My husband hired Kimberly Bishop for a business litigation matter, and she was able to help bring a close to the matter within 6 months! The case was in Texas, and we live in CA, so everything had to be done remote. However, Ms. Bishop did a great job representing my husband, and she always responded quickly to any questions he had and explained the process if he didn't understand. She is a very caring, down to earth, and truly genuine person. Kimberly Bishop is also extremely knowledgeable and very professional, and she kept my husband informed at all times. There are so many lawyers that advertise foreclosure defense. Most of the ones I called are nothing more than bankruptcy lawyers. While bankruptcy may be the only option for some, if you want a lawyer that will really fight mortgage companies, call Mr. Menashe. He is the real deal.

Mr. Grant represent me in a state tax audit matter. Mr. Grant was able to present the facts to the NC Dept. of Revenue that I did not owe them $20,000 plus in unpaid taxes. I recently moved out of my home after renting for 7 years after receiving a 60 day notice to terminate residency from the new property manager who never answered emergency calls, didn't show up for meetings, etc.. I called Mr. Hanley to see what exactly my rights were as a tenant and what to expect if i did not comply with 60 day notice. He explained to me very simply the laws and rules of tenancy and was brutally honest about what the consequences would be if an unlawful detainer was brought against me. He did this at no charge to me over the phone, wished me luck and offerred his services if I needed it.

I met Dennis at his office in Pasadena because my lender was going to foreclose on my home. I had no where else to turn and I was desperate. What impressed me was that he had a huge team at his office that listened to me, and they knew exactly what my bank was doing and reassured me that they've done this before. They outlined a strategy and I felt relieved. I really felt that I had a team behind me. Anyways, the result was that they found some bank errors which effectively blocked the foreclosure, and it forced them back to the bargaining table. We are negotiating a new loan and it's so much better then what I could of ever hoped for.

Tom has helped me several times. He helped me file for disability & I was approved first attempt. I received my first check 3 months after I filed.
He has helped me with bad landlords. He even was able to get my dogs back 2 days after I was going to sell them as I have mental issues and was so sad feeling I let my dogs go.
