would’ve given me a large fine and sharp insurance increases. A month ago, I had FOUR traffic tickets issued to me, at one time, by a gang of mentally-ill Suffolk County police-officers—the total points of which would equal EIGHT, had I been found guilty.
