Carlos is an excellent attorney. He actually cares for his client and has the knowledge and skills to actually fight for them. I work in the courthouse and see defense counsel sell out their client daily to be friendly with the prosecution or because they are just lazy. Carlos is not one of those. Every defendant deserves Carlos or someone like him to represent them.

Facing serious charges from the worst night of my life. Never dealt with criminal justice system, let alone Chickasaw Nation that just started doing significant amount of cases. Mr. Henry was a Chickasaw Nation court expert and seemed to know all the lawyers on both sides of the aisle and all the judges. Almost like a celebrity. We found out later that he is the Chickasaw Nation drug court defense lawyer too. He seemed very busy but kept in touch and most importantly got the felony dismissed and a wonderful no jail misdemeanor....Great Lawyering!

I was arrested, walking back to my truck in a parking lot while driving through Utah. I spent three nights in jail, had to pay to get my truck back, and was charged with a DUI. I must have called 20 lawyers but I could tell out of the gate that Mr. Schatz knew the law and was not just trying to make me feel better. Utah/Iron County did not want to give up but thankfully Mr Schatz did not either and won my case (Totally Dismissed)
I had to wear an ankle bracelet for a month and he got that taken off for a portable breathalyzer which I was on for two months then Mr. Schatz got that taken away. In all I had to appear in court via zoom around six times but never had to say a word. Everytime I heard Mr Schatz argue in court it was like I was watching a movie (he was that good and prepared) . I had asked Mr. Schatz a couple of times why don’t you tell them That I am a teacher, A father, 51 years old and I’ve never been in trouble in my life And Mr. Schatz would say every time you Utah does not care and he was right. Thankfully, Mr. Schatz cared and knows the law inside and out, Process process and procedure I thought the prosecutors had a slam dunk case against me Upon examining the videos and knowing the law like he does, Mr. Schatz was able to find enough holes to wear by the last day in court the judge described the case against me as”embarrassing”. In all, it took 12 months, but thankfully, Mr. Schatz never gave up, Never asked for more money for all the work he was doing, And in the end, the case was dismissed and is now going to be expunged. I never lost my license and never lost my job .
I can’t recommend Mr. Schatz enough .

My husband was caught with distributing drugs and was facing a mandatory of 24 months in jail. We have two little girls and I automatically assumed my life would turn upside down. Trey Porter is the Best DWI Lawyer in Texas! I hired Mr. PORTER 2 weeks after my arrest. He answered all my questions including work stuff I was worried about.

I really recommend Trey Porter as a lawyer and counselor. I received a bogus charge in Fredericksburg visiting on a girls trip. I was shocked with how police treated me. Crawford and Boyle were recommended to me by a lawyer friend who did not practice the type of law I needed. They are knowledgeable, well connected in the community and have a great report with the clients. They had a fair price for what I needed done and gave me several options on how to pay. They were quick on their side with getting the correct forms filed and the right hearings set up. The county solicitor on the other hand was very slow and the entire process took over 2 years to be resolved. Despite the extended time to resolve my case, David Boyle was very thorough in keeping me informed and up to date. He made me feel confident that their plan to have my charges dismissed would be the inevitable outcome and he was right.
I do not plan on needing an attorney again in my lifetime, but if I do I will definitely be contacting them again.

Chris is a fantastic attorney. Granted, he didn't come cheap; however, you get what you pay for. I had been charged with a DUI after refusing to do a field sobriety test and they took my driver's license with resulted in two cases: civil, to NOT have my license suspended, and criminal for DUI.
