For several months I called western dental, asking them for refund.

Received a judgement for a credit card l defaulted on over 10 years ago, they were going to take 25% of my wages by garnishing my paychecks. Over the years I avoided the paperwork and didn’t have the money to pay it off. Looking all over the internet for a local consumer attorney to guide me through this situation. While l was reading reviews l came across Mr. Fred Schwinn and just go in my car and drove over to his office. Upon my arrival Fred met me at the entrance and right away took me back to his office and looked up my case. Fred instructed me to go pick up some paperwork for him downtown, with paperwork in hand the next morning I was back in Fred’s office, sat down and discussed a few things with Fred and he, of course, just happened to know the collection agency that garnished my wages. Fred solved my situation in a matter of minutes! We reached an agreement and it was over right then and there. I’m sure it all depends on the situation but the minute l met Fred l said to myself this is my guy.

I had about a 6K debt from a loan I defaulted on from a creditor because I was unable to keep up with the monthly payments as a single parent. The creditor sent a sheriff to my home to demand I show up for court and make the payment in full. I was embarrassed, saddened and extremely distraught. I reached out to Heather who was so kind and sympathetic to my situation. She was able to facilitate a monthly payment plan with the creditor which was great. As I was making monthly payments, I began to have some unforeseen circumstances and once again fell in the "no payment" trap. The creditor then sent wage garnishment paperwork to myself and my job. The creditor also noted that the garnishment would begin at the end of the month! I reached out to Heather again who was once again so sweet and understanding. She asked me how would I like to resolve this? I was in shock because no one ever asked me what I wanted to do! I was overcome with relief because I just knew from the beginning that she was on my side. I gave her an ordered list - starting with the best plan to the least favorite plan to get this debt resolved. Heather reached out to the attorney representing the creditor and worked tirelessly on my behalf. I am happy to say that my #1 resolution from my list was accepted and my wages will NOT be garnished!!! I cannot Thank Heather enough for her hard work and effort!!! Back in 2015 I lost my job of 15 years. I had two debts that I could not afford to make payments. I received court papers on one of the debts in the later part of 2017. I had stopped by my mailbox on the way to work on a Monday morning, and in there was a mailing for Heather Benveniste. I opened it at work and decided to contact Heather, and I am so glad that I did. I have never had to appear in court, and on the first debt, she was able to negotiate my debt down almost $700.00 and I received court papers 6 months later for the 2nd debt. I immediately contacted Heather. Again, I never had to appear in court and she was able to get my debt reduced down $1,200.00. All together Heather has saved me the grief and heartache of having to appear in court, no wage garnishments and $1,900.00, but most importantly peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of with the courts.

I received a traffic ticket worth fighting in late 2019 in DeKalb County. I wasn't aware how difficult a ticket would be to fight in DeKalb traffic court, so I got in touch with Louis after getting nervous after the arraignment hearing. Louis was extremely knowledgeable about the DeKalb Traffic Court, and he helped me navigate the entire virtual court process (that took over 3 YEARS because of COVID-19 delays). My wife and I had a business go under in 2019. Carolyn treated us with respect and told us everything we needed to do, to file our business bankruptcy. Kristopher Childers and Brant Hodyno were very helpful on dot on what i was looking for.
I came with an issue related to a civil case, went to multiple people and they all talked which wasn't related directly in my situation and made me more nervous.
Brant was in middle of a client meeting, then also picked my phone and told me text him with contact details. I like the professional way of ack. someone. His counterpart/expert contacted me back in less than an hour.

I sent a request to Mr. Artim over a weekend and he actually emailed me back!! I have never had a lawyer contact me on a weekend when they are supposed to be enjoying their time off. Dennis Sargent was amazing from the get go. He was patient with me, making sure I had all the details of my seperation agreement finalized before proceeding to file for bankruptcy. I was charged with a show cause for breaking a peace bond.
