Mr Easley is by far the most professional and best lawyer I have ever had. He listens and fights for you to the end. I had met with a few other lawyers prior to Mr Easley and they were certain that I was going to be found guilty but will see what they can get the to charges reduced to a “lesser charge”. Due to work I needed this charge dismissed or I would have lost everything I worked hard for. I am so happy I listened to my gut and kept looking for another lawyer. I was referred to Mr Easley and so grateful to have met him. From the very beginning he was confident and told me he was going to try his absolute best to get this dismissed and he did not disappoint! My cases was completely dismissed! Thank you again! This is one determined professional. Not only is he an Attorney, he's also a Judge. With this man, you have the best of both worlds. If my son had any chance of getting out of his situation, I don't think anyone else would've been better for the job. He is the best Criminal Defense Attorney hands down.
My son was facing several Felonies with a possibility of doing serious time. We put our trust in Darwyn and let him go to work. He treated my son as if he was his own. Just like most teenagers, it was like pulling teeth to get all pertinent information that was needed. But once my son accepted the fact that Darwyn was on his team and was his only hope of getting out, he opened up to him and provided everything he needed. In doing so, Darwyn was able to put all the pieces to the puzzle together and proved my son's innocence. My son was facing 35yrs and Darwyn was able to get a couple of my son's felony charges dismissed and another reduced to a misdemeanor. Seeking a divorce attorney was very challenging. I needed an attorney who could work with a complex process. My first attorney failed me - he declined to seek out a VITAL portion of my MSA! Frustrated and spent (one year of time and many dollars wasted), I declined to agree with the substandard MSA, and instead pushed myself to seek better representation.
After a long and scrutinizing search, I came across Mandy Caffee's office. I made a phone inquiry and felt very encouraged, so I drove the miles to meet her. Mandy was professional, organized, and kept me encouraged, even as I explained how my first attorney let me down. Mandy understood I lived a distance from her office, so she made sure I could communicate easily with her - she upheld this 110%!
After two years, and two attorneys (Mandy Caffee as my 2nd), my divorce was finalized. Mandy was professional, well organized, driven, and fierce. She validated my concerns, dug deep into a newer process (all while being open and honest with the progress), and made sure I wasn't walked on by my ex-spouse. I left the courtroom feeling confident in the new and well improved MSA , as well as my life moving forward. I can't imagine how things would have been if I simply settled with the outcome from my first attorney.

Mr. Totten was suggested by another attorney, he took my case in a rush, with only two weeks to prepare. He asked me what I wanted. and let me know upfront what he believed I could get, he was very attentive to the case. Every time I called, I got to speak with him or someone knowledgeable of the case.( if you have questions, he can answer them ) in the quart room. I got my 3rd dui 11 days after being sentenced for my second. Mike took on a losing case. He knew that. I knew that. But what neither of us knew was that we’d end up getting a pretty good deal. Mike encouraged me every step of my sobriety journey and listened when I needed an ear. We got a landmark(for my court division in Arapahoe county) ruling. I don’t have enough space to write all the ways Mr. Hager has gone over and above for our family. We were recently faced with an issue regarding our 70 year old father. He suffers from dementia and Alzheimers, to make a long story short he was arrested for the first time in his life. My parents retired to Florida and us kids are scattered from Indiana to Texas. Mr. Hager was so patient with us all in repeating the same stories to us all during different calls. From the very first call he started working on our dads case. We were given his personal cell number and told to call whenever and for whatever, and we did. He always answered and was always patient with us as we’ve never been through anything like this before. He assured us he would get this taken care of. He went way above and beyond and worked diligently and had our fathers case thrown out in less than a week. He understood how time sensitive this matter was for us as our dad was scheduled to go to an assisted living facility and they wouldn’t allow him with a pending battery. Let me repeat IN LESS THAN A WEEK THE CHARGES WERE GONE!!! We were floored to get that call!! Mr. Hager treated us like we were his only clients and nothing else mattered than getting this fixed for our family. I can not express the amount of gratitude our family has for Mr. Hager and his team! I pray we never need him again but if we do we will NEVER call anyone else but him. We have told everyone in our family and friends how amazing he is. He made the worst event our family has had to deal with feel like it never happened and we can all sleep again!! After my Bondsman bailed me out, I called multiple Attorney Firm's.
When I called Hager & Schwartz, Mr. Hager personally answered the phone, patiently & kindly took time & listened to me explain my situation, concerns, & ask questions, of which he answered all in perfect detail.
I was still under the impression that I was going to continue to use my Public Defender.
Arraignment day came, in short, it was an unorganized unprofessional disaster, I felt further compromised.
I immediately called Mr. Hager, spoke of my experience, and we promptly scheduled a time to meet & go over paper work.
Upon terms agreement & signing, I requested & recieved a meeting with Mr. Hagar. We went over every detail, question, & concern.
After that, I pretty much didn't have to do anything, other than sign a couple documents.
Mr. Hager reached out to all necessary parties, & handled everything. If his Firm had questions, they'd call &/or email. Mr. Hager also had direct contact with my Judge, which was huge...
Their paralegal, was efficient & punctual as well!
Conclusion, case was dismissed, and we are in the process of expungement.
Everything, thank G*d & Hager & Shwartz PA, turned our exactly how we wanted!

We hired Mr. Lundberg to help us with our case. When we got to court we noticed that other lawyers there were dressed in jeans or wrinkly clothes. Our lawyer was dressed in a suit and tie. When we listened to the other peoples cases, we noticed that the clients were not prepared very well and in one case that cost the client extra money. I have recently relocated in the Mohave Valley from California. I had gotten myself in a little trouble and had to spend a brief time in the Mohave County Jail in Kingman. Upon my release I went and talked to a few local attorneys. My public defender guaranteed me that at least 30 more days in jail was required of me, in a case I felt that I was unjustly charged.
