I highly recommend Greg as a lawyer. From the beginning to the end of my DUI case he was available and explained step by step the process. He would answer my questions. Mr Simms has been helpful, up front and knowledgeable beyond my expectations. I am currently struggling to clear my record and mr Simms has not only responded promptly but helped me understand the process in a way that I did not and would not have without his assistance. If you are thinking about trying to work through a process without an attorney I highly recommend you do not make that mistake and hire Mr Simms. I had one of the darkest times of my entire life. I felt scared, overwhelmed, and alone, but then I found Paul Kelley. My only light. My friend recommended him. I hired him to represent my boyfriend on a criminal charge and he took into consideration how important the outcome of this case was. And he did exactly what we needed him to do. A 30-month legal nightmare of proving my innocence and residency came to an end on May 7, 2024. It was Attorney Donna Jean Kuchler and her team who believed and fought for me during this ordeal. I remember early on when Donna said, "We intend to mount a vigorous defense." I believed in her and she believed in me. There is no one I would trust more than Donna Kuchler and her law firm. They prepared for my court trial filing numerous motions to dismiss, including those that were sent to the Court of Appeals.
Together we fought the fight, ran the race, and I was found not guilty on all 7 felony charges and was fully acquitted by the judge in a court trial. I have my life back. My life is different but I am free.

Atty’s are abundant and it’s hard to find one you can trust. “Your life is at stake” So what was so special is unlike other Atty’s they were very communicative and responded to All My calls! Mr. Sears is very knowledgeable about Special Education and what schools should be providing their students. As someone who is a well versed parent of a child with special needs, I felt that I was still not getting what my child needed in school. I struggled to get the school to understand and work with my child that I became so frustrated and my child was suffering daily. I contacted Mr. Sears for help to see if there was anything he can do. He helped me navigate the whole process beginning to end until everything my child needed was provided by the school. He continued to provide follow ups and updates from the school and did not stop until her needs were met. Mr. Sears answered all my questions quickly and helped me feel a sense of calm working through this process. It helped being removed and having someone there to advocate for my child and their needs. I’d love to thank Parisa personally again for her patience, tenacity, diligence and brutal honesty throughout my legal battle.
I reached out to Lewis and Dickstein Because of their reputation and our glorious state of Michigan. Parisa Sadrnia was the one who answered the phone after hours and consulted me for long after the initial consultation was or had ended.
I went in and her whole concern and attitude was to defend her client while showing a tremendous amount of patients because of being falsely accused of domestic violence.
There is an old term that we all know “ Pay for what you get”
Parisa is worth every penny and then some, and deserves even more than What the firm fees are.
I will and I am recommending to anyone in need of an absolute beast in a criminal defense. PARISA IS THE ONE!
She is Young, But I will say with her, she spares no doubt To her client that she is 100% there for them. Parisa will not leave one stone unturned that she cannot figure out or gain to help and defending or in your defense, as well as knows the exact approach.
I had a ton of evidence that we could’ve used. The things that we focused on in court because of Parisa‘s knowledge and experience, We did not have to explore half of that.
She obtained things that the government “ Prosecution” Was not aware that we had nor did we have to submit as evidence that we used in trial, which was incredibly damaging to the so-called victim.
I have never heard nor experienced a lawyer like Parisa at my trial with her ability to impeach, discredit, And embarrass the so-called victim on the stand that a panel of six women and one man all came back unanimously not guilty.
Mind you, I have had a criminal history that was in the past levels that were not violent that she navigated around the governments ability to use at trial as well as even setting forth the motion To just use the term victim at the trial, so it could not be said.
I cannot express my gratitude enough to Parisa and her team that also stands behind her because when you hire her, you hire all of them as well.
Every single one of them are a 10 out of 10 and probably the best law in the state of Michigan above and when I say above Jeffrey Figer, which is Hard to beat.
They are 100% again worth every dollar
I am not an easy person to sometimes deal with! But Parisa 100% talk to me at any point of the day or night, calmed me, reassured me, and also was straightforward again which I appreciate more than anything about the potential seriousness of the allegations that were against me.
She never lied to me. She never promised me anything nor did she ever tell me with everything that I had that I was OK or good and she could get it done.
She kept it 100% with me, She is one of the most straightforward, honest people that I’ve honestly genuinely ever met.
I am a finance manager at a local car dealership, I can tend to feed and read through a lot of the BS.
She is very genuine. She is the best at her job and she is a superstar lawyer that if I ever need again has my 100% loyalty.

I recently had the privilege of being represented by Attorney John Seed for a DUI. He was referred by a friend and there is no question he was the perfect attorney for the case. How do I begin to explain what Bart Betteau and his team did for me. He helped me through one of the most difficult experiences in my life. I had two attorneys prior to him and he made them look ridiculous. After I let my second attorney go I knew I was facing jail time and that was terrifying especially considering I had never been in trouble with the law. Me and my fiancee knew I needed not a great attorney but the best of the best. The only name we kept hearing was Bart Betteau. So we called and set an appointment. By the end of my first conversation with Bart and his team it felt like the world was lifted off my shoulders. There was not a single time where it took more than part of a day to hear back from the office when I contacted them. How many people can say that about their attorneys. And, it went beyond that! They contacted me on a regular basis to let me know what was going on.. I never had to hound them to get information about my cases. Every single time I went to court Bart stood out from everyone else in the courtroom. As I sat there watching and listening to him all I could think was am I watching a movie! I have never in my life been more impressed by any attorney including ones you see on the news. I think he may actually walk on water. At times he had his hands full with me because I didn't always make the best choices.. but, he fixed everything. Because of him and his team I didn't have a jail sentence and he even got me off probation early. Without them I know without a shadow of a doubt that I wouldn't be sitting here giving a review because I would be in jail. He certainly measured up to his reputation and then some! The entire team is amazing. He was hired through phone conversation only and did exactly what he said he would do. My friend didn't have to return to Nevada to appear and her case was dismissed as promised. I received a traffic violation on I-94 in the mess of the construction if you can believe that nonsense. The cop gave me a 20 mph over the speed limit with 6 points. Richard got the points reduced to zero with a light fine. He accomplished the job 3 weeks in advance of the court date with me not having to step foot anywhere near a courthouse. 100% justifiable spend for his services!
