I split up with my husband and had no income coming in. I applied for foodstamps and was working odd jobs. I reconciled with my husband a year later and got off aid. I never received a letter that the food stamp office wanted money back. 2 years later I was pulled over for a routine traffic stop and thrown in jail for days. i was terrified. Never having been in trouble I called a friend who had had similar problems on a warrant they knew nothing about. Joe Flores was on the job in one hour. We had bail and after 3 weeks of hard negotiations resolved the matter before trial. Restitution was made and I do not have a felony on my record which is what I was facing with prison time. If you need a lawyer who knows what is doing and that has a great reputation and is a powerful force on your side you need to call Joe. He will pick up the phone and text you back day or night. He has a legal staff led by Ms. Palacios who are superb and very caring. I hear so many bad things about lawyers on TV and the radio and in newspapers, but Joe Flores is not only an awesome lawyer, but he also is very very caring. I would recommend no one else in Corpus Christi. He is the best of the best. God bless he and his family always.

I was in the wrong place at the wrong time due to a friend's bad choice. We were taken in but my side of the story was not being heard. Joe took this case on and was in constant contact with my family to let them know that I was ok and keep them calm. He took the time to hear my side and assured me that I had a case to prove my innocence in this matter. I was in a motorcycle accident earlier this year. The last thing you want to worry about when you are trying to recover from inuries like that is paperwork and dealing with insurance companies. Joel was on it only a few days after the accident and within just 6 months I had a check in my hand. Donald Christian has helped us with two legal issues. The firs involved an incident with a car that was loaned to someone and the car was wrecked. Don took my call on a Saturday and provided very clear and understandable direction on how to handle the situation. We followed his direction and resolved the situation without any further problems. Going to Court can be a very intimidating and expensive proposition and I have had some bad experiences.
But, that was not the case working with Joseph D. Sullivan.
In addition to being a very experienced trial litigator, Joe had a very good “bedside manner.” I felt very comfortable discussing my legal matter with Joe and working with him in general.
I felt that he was honest in his billing and very upfront about the cost. Joe could think well on his feet and made the process understandable for me.
I don’t want to go to Court again, but if I had to, I would not hesitate to work with Joe again.

I have limited space in this review, so I will try to keep it short. The team goes above and beyond for their clients, and without them, I have no idea where I would be. They give the most straightforward advice, and if something goes bump, they know their stuff well enough to maneuver around it. There is always a way, and they find it. They are very good at letting their clients use their voice, and making their voices heard. I cannot say enough good things about them, so I'm leaving multiple reviews in multiple sites, in hopes that everyone can see what I see in the team at Hyde Law. I didn't find them, they found me, and took a chance with me, a chance I will be FOREVER in their debt in terms of owing them my life. I'm sure I've given them more than one headache, but they are ever so patient and understanding, reassuring me when they know I need it, and letting me rant and rave while they pick through the relevant pieces. I found Faith, Ledyard & Faith, PLC through my Arizona Teacher’s Association, where Faith Law offered a discount to educators. Because this case went on for a great length of time, Michael was also very considerate of my financial situation by having correspondence through emails as opposed to phone calls or meetings as he did not have to charge as much for an email. Anyone looking for a collection attorney who knows the ins and outs of collecting judgments, needs to contact Michael J Fuller. He is very professional, has 30 plus years experience and does just what he says he will do.
Collecting on a judgment from some one who does not wish to pay is challenging in and on it's own. Having Michael Fuller assist you makes it that much better. His website states that the goal is to get the person to go to bed at night with you on their mind and wake up with you on their mind and he accomplished just that.
It is important to note that it is a process and can be a lengthy one at that. Having the patience and the fortitude will always achieve results.
Michael went above and beyond to get the judgment debtor backed into a corner so that his only options were to pay. I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work and his calm demeanor throughout the whole process.
Anyone needing to collect a debt, be sure to give him a call and set an appointment. Collecting a percentage of a debt owed is much better than collecting nothing on a debt owed.

I first was put into contact with Mr. Rich by my lawyer in Indiana in 2016. My younger brother had passed away unexpectedly and I was the appointed executor of his estate. He owned property in Florida that either needed to be sold or transferred to me. As there were two other siblings involved from other states, it became a little more complicated. Mr. Rich was able to get all things sorted out to everyone’s satisfaction.
In 2020 my husband, myself and my in-laws got involved with the purchase of a “time share” in Florida. It involved a large corporation with resorts all over the United States. As time went on, we realized we were not getting what was promised to us. We wanted out of the contract, but of course they said that was not possible. I contacted Mr Rich again to see if we had any way out. After he heard everything that was promised and what we actually were getting he took our case. We won!
I have worked now with Mr. Rich on two occasions. Neither of these cases were large, but I always felt he always worked his hardest to obtain a good outcome for me. He is very knowledgeable, very approachable, honest and tenacious. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate to call upon him again should the need arise.
