I used the Kleister Law Firm for a few different events. I used them for two closings. One, when I bought a house. Two, when I sold a house. Jenn McCarthy who works with Chris handles the closing. She was very on top of things to make sure issues were dealt with and stayed on track. I also had other business with the firm that Chris handled for me with aplomb. We were traveling for Thanksgiving from Michigan to Syracuse by way of Niagara Falls. On a side road outside of Buffalo, with a ridiculously low speed limit, we were issued a speeding ticket. The only way to defend ourselves was to appear in person, in January. Not happening. Fortunately we found Mike online. He replied to us directly and quickly, and was very personable and professional. We hired him and he made the infraction go away. We'd rather have defended ourselves, but given the logistics we can't imagine a better resolution. We highly recommend and sincerely appreciate this gent.

I contacted attorney Sebald in March of 2021 regarding a series charge/crime. The consultation was very informative, thorough and laid out up front. To cost, the process, possible outcomes, what I need to do, etc. He was very honest and upfront and showed not only he cared about my case, the outcome but about me and my life. In July my bail was $100,000. Thanks to his expertise he got the bail dropped which allowed me to be free. He worked tirelessly and relentlessly on my case for over a year. He was there to answer any question or hear any concerns. I originally had 28 charges and he got them down to 11. Thanks to his dedication, hard work and experience, rather then doing several years in state prison, I got probation, which I was originally told wasn't an option, and gps ankle monitor. I highly recommend and encourage attorney Sebald for your legal matters.

Had gotten a DUI at the end of junior year. Was having many concerns because I had gotten an internship across the country in a state were I needed to drive to work every day. He was able to push my court dates back until senior year, so I would be able to have my license for my first internship. This gave me peace of mind! And my internship never found out about my DUI.
Come senior year, he was able to get me ARD and my license was only suspended in PA for less then 6 months when it was supposed to be more. Considering all the substances (CLASS I included) in my body at the time arrested, this was great news.
Ronald Saupe then took care of my expungement process. I graduated from college and considering I travel for work a lot, Ronald Saupe has been very patient with me and how long I take to respond sometimes. He said he mailed me my expungement papers (at my mother’s address) but they were returned to him. I did see that email the same day and gave him a new address (and offered if he can scan them and email them to me), and I still never received them. I will contact him today again via email and ask for them again. This is the last important thing I need so I can forget about this incident.
This was all done for a reasonable price too!

Karl did everything he could for me from the minutes I've seen him. He found out how serious my situation was and was able to assure me of my options. His analyst was super accurate and he helped me with all of the supplement situations I had surrounding my incident. Even the ones that didn't involve him! Having no experience with the criminal justice system and being in our mid 60's we asked our Farming organization for a referral and hired an attorney in Harrisburg who did not communicate with us and did not know the law and certainly did not know the Centre County justice system. After being fed up we looked at reviews and Tim's stood out. We asked for a consultation and in minutes Tim understood the issue and formulated a strategy. Tim spent an entire hour with us and would not charge us. However, Tim did not take our case because we were in the process past the preliminary hearing stage. I wish we would have found Tim from the beginning. He offered great advise that our attorney would not take and he offered to talk to our attorney if he would call him for advise on the Centre County personalities. Hire Tim, he knows the system, has great strategies, returns calls and explains everything. We wish we would have known what to look for in an attorney but we were scared so we took a bad recommendation. Now my husband will be pleading guilty for raising animals in the wettest year on record in a natural way that face book people found offensive and we simply can't afford to go on with this criminal justice process that is anything but just and is unbelievably expensive and has put us under incredible stress, worry and fear that has harmed our health and well being.

I highly recommend calling Attorney Eric J. Mikovch should you find yourself in a situation where you need a defense attorney. I initially called his secretary for an appointment, and he called me back in under 30 minutes and asked me questions to obtain all the information he needed. He recognized how upset I was and offered to meet with me during my lunch time that day. I had intense fear and anxiety, and he reassured me that everything would be ok. A lifesaver may seem to be a strong word, but it is not when you are facing a felony record for life any potential jailtime. When facing a serious case which could have resulted in a felony record, out of talking to at least 10 lawyers, Mr. Masorti stood out the most. His intelligence, grace, and dedication will protect you all the time at any time. He will do work without ever giving you tension, with you not even realizing the work he is putting into the case.
