My case was with a major credit collection agency. At first I thought that I could take the case myself to court, but I can say that it was not the best decision at all. After leaving the first court hearing, I did a google search and found this website. My decision to hire Michael Fine was do to the great reviews. The results were extraordinary, he was able to get a great deal and the case dismissed. I did not expect such an amazing deal to this case, but it was all done in a matter of a few weeks, with no reason to show up in court even once or at his office for that matter. Trustworthy and professional are the two adjectives that best describe Michael Fine. Thank you again for everything Michael.

Mr. Fine really believes in the concept of justice for the maligned. A debt collection agency knew they were breaking the law when they served me but still tried to collect on a deceptively high amount. They would not back down but neither did Mr. Fine. He filed suit in federal court and got me the maximum allowed.

Where other attorneys wouldn't even listen Michael not only listened but had the debt collector settle with me in my case (yes pay me) and drop their suit and erase the debt from my credit report due to all of their mistakes and lack of legitimate back up. If you are being taken to court on a debt whether you think you owe or not call him immeadiately!!!!!

I had an issue with a collection agency. I was referred to Sam via Legal Aid because I actually had a case against the collection agency and didn't even know it! He helped me understand the complexities of my case, handled everything, made no decisions with my consent, and safeguarded me through the process. I felt protected. My journey with this collection agency was years long, but Sam had experience with them and knew how to deal with them. He never pushed me to make a decision one way or the other. I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. He got me an informal probationary period with the Judge. I didn’t have to pay my ticket as long as I slow down for a 6 month period and took an online defensive drivers course. Mr.Beets did an excellent job filing my divorce, gaining cival joint custody of my children and helping myou husband and I to gain sole custody of his children. He also help my son when he was in legal trouble getting it settled with no problems. The Custody battle was long and ugly and he stuck with us through it all, giving sound advice and working late to ensure we gained custody of our children. He has also worked to keep child suppprt going even though it has stopped a few time. He always goes right back to court for us to ensure our children are being provided for . He is fair and reasonable in the cost of his service as well. My husband now also used him to file bankruptcy and he did it in a timely manner and helped him get back on track. At the time I met Misty I was involved in a complicated Bankruptcy case pertaining to Probate matters that had been in dispute for three years. My court case at that time had cost me in the upper dollar amount of 80K, paying three pervious attorneys to defend me. Due to the complications of my Bankruptcy and Probate case none of my previous three attorneys seemed to know how to end the case filed against me so that I could have my Bankruptcy approved and Probate case closed. The litigants who filed the case against me were using the Bankruptcy courts to continue their Probate arguments thus effectively not allowing me to complete my Bankruptcy and settle the Probate case. I was being audited by the U.S. Trustee and sued in Bankruptcy Court for probate matters. Misty immediately contacted the U.S. Trustee who was auditing me, meeting all the Audit requirements she was able to have my Bankruptcy audit approved with no penalties or disagreements all within weeks. She then began to work on a strategy to have my Bankruptcy converted to a Chapter 13 that effectively ended the dispute regarding the Probate case. Misty strategy worked my Bankruptcy was approved and the Probate case that had been an open court case for three years was settle and approved also. I personally be leave if Misty was my attorney during the initial opening of my case it would not had lasted three years and cost me 80K. Her dedication to clients, her morals and honesty far exceeds her peers. Misty is an attorney that sees more than a client, she involves her self in a case as if it were personal and treats her clients like family, she is an attorney that takes action and truly wants a resolution in the best interest of her client.
