My sister and I engaged Jacqueline in January to represent us in a CPS investigation after my 6 year old niece was placed under a 30-day safety plan while my sister underwent alcohol detox and therapy. This was our first interaction with CPS. We used employer-provided services rather than the onerous services demanded by CPS. CPS threatened numerous times to move my niece into foster care. They also threatened a legal motion to participate in their services. They even claimed that they didn't have to talk to a legal representative. We would never have been able to navigate this process without Jacqueline, who is an expert not only in the law, but in the ways that CPS will try to manipulate and threaten. Jacqueline made the case that CPS services and involvement were not needed beyond the 30 days. My niece returned home after 30 days, and as of 3 months later, CPS has taken no further action. Jacqueline will fight for you and execute a plan with the highest probability of success. She will navigate the maze of CPS that you can’t see. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend Jacqueline.

Received a felony charge. Needless to say, this was a lot of stress and Nathan Miller accepted my case. He got me deferred adjudication and then expungement afterward. The consulting appointment was very knowledgable and laid out possible outcomes; I'm glad I hired him. His office put me at ease by updating me on checkpoints and major changes along the way. Mr. Rowe was appointed by the court after I was arrested for the 2nd time while on felony probation in 2019 . He first bonded me out when the MTA (motion to adjudicate) was filed, all I had to do was let him know when I was going to turn myself in and what card on file to use. I went in at 11pm on a Tuesday and was out by 3pm on Wednesday. The candor and top tier representation resulted in all charges dropped and my reinstatement to Deferred Adjudication Probation. If I ever get jammed up again he's going to be my first call.

William "Rusty" Hubbarth did amazing job when I was looking down the barrel hope being possibly convicted a 4 charges. Being disabled veteran he advocated for conditions and help drop a couple charges to get me a good deal with probation and with stipulations that help aid me with my disability. I appreciate him very much and anybody that has this lawyer in your corner he is definitely going to advocate for you and he is definitely going to go to the length to make sure that the very best can be done for you. I can't be more grateful and thankful for this man helping me in my time of need and yes I did break the law but he advocated the issues that were outside the norm and my situation surrounding the charges. I could not say enough kind things about this man . I owned a small hobby farm in upstate NY . I was charged with doing something illegal against the animal welfare act and it was brought down to NYC. I originally hired a firm that told me my case was a win win no problem as they were just collecting money. After a one count conviction in a five day Trial in NYC. I fired the lawyers and hired Richard who was highly recommended by my civil lawyer to handle Post conviction and the sentencing and appeal. It was the best decision I made. Richard is tough but fair and the judge that tried my case in the southern district at sentencing even praised his work . Richard also met with me and the probation officer for sentencing It was very reassuring to have some one in your corner that is fighting for you for me it made all the difference he explained everything and did not let me believe lies thank you for everything Richard.

I have had the fortunate luck to have found Charles Nucciarone of Manassas Law group to help me with an unfair (in my opinion) traffic citation. I was impressed with his organization, promptness, and his phone etiquette. He sent me links that I to access along with clear instructions on what to send and what to do. I had called 2 other firms and there was considerably lower professionalism and surprisingly their costs were considerably more. I do have my own experience with the levels of legal professionalism having occasionally served as an expert witness in malpractice suites. I highly recommend this firm.

I was very overwhelmed with the two charges I had got of, DWI and Public Intoxication. I spoke with over 20 lawyers literally and by no means, could any of them come close to the expertise, experience, professionalism and honesty that Mark demonstrated. Consulted with Mr. Columbus in regards to my speeding ticket that I got the same day. He told me to take a driving course; I opted to take it online instead of a classroom instruction. My original court date was 6/22, but due to unforeseen circumstances, got it continued to 7/27, and he helped me out with that. I gave him the necessary documentation that would help him reinforce my case with the judge. Judge wasn't necessarily the nicest, but Mr. Columbus was able to dismiss the ticket. I personally would recommend Mr. Columbus's services again.

I recently hired Mr. Louie to defend a charge of speeding at 80mph in a 55mph zone. As an out of state resident, I was surprised to learn that this is automatically considered reckless driving in Virginia, which itself is considered a misdemeanor in the state. Mr. Louie's counsel resulted in a proper outcome which was in line with our goal of avoiding a reckless driving charge.
Both Mr. Louie and his staff were professional and attentive throughout the process, and his experience is demonstrated by his knowledge and calming presence. It is obvious that Mr. Louie has a strong working relationship with many parties in the Virginia Beach area. I believe that this is an asset for an area with such a large out of state/military population and relatively harsh traffic laws. Overall great job!

I was pulled over for going 37 over the limit. I did not know how strict the laws in VA since I'm from NJ. I had called several lawyers who I just didn't trust or like. So I went with my gut and chose Peter Louie. My instinct was spot on. Peter is realistic, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I was facing jail, license suspension, a misdemeanor and a $3500 fine. I walked away with a $400 dollar fine. Everything else was dropped, no jail . no 3500 dollar fine, no suspension and no misdemeanor.

All around amazing work. I am dealing with court for unemployment benefits I was told I shouldn't have gotten because my employer claimed that quit. I was nervous to go to court with a huge corporation. I applied for the unemployment Law group and Mr. Norman assigned to my case. He is very knowledgeable and always quick to respond. I never had to worry about what was going on with my case because if I had questions I could email and get very quick responses. I had no idea which way to go or what to do and Mr Norman just swooped right in, took control of the helm and guided me in the right direction. I went to court the first time and got a decision in my favor. They appealed it and he agreed to actually take over my case again even though he didn't have to, and we won! All around amazing attorney and I would highly recommend for a vast variety of types of court cases from criminal charges to unemployment. A family of tenants in my rental house stopped paying rent. I
googled Wilmington attorneys and had the good fortune to call David Collins. Although he told me his office does not do evictions, David took the time to give me direction and told me many attorneys do not do evictions. The forms are readily available at the office of the clerk of court and are not a terribly complicated process so that individuals can do it themselves. he said to call him if I ran into any road blocks and we could do a consultation then if necessary. His advice very helpful.

I had an illegal stalking case in 2007, supposed to get probation, Redfield made an agreement with the DA, but the defendant went on the stand for about an hour & ended up screwed over & convicted.
I stopped in yesterday & spoke with Redfield, but didn't remember him making an agreement.
If she wouldn't have gone on the stand, would have gotten probation.
He is retiring at the end of this month & won't take new cases.

By far the best family law experience I have ever had. I have been battling a custody case for going on 7 years. If we're honest I didn't really have the money to hire an attorney and had been doing it on my own. Well in short I had a couple disgruntled ex gfs and a biased g.a.l. against me. Mr Redfield handled it all very well. I almost felt as if my case was the only case he was handling although I know that wasn't the case. The biggest thing for me was his compassion. He and I talked for hours and hours...all of which he didn't charge me extra money for, as has been my experience with most other lawyers. We discussed a price and he stuck to it. Which was HUGE for me, because if he wanted more money I probably would have been out of luck. In court (which ended up being a 3 day evidentiary hearing) he couldn't have examined/cross examined better. He and I had some different thoughts on the process but I put my trust in him seeing as he's the lawyer. He didn't let me or my son down. In fact he couldn't have done better. If you're dealing with a custody issue choose this guy. You won't regret it. Every man I know feels they don't have a chance in custody court, pick Jared Redfield and you won't feel that way anymore. The cards were against me going in. But he brought to light ALL the facts that really mattered and showed the court what a fathers love truly means. And against the g.a.l. recommendation the judge ruled for me to have primary placement and sole custody. Which is truly what is in my sons best interest. From me and my kids. THANK YOU Jared.
