Our 15 yr. Old son had some issues and was arrested . He was originally charged with several different charges ( 1st time offender) but, Mr. Ambrose was able to get charges reduced to just 1 charge of family violence. He received probation, while the judge himself stated that he felt he should be sent to a juvenile facility, he also stated that he would honor the agreement that Mr. Ambrose was able to work out with the prosecutor. I pray we never have another need for a defense attorney in the future...but if so, we definitely wouldn't go to anyone else other than Chris Ambrose and Melissa. They were awesome and our family is so thankful.

The best attorney around!!! My son was charged with DUI + 8 other charges (first offense). Mr. Ambrose was excellent and got the charges down to Too Fast For Conditions. I’ve been reading this forum for advice, and I finally decided to make a post. My scores were as follows; a year and a half ago I got laid off and defaulted on multiple cards/ loans. Finally getting the hands off it. Have a total of around $42K in debt, but $18K in charged off accounts. Have a decent paying job at $70K a year. My credit score was TransUnion 510 (FICO8) in Dec 2023, Equifax 490 (FICO8) in Dec2023, Experian 470 (FICO8) in Dec 2023. Had a milestone $700, Cap 1 plat secured $1000, a random store card for $300. I was looking for a way to raise my credit score. I read an article here about a deep web credit hacker called PINNACLE CREDIT SPECIALIST. I contacted him and it was like magic, this dude raised my credit score to TransUnion 805, Equifax 808, and Experian 811 and created an excellent credit history on my report.

My DUI case was very delicate and complicated concerning use of prescribed medications while driving. It wasn't a normal scenario whatsoever and he was able to get me a favorable outcome. I did not get charged with DUI or loose my license. Rather I agreed to a 3 year diversion program that required me to continue with monthly psychiatric therapy, random drug testing and recovery classes. This was much more helpful to my unique circumstances than me loosing my license, having a huge fine and therefore unable to afford private therapy as I have no medical insurance. Instead he worked the prosecutors DA and the judge to reach a more helpful outcome that would benefit my health physically and mentally and not set me back any further than the recent traumatic experiences and stressors had already done. He worked diligently, keep me well informed and appeared in court without me on all but 2 occasions as I live 3 hours away from Shasta County. This was a tremendous help financially. His rates were more than affordable and fair and I believe he genuinely cared and understood the bigger picture at hand. His assistant was very helpful and pleasant to work with and they made it easy for me to get the required documentation to them well before my court dates. I really appreciate his help. It made a huge difference in my life and the outcome was more of a help than a burden. It restored my faith in the justice system as there were some mistakes made by law enforcement in my case and the outcome could have been a major setback. He was through, competent and determined to get a helpful favorable outcome for me. He is wonderful, caring and serious. If you need representation for a unique complicated case, I would recommend Geoff and his law office. He even traveled all the way to Redding from Chico to handle my case. I couldn't be more thankful, after 1 year of diversion compliance and progress, the DA and judge agreed to dismiss all the charges. Amen What a lesson learned.

No one really wants to go through any family/custody battles. So when I was faced with this issues I had no choice but to retain an attorney. After numerous hours/days of research I found the Dorsey Law Firm.
I came to Mr. Dorsey with a lot of uncertainty with my impending custody case. During my consultation Mr. Dorsey was fully tuned in and very attentive. He answered every question I had very confidently. After I retained Mr. Dorsey, his team and himself started working on the case promptly. They filed an emergency motion and was able to get a hearing for temporary custody within a few weeks. I was granted temporary custody until the outcome of the final hearing.
In Preparation for the final hearing Mr. Dorsey and the team were with me every step of the way. They reassured me of the potential outcome, instilled confidence in myself and the direction of the case. During the final hearing Mr. Dorsey was very thorough, firm, and fully prepared. I called and spoke with a few lawyers the same day that I received my citations and I ultimately decided to meet with Shane Goudas as he was able to meet with me only an hour after the call on a Friday night. Where others only wanted to speak for around 10 minutes over the phone as a consultation, Shane blocked out an hour for us to speak in person and go over the events. I was falsely accused of a crime I didn’t commit all because the other party wanted my house. I was arrested on false charges and lost my career. I met with many attorneys but when I met with Shane, he already had the affidavit, knew who my case was assigned to, and was negotiating with the prosecution to not file. I haven’t even hired this man yet, and he was already working to get this resolved. He listened to my story and believed in my case. At one point a deal was presented and I didn’t know what to do. Shane said the easiest thing for him would be for me to accept, but that’s not what I hired him for, I hired him to do what was best for me and that’s exactly what he was going to do, so I didn’t accept. After 10 months of my case getting pushed back, no charges were filed and my case was dismissed.
Shane works hard for his clients to get the best outcome possible. No matter how early or late I emailed him, Shane picked up and responded. Unfortunately i found myself on the wrong side of the law in benton county after taking necessary action to defend myself and a third party. I was arrested and wrongly charged with a malicious amount of felony charges that i was innocent of. Long story short, shane took the time to listen to my side of the story. Although he was skeptical of the case, he accepted my case, and believed my side the story. Had i been charged with all 12 felonious accusations, i have no doubt i would be sitting in prison right now. I took a huge loss. Lost my home, business, assets, and nearly my whole mind funding my fight of being wrongly accused in benton county. I never spoke a word to the judge. Less than 10 court dates later, charges are dismissed, and my case is closed. Theres no question who to call for a high level case. He has my vote every time. In 2011, I screwed up and drove under the influence. 2 months later, I discovered I was pregnant. Just picture going through the criminal justice system as someone that was drunk, WITH A BABY BUMP. Horrifying. I was so ashamed and terrified that I’d be waddling my way around jail, or unable to drive my newborn to dr appointments because I’d have no license. My dad (another Fresno attorney- civil, not criminal) hauled me to go see Chuck- and THANK GOD HE DID. My anxiety level was through the roof, and Chuck instantly calmed me down. He listened to every word, then explained in detail not only how things would go, but also his strategy that he’d devised after hearing what I wanted. He ensured that I’d be proactive in my behaviors prior to court (like attending meetings, going to classes, etc) and I left his office genuinely feeling like everything may not be great, but it would be okay.
