I never had any interactions with the law in my life and after an unfortunate incident everything was scary and stressful. Win Win! I hired Mr. Richardson on a drug charge. He went through the evidence from the prosecutor and told me the police probably overstepped and he was right. We went to court hearings and did well ... case did not go forward and the state had to drop it. Now Mr. Richardson is working on cleaning up my record. I cannot say enough great things about working with Mr. Richardson. He always called me back and spoke w my family to ease their minds along the way. He let me make regular payments too.
Attorney Richardson has a great office and great staff...is close to courthouse (in Orlando) I highly recommend Mr Richardson. I sent him a friend who got a charge in Daytona and they are happy too.

Tracy was a God given angel to me and my family. I was charged with false allegations and sent a TPO. After consulting with Tracy, she handled the case and told me to not speak at the hearing. I am normally a very strong willed person, but she went in and got the JOB DONE. I was awarded fees in the hearing. She proved that this plaintiff was a liar and acted upon malicious and retaliatory purposes. Not only did Tracy admonish the plaintiff, the judge did as well given Tracy's arguments' and defense strategy.

My husband at the time literally stole my inheritance. When I confronted him, he attacked me, I fought back and I got charged with battery because he called the cops first. Then he did a a TPO and barred me from seeing my children.
With all these charges, Tracy was referred to me by a good friend. Once she was on the case, everything turned in my favor. She was able to give me custody of my kids while I had a TPO on me which never happens. She also got my battery case dismissed. My husband told me he wished she was his attorney and said that will be our family attorney.
All I can say was she was a rock when I was at my lowest point and she got me through it. Her knowledge of the criminal justice system and TPOs are amazing. If you hire her, you will not be disappointed.

I was called for an attorney visit a very energetic bubbly blonde woman with a MCM bag begins to speak to me I automatically felt safe she told me her creditials and I automatically had a little hope. So I was referred to Attorney rouse by a good friend of my mother. I’m a cdl driver so I was looking for someone to help me with a major traffic violation that could have my license revoked for a long time. I called Mr. Rouse and he was very open about how we could go about things and what we should do moving forward with the case. He actually was very reasonable with pricing and worked with me as far as my budget. He advised me before I went to court to take a driver improvement course and to do some community service to make it a little easier on myself before going in front of the judge.this was actually great advice. We went to court and to my surprise the clerks and judge knew him on first name basis(that made me feel good) everything that he asked for , the judge granted. I left the court room only with a 300 dollar fine and no points on my cdl. Well later that night I didn’t know the rules as far as punishment for serious violations for cdl drivers. I check the dds and my cdl is suspended for 10 years, for a major lifetime violation. I immediately called attorney rouse and informed him. He advised me that the only thing we possibly could do was withdraw the plea. Normally with most lawyers, after the case is closed you have to pay another fee just to consult again. Attorney rouse was at the court house the next morning, I met him there and we withdrew the plea. Days passed by and I was weary because i was in fear of losing my livelihood. Attorney rouse advised me that since the head solicitor was not willing to give us a lesser please maybe we should try a bench trial. In my head when I think of trial, if you lose it could be bad for you. Of course this came with another fee, I really didn’t wanna try it but I took a step out in faith and trusted attorney rouse’s suggestion. We went to the bench trial and attorney rouse ate them alive. He told me months before, “ you could possibly beat this off of a technicality” I’m thinking nah man I’m cooked! Attorney rouse did his research and I walk out of the court room acquitted, all charges dropped. Before the trial attorney rouse and I talked about the fans leaving the stadium in the at the Atlanta Falcons vs. Tampa game and they still won. I’m not gonna lie I thought I was doomed but I watched him work in that court room for 2 hours straight, objection after objection…. When we walked out he looked at me and said you left the stadium but we won in OT! Hire this firm…. We highly recommend this guy. He’s straight up and down

I was referred to Attorney Rouse after a few consultations I made with other attorneys that didn’t go quite so well. You can probably only imagine all the anxiety and stress that builds up by not knowing what to exactly expect (much like most) in an unfamiliar situation like this. I had a complicated criminal case that changed through the course of the two year case. Mr Rouse handles things in a professional manner comprehensive explanation of the situation once its time to handle his business he does just that I thought I was going to prison but he was able to get my sentance into something manageable. When he walks in the court room you can see the respect the court has for his work. He talks to you like a person not like a paid client doesn't make you feel dumb if your not educated on a situation he will explain in a kind clear and consice way. I hired Patrick Dudley AFTER observing (extensively) how this counselor navigated a former business partner of mine through his (felony indicted) criminal case. Patrick was successful in getting this defendants felony indictment reduced to a simple misdemeanor charge with no prison and a reasonable probation period . That wasn't even the reason why I hired him. As a self employed entrepreneur of 25 years I have owned several companies and in my role with those companies I have had to hire attorneys for a lot of reasons (business & personal) and I know that they are not all cut from the same cloth. Integrity (of billing) is hard to find. Guts, and qualified experience are hard to find. Patrick has that blue-collar (sleeves rolled up) legal persona that makes you feel like you've got someone in the trenches with you ready to help you fight for your legal rights. He is professional, plain-speaking about what you can or can't do in your legal strategy....and if its something other than black/white he will help you understand the legal risks of the murky path. He knew the judge involved in the criminal case involving my former business partner; the judge smiled at him and greeted him, which certainly made me feel better about my possibilities because that was the judge in my case as well. We also agreed to what we would be requesting from the Judge specifically and what would be a realistic goal for me in getting some leniency on my probation instructions. In a few short weeks we got exactly everything we requested. How? Patrick first got the US Attorney assigned to my case to agree that he would not challenge our request. Second, he spoke with and got the same agreement from my Probation Officer. I credit his likability and professional demeanor to getting them on board with this. He did all of that up front and so the judge determined that this request was a simple thing for him to approve. I am a happy client and I am benefitting from his hire. A short synopsis, someone who was harassing me filed at work filed a false and untrue police report with no proof after I brought a Hostile work complaint against them. They tried to ruin my name, integrity and steal my freedom.

My wife and I were dealing specifically with a claim for restitution in relation to a hit pedestrian in a DUI case. Admittedly, the $250 fee for a phone call struck me as odd as none of the other firms seemed to be requiring the same upfront cost. That said we wanted to cast a wide net in terms of attorneys and kept the meeting. Givelle was probably the 10th attorney we spoke to regarding our situation. Our frustration through the process was that many attorneys seemed intent to just handle pretty straight forward DUI cases. From our novice perspective, these attorneys did not seem to have a good grasp on the nuance of more complicated DUI cases and were for the most part not able to help us. Luckily, we were able to connect with Givelle. 5 minutes into our conversation, we knew that the $250 was going to be well spent. Our understanding of the situation by the time our consult was over was light years ahead of where it had begun. Givelle ended up not being the specialist we needed for the case in front of us, however after giving us much better insight in terms of what to expect from the courts she immediately connected us with an amazing attorney that has expertise in this niche arena. After spiraling for a bit, we finally feel like we are headed in the right direction thanks to Givelle's guidance. Prices are only expensive in the absence of value. That phone call was probably the cheapest $250 we've ever spent. If you're in a tough spot, this is a phone call you need to make.

From the date of my arrest to my sentencing in court, Lisa and her team were able to get my case as a wet n wreckless in less than 4 months!!! I owe it all to her team and Ed Talik!
I ultimately felt like I had hit rock bottom, that this potential DUI was going to be like wearing the scarlet letter for years to come. I thought I wouldn’t be able to look forward to having a successful future and that this would set me back.
Because this was my first DUI and being in trouble with the law, I wasn’t sure if I even needed an attorney, nor did I think I could afford to drop the money for it. After a very long struggle with defense attorneys who were uncaring, non-responsive, just "throw you to the wolves" kind of people and steal your money, we needed an appeals attorney. Coming to this site I had little hope, I had been on several different sites, Ask an attorney? Get legal advice? I was givin misinformation each time. So basically I was gonna give it one last try lucky for me Dana answered my question unlike all the other attorneys that I had asked he actually knew what I was talking about. But unfortunately he ha d explained that I had misses the deadline to file a claim by 3 days. It took a year for my situation to get figured out but he was there any time I got something scary in the mail or needed to talk through it again so I could stop being anxious and down on myself. I got a speeding ticket on a road trip passing through Needles, CA that I really could not afford on my record and I live several states away. I called several other places too but this office seemed like the best fit because of the location and it was a reasonable price. I hired Jacob to represent my son on probation early release and a ticket. He answered all our calls immediately and had great results in both cases.
I wish I would have met Jacob when my son was originally charged for what was supposed to be a misdemeanor and because we got a lazy, incompetent and unprofessional lawyer my son ended up with a felony.
