Our case with a giant company was quite unique and most lawyers did not have confidence to take our case. The added problem was because we were Canadians and we need US lawyer who should represent us in our absence in the US. Michael was courageous and undaunted to extend his professional help. While my situation would likely be considered a minor case, for me it was very concerning. After contacting Mr. Louis he immediately assisted with a time sensitive court document and addressed my concerns regarding financial liability. I found Mr. Torabi after having a disappointing result from yet another Refinancing attempt on my current home. My company used Mark's services while we were negotiating our lease agreement(s) with different landlords. Mark was able to guide us through the process and more importantly highlight areas in the contract that would have gotten us into a legal and financial bind down the road. Mark also helped wordsmith some of the language in the contract so it would be beneficial for us.

In all truth, I bumped into dialogue with Counselor Houslanger completely by accident, under the erroneous impression that his firm was the latest to inherit an old judgment, presumed to be still in effect and in force, naming my mother as the Defendant, while in truth and in fact he was NOT the Counsel of Record. Nevertheless, he gave me an audience, he asked me for the Index #, he had the means and the desire to take some initiative in researching some basics about this old story, and as fate would have it, my mother's old judgment had been ordered to be vacated some five years earlier in a certain class-action matter. Counselor Houslanger then went out of his way to offer some basic instruction for the proper Pro Se steps to remedy the judgment in the Court of the first instance, which I imagine would have worked nicely if the Court staff at my mother's venue understood the procedure as well as he himself does. Bureaucrats seldom see beyond the scope of their own responsibilities, however. This attorney possesses a keen insight to the needs and concerns of ALL with whom he speaks, whether he's getting paid to listen and respond or not. And as long as he doesn't have any equity or interest in the other side of the case or docket, I'll call Todd Eric Houslanger before I call anyone, whether the matter to be addressed is a traffic summons, a criminal arrest, a debtor judgment, a divorce proceeding, a CBP Global Entry Reconsideration Hearing, a charge under the Espionage Act of 1917, or even a FISA Court matter. Regardless whether he'd be equipped and/or inclined to represent and/or to assist in the representation, this is clearly a man whose interactions are ALWAYS a matter of consequence. My only regret is that I encountered this man some seven years after my brother was crushed to death by a subway train. If there weren't so many liens pending in the current cause of action already, I'd fire all current counsel yesterday, and hire Todd Eric Houslanger today, without even checking his record of decisions in such matters. He knows the law; he knows procedure; and most importantly: he knows to treat EVERYONE well, and to speak to EVERYONE with respect, DESPITE the fact the ones with whom he speaks DO NOT have a title or even a degree. THIS one's an ATTORNEY people. NOT a fast-talking, used-car salesman with a license to practice law. NOT some JD who passed the Bar, and believes his license GIVES him license to be ill-mannered. I'm fully mindful that his fortes are in prosecuting debt collection, and in defending traffic-related and criminal matters. But once every great while, a man comes along who is so brilliant, so personable, and so well-mannered, that one truly cannot tell what is beyond the abilities of Todd Eric Houslanger's legal acumen, unless and until one discusses the matter WITH him, and dares to ask if he can help. Some 40 years ago I dared to debate William Rehnquist when I was a high school senior. Anyone familiar with that name should understand what I mean when I say that Counselor Houslanger is a genuine attorney, and a brilliant, well-mannered, and thoughtful gentleman.

I really appreciate how responsive and available Mac was when I texted with questions. He was patient with my anger about my situation, and empathetic. He is open, but does not exaggerate or just tell you what you want to hear. He saw my case through to a successful conclusion. Compensation was agreed to up front, with no nickel-and-diming later. I wish I could rate her more than 5-star as rating just 5 star is not enough for a person who is so dedicated to a profession, so caring for those in distress and above all for those who have been burnt previously by a class of greedy, money-hungry , unprofessional attorneys.
She is a Christian and a true Christian attorney who would spare no efforts to fight for you, disregarding amount of compensation she would get in the process.
I was so lucky that my good Karma prevailed and brought me to her to help me .
If one can judge an attorney by knowledge, experience, care , I think she is by far the best I have ever met in my 30 years of interaction by attorneys.
She greeted me right at the door-step of the building and even helped me carry heavy boxes of documents. She is so consistent, thorough , knowledgeable that I was amazed .

I went in for a free consultation and it was more than just a consultation she was very considerate and compassionate and really wanted to help and gave a lot more than just a free consultation she should have been paid for all the time she spent with me but it was free, in the end the only reason I didn't hire her was I did not have the affordable start-up fee she needed but when I can afford her and if I ever need an attorney for anything I will come to her always now!

When I was looking to quiet title on some property I owned I hunted around and got the run around from some other attorneys then I called Tim. Mr.Beets did an excellent job filing my divorce, gaining cival joint custody of my children and helping myou husband and I to gain sole custody of his children. He also help my son when he was in legal trouble getting it settled with no problems. The Custody battle was long and ugly and he stuck with us through it all, giving sound advice and working late to ensure we gained custody of our children. He has also worked to keep child suppprt going even though it has stopped a few time. He always goes right back to court for us to ensure our children are being provided for . He is fair and reasonable in the cost of his service as well. My husband now also used him to file bankruptcy and he did it in a timely manner and helped him get back on track. I am very thankful for his expertise. He is strategic in how he approaches every case. I highly would recommend him for anything legally you are struggling with. After a death, the last thing you want to do is worry about someone liquidating your fathers assets. This is what my sisters and I had to face a week after burying our dad. Due to him not having a will things where really complicated and his wife tried to take advantage of the situation. A family friend referred us to Bill and he has been a breath of fresh air throughout this entire process. Her attorney has been procrastinating the entire time and Bill has been on him like white on rice! Bill is very much to the point- no BS so if you want to be coddled then this one isn't for you. But, if you want the facts and someone that is going to give it to you straight while fighting for what's right then Bill is your guy. I highly recommend his team to anyone going through probate or a family settlement agreement. He's expensive but well worth the money I promise!

I live in a building that isn’t well cared for despite rental hikes and I wound up breaking my foot after slipping down some stairs. I met Ryan through a mutual friend and he agreed to help me with my case. I was pleased with how professional he was, responding to me in a timely manner and helping me understand that no, it wasn’t my fault that I fell (the stairs were wet and the roof was leaking). Dan was amazing. He took on my case to quash a default judgement that I had received. The default judgement was received without proper process service and in the wrong venue.
Dan interviewed me, created an Affidavit and wrote a 24 page motion to dismiss. The motion was extremely well written. Within days of submitting to the court the judgment was vacated and the case dismissed.
