My husband an I had a problem with property damage caused by a licensed contractor which had filed for bankruptcy to complicate things. We had contacted other counsel and they clearly did not know how to proceed, taking weeks to respond to our inquiries. Thankfully we found Matthew! With in 24 hours of the first conversation, he filed the motion of relief from stay and knew exactly what we needed to do to solve our problem. He proved very pleasant to work with, an expert in our type of legal matter, and ultimately very successful!
His rates may not be the lowest, but his efficiency and competency is so high that he really is the best value! I can easily recommend Matthew.

My husband and I found Matt through Avvo as we were relocating from out of state and were purchasing a home without the use of a realtor. We strongly recommend Matt for multiple reasons. First, he provided sound advice on ensuring the title was free and clear and there would be no issues prior to us getting too far into the process. Second, he recommended for us to have the seller provide an updated survey at their expense since the survey was old and this was a lakefront property. Third, he was able to negotiate with the Title company and look over our owners title insurance policy to ensure we had a policy that worked in our best interest. And lastly, he made sure that our purchase agreement was written well to represent and protect us in the negotiation proceedings. These four items alone you cannot put a price on as they can be pricey issues down the road if you are not protected or if all information on the property is not disclosed properly. Matt's charges were fair and overall couldn't put a price on them because the information was better than any real estate agent could provide and it more than triple paid for what we saved in buyer realtor fees that we were able to negotiate off the price. We strongly recommend for anyone who is looking at a piece of real estate to engage with Matt instead.

Lampman Law did a great job with our case (possession of paraphernalia & driving on a suspended license). I cannot say enough about Attorney Leonard Gryskewicz, Jr. & his legal assistant, Carmen Santiago! Carmen kept us well informed, via text, and was always very quick with her responses. Atty. Gryskewicz, Jr. answered all of our questions about the process (it was all brand new to us) and made us feel confident in our case.
When our case was continued in November due to a family emergency of the charging officer, Carmen called the court in April asking for a new court date because no one from the Commonwealth had even attempted to place our case back on the docket, so that we could promptly address this matter. We were told exactly what information we needed to bring along to court to show that the license suspension was a clerical error. Being quite nervous about this entire situation, because it was something we had never been through before (and won’t be going through ever again), Atty Gryskewicz was very patient in explaining each step of the case, the potential outcomes, and the best case scenario. He did so without demeaning our lack of knowledge for the legal system while being empathetic to our situation & this case.
Thankfully, on the day of the preliminary hearing, everything was dismissed by the Commonwealth. However, having Lampman Law representing us gave us the peace of mind that we would have gotten the best possible outcome, had our case not been dismissed entirely.
Lastly, I truly appreciated knowing upfront what each step of our representation would cost should we have needed to go beyond the preliminary hearing. The fees charged were entirely manageable and not exorbitant by any stretch of the situation.

We are so grateful to Kristin and her team! We purchased a CPO Jaguar F-Pace that turned out to have been in a significant pre-sale accident that was never disclosed to us and that negatively impacted our ability to use the vehicle, resulting in expensive out-of-pocket costs for repairs. I contacted Glenn with a request to prepare all the standard estate documents (Will, health care directive, durable power of attorney, etc) within the next 3 weeks. Within 2 weeks all the documents had been prepared and signed/notarized. During that time, he answered all my questions and incorporated any concerns I had into the documents, using language I could understand. He was very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. After contacting several attorney offices, I found his rates to be comparable and even slightly better than some. My husband and I hired Jonathan after having a dispute with a contractor. This was the first time either one of us had ever hired a lawyer. Jonathan was highly recommended by a colleague and we immediately understood why. I texted him requesting urgent help on a Thursday night as our issue was time sensitive. He responded that evening and by Friday morning, we had hired him. He was able to efficiently gather enough information to start addressing our urgent concern that Friday afternoon. Within the week, our situation was resolved to our satisfaction. His responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding. He helped set expectations and educate us. He was upfront about expected costs for our case and when we ended up exceeding that, he honored his initial quote. We are in the middle of an adoption and he told us to take the difference of the quote and actual cost of his services and apply it towards the adoption. My job was eliminated after 18 yrs. I was 1 of 3 over age 60 eliminated. Since there were new employees and less seniority employees , i felt i was let go unfairly with age discrimination. Jonathan fought for a new severance contract against the medical corporation and won. He achieved double the severance i was offered per "their protocol" that was unfair. I wish I could rate her more than 5-star as rating just 5 star is not enough for a person who is so dedicated to a profession, so caring for those in distress and above all for those who have been burnt previously by a class of greedy, money-hungry , unprofessional attorneys.
She is a Christian and a true Christian attorney who would spare no efforts to fight for you, disregarding amount of compensation she would get in the process.

If one can judge an attorney by knowledge, experience, care , I think she is by far the best I have ever met in my 30 years of interaction by attorneys.

I went in for a free consultation and it was more than just a consultation she was very considerate and compassionate and really wanted to help and gave a lot more than just a free consultation she should have been paid for all the time she spent with me but it was free, in the end the only reason I didn't hire her was I did not have the affordable start-up fee she needed but when I can afford her and if I ever need an attorney for anything I will come to her always now!

When I was looking to quiet title on some property I owned I hunted around and got the run around from some other attorneys then I called Tim. Mr.Beets did an excellent job filing my divorce, gaining cival joint custody of my children and helping myou husband and I to gain sole custody of his children. He also help my son when he was in legal trouble getting it settled with no problems. The Custody battle was long and ugly and he stuck with us through it all, giving sound advice and working late to ensure we gained custody of our children. He has also worked to keep child suppprt going even though it has stopped a few time. He always goes right back to court for us to ensure our children are being provided for . He is fair and reasonable in the cost of his service as well. My husband now also used him to file bankruptcy and he did it in a timely manner and helped him get back on track. I am very thankful for his expertise. He is strategic in how he approaches every case. I highly would recommend him for anything legally you are struggling with.
