Atty Valkenet is a very straight forward kind of guy. Very knowledgeable, honest and to the point. No sugar coating. Provided key details as to why this situation would be a very difficult situation. I have to say, Mr. Hark earned his way to be one of the top lawyers in New Jersey, and the sorrounding areas, for a reason. I am honored to have been able to have him in my corner throughout my case. He and his team never made false promises, and were always honest with me and my family. Knowing that there are several different factors when dealing with the courts, depending on the specifics of one's case, it is reasonable for people to feel somewhat skeptical at times. But, Mr. Hark never stopped fighting and I am appreciative of that. He held up his word all throughout the process. You can see his determination and tenacity speak through his words, and that drive also permeate through his team. And besides being an overall exceptional lawyer, he's just as great a person behind the suit; a honest man, a caring father, and a real person. I assure, that this is a real review from a situation that went on years and was finally resolved. And to mention, his brother also helped a family member of mine through a situation some years ago, which is why I was even recommended. Mr horicon his staff did an amazing job representing me in a motor vehicle crash, an eviction, a restraining order, and a criminal matter. He was able to successfully have the criminal matter dismissed, the restraining order dismissed and he just settled a car crash for me within 18 months from the date of the crash. His staff was always involved in on top of things and I was always aware of what was going on with all of my cases. He and his staff are very accessible kind and helpful at every turn every time I called. I felt like they were really involved with me and cared about me and my legal woes. I would be happy to call them again any day of the week. I also recommend them to anybody that's looking for an attorney to help them with a criminal, personal injury, family, restraining order, traffic, or other legal matter. I hired Mr. Hark for a very serious criminal charge in Camden County and then caught a second serious criminal charge in Camden county. Not only did he get me out of absolutely guaranteed state prison he got the case, remanded to municipal court, and got me straight probation on the second case. Did I say straight probation? I meant to say one year probation, not to not three or not four years probation. he did an amazing job. He was in touch with me every step of the way, constantly kept me informed, worked with me regarding my payment plan and inability to get a job given the pending criminal charges. He really was concerned about me and my well-being and my families well-being The entire time. There wasn’t a time I couldn’t get in touch with him… He’s always on call and available to help you and your family with our question. I absolutely highly recommend Mr. Hark for any criminal matter. I also understand that he has helped a few friends of mine with personal injury and Worker’s Comp. matters. They put me in touch with him and said the exact same thing. I was under the impression that shock occurred when something very bad happened to you, such being rear-ended by an inattentive driver who took out my trunk and backseat and could very well have taken out me. Did I deserve a settlement? No question. Circumstances, pictures, and an eye witness made that clear. None-the-less, a medical complication could have obscured the facts and made a just settlement tricky- and it was. I wasn't very hopeful. But when I went to Mr. Nugent's office-a place where you are treated like family-to pick up my check and saw what he had accomplished, I amazed myself that I behaved calmly, I thanked him and then drove directly, and ever so carefully, to my bank, having learned that shock can also occur when something very good happens to you.

I was being unjustly sued by my HOA and called Atty Wyatt for representation. He patiently listened to details of the case, asked pertinent questions over the phone. His amazing receptionist quickly scheduled an appt. and Atty Wyatt refused to charge me. I could have paid him personally and I also had membership in a corporate legal plan and again, he refused to charge me a dime. Atty Wyatt gave excellent advice, composed a response to the HOA's claims and it was filed the same day! The services and time that Atty Wyatt provided would have easily been billed at $4000 or more at a firm that would have done 1/3 of the work that he did. He did not know me from Eve and is the absolute nicest and most jovial attorney I've ever met! He is very mean but he is very good in the courtroom!!! I say mean in a good way though, just fighting people the legal way!!! Watch out for jealousy in the workplace if they know you're more qualified than them, they will literally lie on you to hurt you so bad. Fighting against lies!!!! Julia is a great lawyer, and has the skills and personality you want to represent you and negotiate on your behalf. My case involved a settled outcome that satisfied the prosecutor, and she was just brilliant at that. She is very responsive and gave me good advice early in my case, of course. But after the initial stage, she really went into overdrive, and recognized that she had an opportunity with this prosecutor to get my case dismissed. She knew an expert who did an effective evaluation and used another expert also in an artful way. She was correct that this would satisfy the prosecutor, and made it happen.
She's one of those rare high-EQ people that works so well with persons, but who uses the rapport she builds to get a good outcome. She had a great strategy, and inspired a lot of confidence.
I would hire her for any lawyer work, but also for any negotiation, which I think requires even more skill and talent.

I interviewed several attorneys to represent me but none could give me such a detailed and knowledgeable explanation of the process I had to go thru. especially when it comes to handling professionally licensed defendants.
Levon was very compassionate and spent so much time on explaining and calming me down that he probably well exceeded the fee he charged me which was already much lower than other attorneys wanted to charge me. Even just talking to Levon made me feel better. He was more than an attorney but also a friend during this terrible nightmare I went thru. He clearly updated me at every court date and every step and answered all my questions in a clear in concise manner no matter how many questions I had. Levon has very important skill that not ll attorneys have-he knows how to talk. And finally what mattered the most was the result: after a roller coaster ride with DA's and prosecutors and after numerous court dates my case was finally dismissed! I highly recommend Steve Glink. He was professional, direct and to the point. Steve has a wide breath of legal knowledge - on more than one occasion Steve referenced legalise to other lawyers which they were unaware of. It’s important which attorney you pick, because even their name could make a difference. In my case, I did not get any formal charges filed at the arraignment, and case was dismissed.
He had a great legal strategy and did a great job. His legal staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. But I truly believe the mere fact that I had him as an attorney was the deciding factor in dropping my charges, why bother moving when you know you have a hard hitter working with you?
