I found my self in a very difficult position financially due to a bank that made mistakes funding the SBC loan I was approved for. Mr. Zarcone stepped in and did so much more that what was expected to help my family and I. Of course, outcomes are important. But what is equally, if not more important, is knowing that everything was done that could have been done in your case. Mr. Zarcone. cared so much about the our situation, that after our dealings where done, he helped draft a letter to our representatives bringing attention to the issue in the hopes that other families with small businesses don't get treated they way we did. If you think about it, this is not only a good deed of a kind person...but selfless in that it could negatively affect the number of potential clients available to him. What mattered to Mr. Zarcone is that we had qualified and diligent representation. I thank him for that.

As a controller for a mid-sized company, we had sent some delinquent business accounts first to a collection agency and then to a lawyer. No luck. We then sent the accounts to Attorney Levine and received full payment on all three accounts within 3 weeks. She was amazing. Now we go directly to her and rarely a problem. Per her advice, we bring the smaller stuff to small claims court ourselves and avoid unecessary collection/legal fees. We highly recommend her.

Mr. Steward came to me highly recommended as the man to handle a law suit made necessary by
a lessee who was derelict in paying his 1. taxes and 2. insurance, both of which were agreed to in his leases, and were a year in arrears.

Mr. Gordon represented us against a fraudulent building contractor. He was tenacious against the individual. After winning in court, and gaining a sizable judgement for us, he was able to turn that judgement into a secured lein on the individual's property. As you may know, judgements don't mean you will recover your losses, but the secured lein has provided the opportunity to actually recover our initial losses. I was especially impressed with Mr. Maxwell's interest in getting the best result for *me*. We had been trying to collect from a customer for almost two years with out any results. After contacting Mr. Lubyansky and telling him our situation he asked if we were prepared to go to court if we needed to. We said if that is what it will take, then yes. Mr. Lubyansky contacted our customer on our behalf and was able to negotiate a deal that would get us paid over an 8 month time, with the customer accepting penalties if he defaulted from the contract.
We will continue to use his legal services when needed, and I would recommend him 100%.

Atty. Clancy's professionalism and work ethic convinced me that he was a better choice than another attorney I was considering in my car vs. bike accident. Originally, I had inquired about another matter and he answered my litigation questions succinctly and effectively and then networked to get the best solution for me.
