I was stopped for a DUI in that state of Missouri in the summer of 2018. I live in Kansas so I was not aware of the process of living in another state while in trouble in another. I was placed under arrest and went to jail. After I was released I found attorney Paul Burmaster through a ton of research on finding the best lawyer for my case. After meeting with him I knew this was the man to represent me and my case. Im glad I did. I had 2 court hearings to overcome and try and win my case. The first was the circuit court for keeping my drivers license. Long story short...We won by a judges ruling and I was able to keep my license and not go on any record or take a insurance hit. The 2nd court hearing I had to attend was for the criminal side of it with the KCMO Municipal Court. Prior to this Paul had came up with the best plan to represent and fight my case before going into the court room. I was always aware and kept in contact at all times of these hearings so I was fully aware of what was going on at all times. The day of the court hearing with the judge, prosecutor, and two police officers I knew what was going on during my trial keeping me in more of a calm state of mind knowing I had a good fighting chance to win. This helped me keep focused and my stress low at a time like this. During this trial I observed Paul being very organized and two steps ahead of everyone in the court room. With his knowledge and aggressive skill set we were able to win my case and was dismissed. I was very pleased with the outcome and would recommend this attorney to anyone. I got my first speeding ticket a few weeks ago and my friend recommended the ticket wizard. The whole process was extremely quick and very easy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, they explained the entire process and what I should expect. I never had to go into their office, everything was over the phone and the paperwork was e-signed. It was also very affordable. The attorney, Mr. Unger, got my ticket dismissed and I didn't get any points! The best part is that I didn't even have to go to court! I highly recommend hiring them!

Mr. Funk was able to work a miracle. My husband had 21 felonies, with prior felonies in another state. Paul was incredible defending me in my oui case. He was always calm, courteous and reassuring. He reviewed the facts of the case and explained the process every step of the way. He was confident he would win. At trial, Paul had some potential evidence thrown out as he was not provided prior to. During the Jury Trial he displayed his legal expertise in poking several holes in the prosecutor’s case. In his closing arguments he methodically walked the Jury through all the facts. Attorney Quintal did an amazing job handling our case. She made sure that we understood all of the information involved in our case and took the time to meet with us before each court date. She was is competent and has extensive knowledge of the Massachusetts court system. Attorney Quintal charged us a capped fee for her services at our first meeting. Our case turned out to be much more time consuming than anticipated but she did not raise her fee and refused to accept more money when our case was closed. I hired Mr. Wallin to handle a very important matter. He came highly recommended and the recommendation was correct! He has over 30 years in practice, including time as a prosecuting attorney. All the DA's and judges know him and respect him. That is just who you want reprenting you. Alden did a great job with my photo radar ticket. I was charged with photo radar in Scottsdale. I didn't want to deal with insurance hikes. He told me these cases aren't easy to dismiss if the photo is clear. He was honest when he told me that I could lose prior to hiring him but that he would do his best. I have used Matthew for two cases; criminal and DUI. My first case was very complicated. There were unusual circumstances and laundry list of charges. I had never been in a situation like that, never planned to be and had no idea where to turn.
Another attorney, which I couldn't afford, recommended another lawyer to me. I called Matthew explained my circumstances and he didn't shy away. Infact I think he was excited by the challenge and thats what makes him an outstanding attorney. Similarly, Matthew is very personable and authentic. He is true to his "About" section. He understands we all have complicated lives and does a great job at keeping them from getting more complicated.
I thank Matthew for minimizing my charges and preserving my ability to work. Many places I work require background checks and one of my biggest fears was being denied work because of my circumstance. I was pulled over for speeding (most likely legit), and ultimately arrested for DUI as well. After meeting with the prosecutor a couple times through the court process and reviewing Paul's motions, evidence, etc. the prosecutor dismissed the DUI charge. Paul was also able to get the speeding ticket dismissed via a paid dismissal, and both charges expunged as well (since the case linked both charges, the DUI could only be expunged immediately if both were, so the prosecutor agreed to expunge the whole case). Paul was very knowledgeable, aggressive, and the final outcome was the best possible outcome. Highly recommend.

I recently was pulled over for driving on a revoked license & no seat belt in Lake County. While on probation. I was absolutely sick to my stomach & Affraid. I called a good friend of mine and explained what happened to me. He told me to call Paul.
So i did. When Paul answered and spoke to me. I was instantly relieved. His demeanor proffesional manner & knowledge was like no other lawyer i have used before. We went to court on the first appearance.
He showed how great he trully is.
He got the seat belt ticket thrown out.
He got my driving on revoked reduced down. Probation terminated and a meger fine with supervision.
. I really thought i was going to jail. Witch was Scary & Financially devestating to my family.
But thanks to some good advice from a friend and a true pro like Paul.
Things worked out well. If i remember correctly during my first phone conversation with Paul he reassured me that it would.

Mr. Witkop was an excellent lawyer who defended me on such short notice. I had become involved in a legal matter on a Saturday morning and by Tuesday, case was dismissed in my favor. Mr. Witkop took time out of his Saturday to answer my call and allow me to explain my situation.
Not only was he understanding and already doing what he could to get on my case, but also spent hours the following day to ensure we were ready for the hearing days after (mind you this was a Sunday). He was always available via phone for any concerns and even had alternate methods prepared for the hearing to ensure I was satisfied with the end result.
Thanks to Mr. Witkop’s help, I could go in to the hearing with a peace of mind knowing I had a lawyer who was well prepared and eager to defend me. He arrived to the hearing before the scheduled time and was prepared with facts, evidence, and questions to ask that allowed the case to be ruled in my favor.

Is what I got when Aida took my case. My arrest for an OWI 3rd in MI came while I had an open OWI case pending in another state, and while charged with an OWI 3rd in MI it could have easily been a 4th. High BAC, almost 3 hours of police body and dash cam video along with four eyewitnesses is what she had to wade through. Aida navigated a sobriety court sentence in MI with no jail and no felony record and while she didn’t represent me in the other state, her cadence and timing led to our plea coming in first and set the table for an outcome I (and other attorneys who wanted 3x as much) didn’t think was possible.

The Rossen Law Firm has been one of a kind miracles. From being illegally pulled over by Fort Lauderdale Police Department, to a case that was build and manufactured on pure lies, Manny and Adam were able to get to the truth, uncover the lies, and confront the officer in court with a video footage off the car's camera that contradicted his story in a million ways. Officer's testimony was scary with lie in every sentence. Should there not have been a dash cam, I don't think they would take my word for it. How many other people did he do wrong this year? That officer needs to go. Manny was able to get motion to suppress granted and all charges ended up being dropped after the judge heard the testimony and the actual video proof of his testimony being bs.
